Abstract

Abstract. Quality control in a job is very important because to know that a job is in accordance with quality standards and is carried out according to the schedule without delays in a project work. The research was conducted so that there was no repetition in a job on the Queen City Mall Building, Hotel and Promenade Apartment project. The method used in this study is the SPC (Statistical Process Control) method. Data collection was obtained from primary data in the form of concrete compressive strength data from the laboratory and secondary data in the form of RKS_STRUKTUR Atas_R0_11-12-2021. The results of the study showed that there were deviations in the quality of the concrete fc 25 MPa, 30 MPa, and 35 MPa which were under both lower and upper control without affecting the concrete quality standard. Keywords : Quality control, Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Abstract

Penggaron Terminal is a type B terminal located in Pedurungan District which serves majors in the cities of Central Java Province. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the management of facilities at Penggaron Terminal. This research was conducted at the Penggaron terminal for two weeks, Questionnaires were distributed on Mondays and Sundays, in the morning at 07:00-10:00 WIB and in the afternoon at 16:00-18:00 WIB. This research is included in the quantitative research. Data collection uses primary data, namely data obtained from respondents' answers. Secondary data in the form of literature as a support related to research. Based on the data analysis, the results of the factors that influence the management of facilities at Penggaron Terminal are the availability of main and supporting facilities. Meanwhile, facilities that are not yet available at Penggaron Terminal are green open spaces and storage areas for goods. Keywords: service level, user, Penggaron Terminal.

Abstract

Abstract. Analyzing the effect (K3) on the productivity of construction workers in wall and plaster work. The method used in this study is a descriptive method which aims to describe and describe the nature of something that was taking place at the time the research was conducted and to examine the causes of a particular symptom. The results of the analysis and discussion carried out that those who use incomplete K3 equipment do not affect work productivity time. From the results of this case study it can be concluded that the use of incomplete PPE equipment does not affect productivity effectiveness. Keywords: HSE, PPE, Productivity.

Abstract

The signaled interchange  at Jl. Pati  Raya-Juwana is one of the influential transportation infrastructure for road users who will go to Pati City, Rembang and the industrial center in Juwana. During rush hour the area often has traffic jams. Therefore,  this study was carried out with the aim of analyzing signaling intersections, replanning cycle times, knowing the traffic characteristics of the Pati Raya-Juwana road section.  Data collection was carried out for 4 days by taking peak hours at 06:30 WIB – 07:30 WIB and 16:00 WIB – 17:00 WIB. Themethod of data retrieval carried out is traffic flow, volume, and cycle time at traffic light. The results of the study were  pthere were existing conditions chosen alternative A as the best alternative for replanning traffic cycle time with 2 phases tonario 1 dwith t saturation degree 0.68, queue length 34.83 m and delay 15.06 seconds on the south shortening, then on the western approach for the saturation degree 0.51, queue length 23.51 m and delay of 11.07 seconds,  and 0.19 degrees of saturation, a queue length of 12.32 m, and a delay of 11.39 seconds on the north quarter. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the results of the traffic performance evaluation at the Juwana square intersection obtained the highest volume on Monday, July 3, 2023, so it is recommended to reset the traffic cycle time.

Abstract

The tempe industry is a food industry that has the potential to pollute the environment from the liquid waste it produces. Liquid waste from the  tempe processing process if it is immediately disposed of without going through the  management process first will have an impact on environmental pollution. In Semarang City, precisely in Gunung Pati District, there is a medium-scale tempe processing factory. So far, the tempe factory's liquid waste is directly disposed of into a ditch behind  the  factory without processing the liquid waste first. This  research  is a quantitative research presented in the form of  numbers     and then explained in the form of descriptions. From the results of the wastewater quality test, the pollutant parameters BOD = 369 mg/L; COD = 28,000 mg/L; TSS  =  0.991 mg/L; and pH = 4.3. According to the Regional Regulation of the Province of Central Java Number 5 of 2012 concerning Amendments to the Regional Regulation of the Province of Central Java Number 10 of 2004, this value still does not meet the requirements. The wastewater treatment plant that the  researchers are planning is in the form of a holding tank;  Equalization Tub; Anaerobic Digesters; Gas Holder; Initial Settling Tub; Anaerobic Biofilter using bioball filter media and steel nets as a barrier for bioballs where bacteria are grown; and Final Settling Tank. With an estimated effluent from the processing of BOD, COD, and TSS of 7.47225 mg/L; 189mg/L; and 0.00669 mg/L which means it meets the quality standard. From the planning  results, it was obtained that the total budget plan for planning the tempe factory wastewater treatment plant was Rp. 111.280.021,49.
