Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the zakat pick-up service system, transfer service, zakat counter service, and service quality on the preferences of muzakki to pay zakat at BAZNAS Mojokerto City. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sampling method or respondents from this research is opening 98 muzakki. The data used is taken through the distribution of questionnaires. This study uses a binomial logistic regression analysis technique using a test tool, namely the SPSS 22.0 program. The results showed that simultaneously, the variables of zakat pick-up service (X1), zakat transfer service (X2), zakat counter service (X3) and service quality (X4) had a significant effect on the preference of muzakki to pay zakat (Y). Partially, each variable of zakat pick-up service, zakat transfer service, zakat counter service and service quality has a significant effect on the preferences of muzakki to pay zakat in BAZNAS of Mojokerto City.

Abstract

In Indonesia, banking is divided into two forms, namely conventional bank and Islamic bank. The existence of Islamic banks is a solution for people who want to make transactions without usury. Because usury is prohibited in Islam, however, there are still many people who are more satisfied with using conventional banks. Indonesia has a population of 86.80% adheres to Islam but the market share of Islamic banks is only 6.5%. So this is what makes this research. This study aims to determine what factors influence students not to use Islamic banks as the main transaction from the point of view of those who have used Islamic banks. This study uses a quantitative approach with logistic regression analysis. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The sample from this student there are 90 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Brawijaya class of 2018 who use Islamic banks not as the main transaction and as the main transaction. The results of the study explain that the variables of price, service, knowledge, and location partially have a significant effect on students decision not to use Islamic banks as the main transaction in making transactions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of bank margins, customer preferences and income on customer decisions to take Sharia mortgages. the term Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression. The difference is that in logistic regression, the researcher predicts the dependent variable on a dichotomous scale. The dichotomous scale in question is a nominal data scale with two categories, for example: Yes and No, Good and Bad or High and Low. Based on the results of logistic regression analysis, it was found that the characteristics of Islamic mortgages, income factors, consumer preference factors and the influence of Islamic bank margins had a significant effect on customer decisions in taking Sharia mortgages. While the knowledge factor does not have a significant effect. Based on the results of the logistic regression coefficients, the characteristic factor of Islamic mortgages is the dominant factor in customer decisions to choose Islamic mortgages because they have the largest beta value.

Abstract

Zakat funds have a function to distribute their funds to community groups who are unable or mustahik in community empowerment or only consumptive funds are given for direct consumption. Zakat funds can also be channeled for education costs in the form of scholarships for poor people. This research was conducted in the district with the aim of researching community empowerment through the Education scholarship program at Baznas Ponorogo Regency. In this study using a qualitative approach. This research is an activity that must carry out a survey in the field to identify information and conditions that are carried out there. For this reason, the right approach is qualitative because it can reveal various information with careful and meaningful description-analysis, providing complex details about phenomena that are difficult to express. The result of this research is the Smart Ponorogo Program launched by BAZNAS Ponorogo in order to improve community empowerment so that the quality of life of the community becomes better and runs effectively, this information is supported by several informants. Behind this success, there are obstacles that are still a lot of lack of public understanding of zakat in BAZNAS, and the lack of public knowledge about the management of zakat funds at BAZNAS. There are also factors that support this program to run smoothly because of the collaboration between parents and schools as well as the cooperation of scholarship recipients

Abstract

The development of globalization has an impact on human life by bringing changes to human life. various fields today. One of them is the field of technology and information that is developing and cannot be separated from the internet. Many marketplaces have sprung up in Indonesia, this research focuses on the shopee marketplace. Shopee is the most visited marketplace in Indonesia. Shopee provides various payment methods, one of which is Spaylater. The Spaylater system is the same as a credit card in that it provides loans to its users. The younger generation, namely Generation Z, currently dominates internet users in Indonesia. They mostly use it for social media or online shopping. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust, convenience, religiosity and risk perception on purchasing decisions using Spaylater. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The sample of the population is 125 respondents from generation Z Muslims in Indonesia. The results obtained that trust, ease of use, religiosity and perceived risk together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions using Spaylater.

