Abstract

Manners are essential in our daily lives because currently there are many cases where students behave rudely towards parents, school teachers, parents, and even fellow students. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study are that students in elementary schools have been able to apply the indicators of good manners. However, there are still one or two students who sometimes forget to use good manners in everyday life. This study concludes that the description of social attitudes in the aspect of courtesy in this elementary school can already run well by the indicators of courtesy. However, there are still some who have not been able to carry out the indicators of this courtesy attitude. This research can contribute to this field of education, namely so that students can implement indicators of good manners well and so that the knowledge that has been obtained while at school that has been taught by the teacher can be applied or used properly in everyday life. In addition, it can also apply an indicator of good manners such as being 3S (smile, greeting, greeting), respecting elders, and so on.

Abstract

Traffic congestion is a significant issue with studies indicating it costs cities billions annually and averages 54 hours of wasted time per traveler each year. This situation necessitates the implementation of efficient traffic management systems, especially at intersections. In response to this challenge, our work introduces an artificial intelligence-based system designed to analyze and predict traffic flow using machine learning algorithms and deep learning methods in conjunction with traffic cameras. The model comprises two main components: real-time data collection and predictive modeling. It employs object detection to identify and classify vehicles and adjusts traffic signal timings based on the necessary passage time and predetermined constraints. Additionally, data accumulated during operation facilitates the development of a predictive model for traffic flow over time, allowing for proactive traffic management. Evaluations are done to showcase the accuracy of the model and corresponding simulation and physical implementation further approved the applicability of our approach. Finally, this work aims to enhance urban transportation efficiently, reduce commuting stress, and improve the quality of life for city residents

Abstract

In facing an increasingly strong and tight competitive environment, every company is required to be able to optimize its economic resources in order to increase the competitiveness of its products in the market, and to be able to carry out a series of effective marketing strategies and always develop these marketing strategies continuously and sustainably. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for Hori LED lights in the city of Bogor. This research design uses descriptive and verification methods. The sampling technique in this research uses probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. The number of respondents was 100 people. The subjects of this research are all consumers who have purchased Hori Lamp products in Bogor City, and the objects of this research are product quality, price, promotions and purchasing decisions. The tools used in this analysis are path analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing with the F test and t test. The research results show that product quality has a direct and positive influence on purchasing decisions for Hori LED lights in Bogor City. Price has a direct and positive influence on purchasing decisions for Hori LED lights in Bogor City. Promotions have a direct and positive effect on purchasing decisions for Hori LED lights in Bogor City. Product quality has a positive relationship with price. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the regulation of Build Operate Transfer (BOT) agreements in positive law in Indonesia and the legal issues in the BOT agreement between the Mataram City Government and PT Pacifik Cilinaya Fantacy. The research method used is normative legal research with a legislative approach and a conceptual approach. The types of data used include secondary and primary data. Secondary data consists of literature sourced from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The regulation of Build Operate Transfer is essentially the same as general contract regulations, which are governed by the third book of the Civil Code regarding obligations. Additionally, Build Operate Transfer is also regulated by several other regulations, including: Government Regulation No. 27 of 2014, Presidential Regulation No. 13 of 2010, Minister of Finance Regulation No. 78/PMK.06/2014, and Minister of Finance Regulation No. 02/PMK.06/2008 concerning the Appraisal of State-Owned Assets. The legal issue in this Build Operate Transfer agreement is that PT Pacifik Cilinaya Fantacy failed to comply with and PT Pacifik Cilinaya Fantacy regarding the management of the APHM Cilinaya Area. PT Pacifik Cilinaya Fantacy did not fulfill its obligation to pay royalties to the Mataram City Government from 2016 to 2019.

Abstract

The BNN City Health Clinic in Banjarmasin requires an effective and efficient system to manage cash receipt records to ensure smooth operations and optimal health services. In this research, the author employs a qualitative method using both qualitative and quantitative data, with data collection methods including interviews, observations, and literature studies. The author highlights the issue of manual cash receipt recording, which not only reduces effectiveness and efficiency but also increases the likelihood of errors. The author recommends the immediate design and implementation of an accounting information system specifically designed for the purpose of recording cash receipts. This system must be able to accurately record every transaction, issue payment receipts, and generate the necessary financial reports. Additionally, we must implement the segregation of duties in the cash receipt process to mitigate the risk of errors and fraud. It is also important to implement strict internal controls to ensure transaction accuracy and auditability.

Abstract

The cassava tillage machine has a construction design for the frame, plowshares and wheels. In the frame design, the dimensions are ± 1.5 meters long, ± 1 meter wide and ± ½ meter high. For the plowshare design, there is a plowshare size, namely a height of 40 cm, a plowshare width of 38 cm and an angle of ± 35°. And the wheels are made from 16 ring rims with additional outer fins on 40 x 40 mm steel angled profile rims with a thickness of 2 mm. This machine uses a transmission system, namely two transmissions including (pulley with V-belt) and (sprocket with chain) on two shafts that connect each other to rotate the shaft so that the wheels rotate. This machine's transmission uses a type B small pulley with a diameter of 72 mm, a type B large pulley with a diameter of 203.2 mm, a small 420 gear with 14 teeth, and a large 420 gear with 42 teeth. For the V belt, type A belt is available with size 51 inches.
