Abstract

Abstract. This research aimed to see financial inclusion in the ten largest banks in Indonesia in 2017. To measure the index of financial inclusion we use an index that was proposed by Sarma (2010). Research methodology that is used in this research is descriptive quantitative. As a result, all those ten banks are in a medium category. Their index is ranging from 0,333 as the lowest value to 0,487 as the highest value. It also shows that in some cases, banks with higher asset also have better index score Implication from these finding is commercial banks must be more active in promoting financial inclusive so Indonesia’s financial inclusive score is increasing.   Keywords: Banking; Index of Financial Inclusion, Financial Inclusion. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat penerapan keuangan inklusi pada sepuluh bank dengan aset terbesar di Indonesia. Untuk penguukuran indeks keuangan inklusif, penelitian ini menggunakan metode yang diperkenalkan oleh Sarma (2010). Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesepuluh ban berada pada kategori medium dengan nilai berkisar antara 0,333 hingga 0,487. Hasil lainnya juga menunjukkan, pada beberapa kasus bank dengan aset besar memiliki indeks keuangan inklusif yang lebih baik. Implikasi dari temuan tersebut adalah bank umum di Indonesia harus lebih aktif lagi dalam melaksanakan aktivitas keuangan inklusif supaya program keuangan inklusif di Indonesia meningkat.  Katakunci: Perbankan; Indeks Keuangan Inklusif; Keuangan Inklusif.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically investigate the influence of destination image, visitor image congruity, and perceived related health issues on revisit intention and the role of perceived risk as moderators in these relationships. We integrated the theory of self-congruity and protection motivation theory to understand post-pandemic travel behaviour further. Using a moderated regression analysis (MRA), data are collected from 402 students from two universities in Jakarta. The results from the study provide that destination image and image congruity are positively related to revisiting intention, while perceived risk has a negative direction. Moreover, perceived risk is essential in the relationship between destination image, image congruity, and revisit intention. These results extend a model for predicting travel behaviour in crisis/pandemic situations, corroborating the earlier studies, and providing practical implications for stakeholders and tourism area managers.

Abstract

This study analyzes strategies for strengthening sustainable Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. The PESTLE (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, and Ecological) analysis approach is used to identify environmental factors that influence BUMDesa sustainability and their impact on achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The type of research used is Descriptive Research of the Conclusive Research type. This study's primary data was obtained through a survey method by distributing online questionnaires to the community involved in BUMDesa. Secondary data is used as supporting data and information for researchers. The research population was the BUMDesa community in Pamijahan District, Bogor, using a non-probability sampling technique of the snowball sampling type. The study results show that the PESTLE analysis significantly affects the sustainability of BUMDesa and its impact on the SDGs. Good BUMDesa management can increase equitable economic growth (SDGs 8) and encourage village infrastructure and innovation (SDGs 9). Collaboration with related parties, developing innovations in developing village economic activities, and attention to maintaining cultural and natural heritage is essential in achieving this goal. Based on the research results, BUMDesa administrators must continue encouraging village community members' active participation in decision-making and management. Collaboration with local government, financial institutions, and NGOs can strengthen the village's economic development. Supporting innovation in developing village economic activities needs to be continuously improved. Cultural and natural heritage maintenance must also be a significant concern in BUMDesa development.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri perbankan di Indonesia saat ini semakin berkembang seiring dengan pesatnya perubahan teknologi, oleh karena itu sumber daya manusia yang merupakan aspek terpenting bagi perusahaan harus terlibat dalam mempertahankan eksistensi perusahaan. Sumber daya manusia harus terus meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kualitas serta potensi diri dalam melakukan pekerjaannya sebagai strategi perusahaan untuk bertahan dalam persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance dan job crafting terhadap work engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif, sebagai variabel independen yaitu work-life balance dan job crafting, sedangkan sebagai variabel dependen yaitu work engagement. Teknik pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling, dengan mengambil sampel dari karyawan PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk sebanyak 55 orang. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan skala likert dan diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap work engagement, kemudian job crafting berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement, work-life balance dan job crafting secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini merupakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang meliputi jenis penelitian kausal atau sebab akibat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah metode probility sampling dengan tipe proportionate stratified random sampling sebanyak 67 orang karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sedangkan variabel stres kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hasil uji secara simultan menunjukan bahwa terdapat adanya pengaruh positif antara variabel stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia.

