Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variable on the quality of the financial statements of BOS funds with Government Regulations as moderating. The population of this research is the State Vocational High School (SMKN) that receives BOS funds within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office and the number of samples from this study is 73 public vocational schools. Analysis to test data and hypotheses was carried out using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study are as follows. First, the Accounting Information System has a direct and significant effect on the Quality of the Financial Statements of BOS funds. Second, the Internal Control System has a direct and significant effect on the Quality of the Financial Statements of BOS funds. Third, Human Resources Competence has no direct and insignificant effect on the Quality of Financial Statements of BOS funds. Fourth, Indirectly, Government Regulations in Accounting Information Systems have no and no significant effect on the Quality of Financial Statements of BOS funds. Fifth Indirectly, Government Regulations in the Internal Control System are influential and significant. Sixth, Indirectly, Government Regulations in HR Competency have no and no significant effect on the Quality of Financial Statements of BOS funds.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Marketing Mix, Service Quality, and Customer Value on Customer Satisfaction Mediated by Company Reputation and Company Perception (Case Study at PT. Nawakara Bangun Nusantara). The research population is the customers of PT. Nawakara Bangun Nusantara totaled 76 customers. This type of quantitative research using a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and customer value on company reputation directly or indirectly through customer satisfaction, and the influence of customer value on customer satisfaction moderated by service innovation at PT. Moratelindo. The research sample was 205 respondents who are non-retail customers of PT. Moratelindo. Data collection using questionnaire and forum group discussion (FGD). Data analysis techniques used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis which was processed with SmartPLS software version 3. The results of the study prove that service quality variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and corporate reputation. The customer value variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and corporate reputation. The customer satisfaction can be the mediator for service quality and customer value to give a signinficant effect on corporate reputation. Service innovation variable is not able to encourage or strengthen the influence of customer value on customer satisfaction at PT. Moratelindo.

Abstract

This journal academics is a qualitative research by case study approach through descriptive analysis that focuses on startup business strategic planning in financial technology industry. The object of this research is PT. Alami Fintek Sharia (Alami Sharia) as financial technology P2P lending sharia licensed by Financial Service Authority (OJK). The research is based on some theories such as Porter's Generic Strategies, Competitive Profile Matrix, IFE-EFE Matrix (Internal Factor Evaluation dan External Factor Evaluation), IE Matrix, Grand Matrix Strategy, SWOT Analysis, QSPM and Balanced Scorecard. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct or indirect effect of HR and Infrastructure capabilities on the role of Payment Gateway, the influence of Risk Management in encouraging or strengthening Payment Gateway on Moratelindo Performance and all these variables on Moratelindo Company Performance. The research sample is 100 respondents who are the level managers of PT. Indonesian Telematics Mora. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis which was processed with SmartPLS software. The results of the study prove that the ability of human resources and infrastructure has a significant effect on Payment Gateways and Payment Gateways have a significant effect on company performance. Meanwhile, the ability of human resources and infrastructure has a significant effect on the company's performance, but risk management on the Payment Gateway has no effect on the company's performance. The results also show the factors that affect the Payment Gateway by referring to the results of the analysis that has been done so as to improve the company's performance. Including the role of risk management variables that do not affect the relationship between Payment Gateways and company performance. The expected managerial implications are support in terms of increased rewards for outstanding HR, network expansion and procurement of equipment to support the company's overall system, improvement and renewal of the payment system to keep pace with digitalization developments, implement risk management to anticipate problems coming from customers.
