Injuries after childbirth are one of the causes of labour infections among other causes. Factors that can accelerate wound healing include nutrition. Nutrition plays a role in helping the process of metabolism, maintenance and formation of new tissue. Egg whites contain more nutrients than egg yolks which can heal perineal suture wounds in mothers after childbirth. The study population was postpartum mothers with perineal suture wounds at Kramat Public Health Center on January 7-February 2, 2019. This study used a quasi-experimental design with the Pretest and Posttest With Control Group Design approach, where respondents divided into intervention groups and control groups of 20 respondents. The wound degree observed at the beginning of the observation and the rate of wound healing at the end. In the intervention group, the respondent required to eat five egg whites for six days. Data analysis was performed with ANOVA test (α: 5%; 95% Confident Interval) to see the effect of consumption patterns of chicken egg white with the level of wound healing perineum. The results showed an influence of consumption patterns of boiled chicken egg white on the rate of perineal suture wounds healing as indicated by the higher number of respondents with a reasonable wound healing rate in the intervention group of 62.5% (5 people) compared to the control group, which was 42.9% (3 people) and from the Anova test results obtained a p-value of 0.015. Thus it is recommended that postpartum mothers consume many egg whites in order to accelerate the healing of perineal wounds to prevent infections due to perineal wounds. Some women did not know when they could get pregnant again. Choices in birth planning are very influential in preventing complications. This study was based on the launching of the Village family planning in RPTRA Ciracas Prima. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the Village family planning in RPTRA Ciracas Prima. This study was qualitative with descriptive method — data collected by an in-depth interview by following the guidelines. The information obtained was recorded and made in the form of field notes a model on Policy Implementation developed by George C. Edward III. The results showed that the program in RPTRA Ciracas Prima based on four implementation indicators discovered that in communication, the transmission was carried out with an effort to socialize its clarity, which was not yet fully understood by the public. The bureaucratic structure and targets should be optimized. RPTRA had inadequate facility resources like a limited corridor, and particular medical space was incomplete. However, the last indicators showed from the optimization of cadre effort implementing the village family planning program. Population growth significantly increases know from the number of acceptors of long-acting reversible contraception. In the implementation of facilities and infrastructure such as Pos village family planning, it should be devoted to activities related to family planning. BKKBN must be able to motivate the community so that they can participate in the implementation of the village family planning program in RPTRA Ciracas Prima. Anemia is a condition where the body has a few numbers of red blood cells (erythrocytes). This condition is commonly found in pregnant women. WHO determines the incidence of anemia in pregnancy ranging from 20% to 89% by determining Hb less than 11 gr%. The purpose of this study was to determine the age and distance of pregnancy in pregnant women with anemia in the public health centre in Banjarnegara. The method used in this study was descriptive analysis. Sampling-based on total sampling, amounting to 29 people. The results showed that most of the "low-risk age group" numbered 25 respondents (86%), and the majority of respondents "low-risk pregnancy distance" totalled 27 respondents (93%). In conclusion, most respondents in the age and distance of pregnancy were low-risk categories. However, it was better for a woman who plans to become pregnant to pay attention to proportional age to get pregnant, and a healthy pregnancy distance, one of the things that can be done is to use contraception that is appropriate to the conditions the woman and her purpose whether to deploy, thin out or stop the pregnancy. Health monitoring since pregnancy to puerperium is crucial to do to avoid complications. Monitoring during the puerperium period still lacked, especially when the mother has returned home. Many complications occur during the puerperium, such as healing of perineal tears, uterine subinvolution, psychological factors, breastfeeding problems (blocked duct, engorgement, mastitis), and not few found death due to bleeding and infection. Special attention and debriefing for postpartum mothers were needed to prepare mothers to be more independent in caring for themselves. The purpose of this study was to analyze intensive care of the puerperium (ICP) effect on postpartum self-care capability. Method of this study was Quasi-experimental research with a quantitative study combination approach (experimental group) on ICP and qualitative methods (interviews) on postpartum self-care. The population of this study were postpartum maternal taken as the sample using nonprobability sampling technique with incidental sampling for three months in Wonokromo Sub-district, Surabaya. The data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed from 37 respondents who received ICP, 62.16% of respondents were able to carry out postpartum self-care properly. Furthermore, from 37 respondents who did not receive ICP, 70.27% of respondents found lacking to carry out postpartum self-care. The p-value = 0.005 p = 0.05 means that there was an influence of ICP on postpartum self-care ability. Keywords: Intensive care of the puerperium, Self-care

Elderly is an ageing process where age reaches more than 60 years. Hypertension is a state of increased systolic blood pressure more than equal to 140 mmHg and 90 mmHg for diastolic on two measurements with an interval of five minutes in a state of sufficient rest/calm. The study purpose was to determine the effectiveness of celery products on the reduction of blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension. Design of this study was quasi-experimental. The population of this study was elderly with hypertension; the sample was taken using a multistage random sampling technique and obtained 15 people per group. The results showed that the characteristics of respondents based on gender were mostly female was 22 respondents (73.3%). While the characteristics of respondents based on age were mostly between the ages of 60 - 65 years were 16 respondents (53.3%). The results of systolic blood pressure measurement in elderly hypertension given celery leaf extract were higher at an average of 28.33 mmHg compared to those given simplicia of celery leaf, which was an average of 22.67 mmHg. The results of measurements of diastolic blood pressure reduction respondents who were given celery leaf extract were higher at an average of 18 mmHg compared to those given simplicia of celery leaf, which was on average 12.3 mmHg. There are differences in the average pre and post diastolic pressure in elderly with hypertension who were given simplicia and celery leaf extract. There is no difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure reduction between those given simplicia and celery leaf extract. Keywords: Elderly, Hypertension, Celery