Abstract

Posdaya saat ini sudah tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Setiap Posdaya memiliki program unggulan masing-masing sesuai dengan bidang yang dipilih. Salah satu Posdaya yang berhasil yaitu Posdaya Kecapi II di Jagakarsa. Merupakan paguyuban simpan pinjam terletak di Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan yang berdiri pada tahun 2012. Posdaya ini berhasil merintis koperasi simpan pinjam yang berkembang dengan pesat. Disamping berhasil meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, keberadaan Paguyuban Simpan Pinjam Posdaya Kecapi II ini mampu mengatasi ketergantungan masyarakat kecil di lingkungan sekitarnya atas rentenir. Kegiatan Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pentingnya pemisahan aset pribadi dan aset usaha untuk mencegah kebangkrutan UMKM. Sehingga diharapkan setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini para anggota dapat melakukan perbaikan pengelolaan Manajemen Keuangan sehingga tidak terjadi kebangkrutan dalam menjalankan usahanya. Pengelolaan keuangan menjadi salah satu masalah yang sering terabaikan oleh para pelaku UMKM terutama berkaitan dengan penerapan kaidah-kaidah pengelolaan keuangan akuntansi yang benar. Metode Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikan Penyuluhan, mengidentifikasi permasalahan para pelaku UMKM, dan membahas serta mengulasnya dengan pemaparan secara analisis naratif. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini terselenggara atas Kerjasama Unit Penelitian dan Pengabdian (P2M) FEB-Universitas Pancasila dengan LPPM Universitas Pancasila. Dikarenakan kondisi di Indonesia sedang dilanda Covid maka seluruh aktivitas pengabdian dilakukan secara daring melalui media Zoom.

Abstract

Jenis usaha yang dibangun pada masa kini baik usaha kecil menengah (UKM) ataupun besar selalu mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan mulai meninggalkan model pemasaran tradisional beralih ke model pemasaran modern yaitu digital marketing. Model pemasaran ini sangat memudahkan pebisnis dari berbagai kalangan dalam memasarkan serta memperkenalkan produk atau jasanya kepada konsumen. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan edukasi manajemen pemasaran yaitu digital marketing diperuntukkan kepada UMKM di bawah binaan BumDes Kecamatan Tanjungsari, Kabupaten Sumedang yang aktif dan beroperasi, dimana usaha tersebut telah terdaftar pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sumedang, Jawa Barat. Kegiatan pengabdian tersebut para pelaku UMKM di bawah koordinasi BumDes Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sumedang, Jawa Barat memiliki minat dan keinginan yang kuat untuk belajar mengenal digital marketing. Hanya saja mereka terhambat pada jaringan internet dan kemampuan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi serta tata caranya pemasaran secara online. Kata Kunci: Digital Marketing, UMKM, BumDes A The types of businesses that are built today, both small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and large, always follow technological developments and begin to leave traditional marketing models to switch to modern marketing models, namely digital marketing. This marketing model makes it very easy for business people from various circles to market and introduce their products or services to consumers. Community service in the form of marketing management education training, namely digital marketing, is intended for MSMEs under the guidance of BumDes Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency which are active and operating, where the business has been registered with the Community and Village Empowerment Office of the Sumedang Regency Government, West Java. The service activities of MSME players under the coordination of BumDes of the Regional Government of Sumedang Regency, West Java have a strong interest and desire to learn about digital marketing. It's just that they are hampered by the internet network and the ability to keep up with the development of information technology and online marketing procedures. Abstract

This study purpose to determine the significant effect of transformational leadership, motivation and organizational commitment to teacher performance. The study was conducted by processing primary data as a result of filling out questionnaires by 90 Private Primary School Teachers as samples spread in Depok City. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis, correlation analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of the study concluded that transformational leadership, motivation and organizational commitment significantly influence to teacher performance. Transformational leadership has a significant effect to teacher performance. Motivation has a significant effect to teacher performance. Organizational commitment has a significant effect to teacher performance. This means that the better transformational leadership, motivation and organizational commitment can improve teacher performance.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance entrepreneurial literacy among Generation Z students by optimizing business opportunities through the use of Google Trends. Conducted at SMA Bintara 1 Depok, the activity involved 30 students from grade 11 and was carried out through a descriptive and participatory approach. The methodology included a combination of pre-test, lecture-based training, interactive discussions, post-test, and satisfaction surveys. Data were analyzed descriptively to measure improvements in students’ knowledge. Results showed a significant increase in understanding, with pre-test scores at 6.1% and 3% for Google Trends knowledge and usage respectively, rising to 97% and 93.9% after the intervention. The training successfully introduced students to the practical application of digital tools for market research and business strategy development. The program proved effective in fostering critical thinking, creativity, and systematic decision-making, thus contributing to the preparation of digitally competent young entrepreneurs for the evolving market landscape.
