Abstract

This study purpose to determine the significant effect of transformational leadership, motivation and organizational commitment to teacher performance. The study was conducted by processing primary data as a result of filling out questionnaires by 90 Private Primary School Teachers as samples spread in Depok City. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis, correlation analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of the study concluded that transformational leadership, motivation and organizational commitment significantly influence to teacher performance. Transformational leadership has a significant effect to teacher performance. Motivation has a significant effect to teacher performance. Organizational commitment has a significant effect to teacher performance. This means that the better transformational leadership, motivation and organizational commitment can improve teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, competence and mutation on work motivation and work morale and prove the hypotheses about the relationship of research variables: competence, motivation, mutation, training and work morale. The population of this study was all Civil Servants in the Directorate General of Productivity Development and Training, Ministry of Manpower in the Jakarta and Bekasi Areas, which recorded a total of 303 employees. The total sample of the population is 173 Civil Servants taken using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The statistical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the LISREL program. In this study resulted that the variables of training, competence, and mutation have a positive and significant effect on work motivation and morale.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to determine and empirically prove the effect of performance-based budget planning on performance accountability, the effect of implementation of clinic-based budgeting on performance accountability, and the effect of budget evaluation on performance accountability. Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that there is no influence in budget planning on performance accountability because there are problems encountered so far, namely partial budget planning prepared by directorate staff who do not understand or are not budget planners so that budget revisions are made repeatedly causing budget execution to stall. The influence of the implementation of the budget on performance accountability. This proves that the better the implementation of the budget, the better performance accountability so that the output to be achieved will be achieved properly. The problems faced so far are the implementation of the budget that lacks understanding of the government's financial system, procurement procedures and mechanisms that are always changing, and government regulations that always change in the middle of the current budget year. The influence of the evaluation of reporting on performance accountability. This proves that the better the Reporting Evaluation, the better the accountability of performance so that the output to be achieved will be achieved properly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and compensation on employees' integrity and performance at Bank BNI. The method used in this study was descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all employees in the BNI Bank Rawamangun branch totaling to 360 people, and the sample was 190 respondents from the number of employees. The data analysis technique used is structural equation modeling (SEM) by using Lisrel. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive effect on integrity, compensation has a positive effect on integrity, transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, integrity has a positive effect on employee performance, transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance through integrity, and compensation has a positive effect on employee performance through integrity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online store attributes and e-service quality on corporate image and its impact on the business performance of Muslim fashion companies Zoya and Rabbani. Respondents in this study are zoya and rabbani online consumers as many as 138 people. Analysis Techniques in this study use Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square analysis. The results showed that the Online Store Attribute had a positive effect on Corporate Image, meaning that the better the Online Store Attribute, the higher the value of Corporate Image, E-Service Quality has a positive effect on Corporate Image, meaning the better E-Service Quality, the higher the value of Corporate Image, Online Store Attribute has a positive effect on Business Performance, meaning that the better the Online Store Attribute, the higher the value of Business Performance, E-Service Quality has no significant effect on Business Performance. it can be concluded that the better E-Service quality cannot have a significant influence on high business performance, Corporate Image has a positive effect on Business Performance, meaning the better the Corporate Image, the higher the value of Business Performance.

Abstract

The objective of the research are : To calculate and analysis the impact of domestic consumption of fertilizer on gross value added , export of fertilizer on gross value added, consumption of fertilizer on labor absorption, export of fertilizer on labor absorption, import content of fertilizer domestic consumption and for export and calculate and analysis backward forward linkage of fertilizer sector. The method to be used is I-O of Leontief. The data is from BPS based on the year of 2010 as basic year. Disagregation is used from 66 sectors into 34 sectors where the sector of fertilizer is in the sector of 14. The result of the research are : (1) The impact of domestic consumption on gross value added in average of (2010-2014) is Rp. 5,437,970.8 million. (2) The impact of export on gross value added is Rp. 2,066,940.4 million. (3) The impact of domestic consumption on labor absorption (2010-2014) is about 16,194 people. (4) The impact of export on labor absorption is 13,170 people. (5) The import content for domestic consumption is Rp. 930,860.4 million, while for export is Rp. 756,999.8 million. (6) backward-forward linkage are 0,86 and 0,78 at 2010 and then backward-forward linkage are 1,03 and 1,77 at 2005, so fertilizer industry has not as key sector. The implication that The development of fertilizer industry should be optimized because Indonesia has the gas resources that could support the fertilizer industry. Plant investment is needed to increase production capacity of fertilizer industry so as to increase production factors such as employment, regional development and output of other sectors. In order to continuously produce fertilizer there need a guarentee for the supply of gas from government to fertilizer plant. Production of Fertilizer Industry should be inreased in Indonesia since domestic demand is greater than production. The value of forward and backward linkages have indexes greater less the one cause fertilizer industry has not priority industry for development and not interested for investment. The government must redefined strategy planning for fertilizer industry in order to contribute to agriculture and food self-sufficiency program