Abstract

The concept of business in Islam is controlled by halal and haram rules, which is a differentiator from conventional business. One form of business in Islam is Sharia Cooperatives with various sharia contract products. one of way to achieve its sharia, it is necesarry to study using its terms and conditions. It also needs supervision related to the sharia of the contract which is carried out by the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) from the internal cooperative itself. The existence of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) has not been able to guarantee the sharia of the contracts due to inadequate capacity and regulations. The purpose of this study is to determine the sharia of the contract in cooperatives, Study at KPRI UB. This research uses a qualitative method of case studies. The result of this research is that the Savings and Loans Unit (Unit Simpan Pinjam) of KPRI UB has savings products with Mudharabah and Wadiah contracts, as well as financing or loan products with Ijarah, Murabahah, Qardh, and Musyarakah Mutanaqisah contracts. The Savings and Loans Unit (Unit Simpan Pinjam) of KPRI UB has the meaning, requirements, and mechanism of the contract that is in accordance with sharia provisions, but in its application there are still procedures that are not applied.

Abstract

Buying and selling online is a technological development that makes it easier for sellers and buyers to carry out buying and selling activities. Especially for sellers who make it easier to market their products with many buying and selling facilities such as dropshipping. Dropshipping is a way of selling that does not require capital and all packaging and shipping activities are carried out by the supplier. This study aims to determine the online buying and selling service system through the dropshipping and the view of Islamic business on the system. The object of this research is Casco Store Mojokerto using descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling technique. In collecting data, this study used primary and secondary data with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed systematically and checked through triangulation so that it corresponds to the actual situation. This study resulted in the finding that Casco Store uses a dropshipping with direct payment schemes and on-site payments that are allowed in Islam.

Abstract

Indonesia as a developing country still has a lot to improve to be able to compete with other countries, one of which is alleviating poverty. Poverty can be defined as the inability to access basic rights such as education, health, and inequality in income distribution. Bekasi City is a developed city, but on the other hand Bekasi City has a high poverty rate as well. One way to maximize poverty alleviation is to use ZIS funds. Bekasi City BAZNAS as the institution authorized to manage ZIS funds has a community empowerment program, namely the ZCD waste bank program. This research was conducted in Kampung Kandang with the aim of examining the effect of the ZCD waste bank program on the welfare of mustahik. The research approach method used is quantitative and the data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires. This study uses SPSS 23 statistical analysis. This study analyzes the effect of the participation of waste bank customers, training or mentoring, waste weighing, and waste savings on the welfare of mustahik. The results of this study indicate that all the variables used, consisting of waste bank customer participation (X1), training/assistance (X2), waste weighing (X3), and waste savings (X4) have a simultaneous and positive effect. Where the waste bank customer participation variable (X1) has a t value of 4.065 and training/assistance (X2) has a t value of 3.547 which is a significant variable. While the waste weighing variable (X3) has a t value of 1.331 and the waste saving variable (X4) has a t value of -1,600 which is an insignificant variable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of precieved ease of use, precieved usefulness, feature availability and financial literacy on preferences of using the BSI Mobile application by taking a case study at Bank Syariah Indonesia Malang Soetta branch office. In this study, 75 respondents were used as samples, namely customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia at Malang Soetta branch office. The data collection method uses questionnaires distributed online and direct. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS 25 application. From the results of the study, it can be found that variables that have a significant effect on preferences for using the BSI Mobile applications are the precieved ease of use, feature availability and financial literacy. While the precieved usefulness variable showed no significant influence on the preferences for using the BSI Mobile applications.

Abstract

Being the country with the most Moslem population in the world, Indonesia has a variety of halal foods that can be addressed to its consumers. This is a distinct advantage for both local and foreign economic actors. With a large population, of course, foreign businessmen are also interested in exporting their products to Indonesia, including food products. With the development of technology, it can affect a person's lifestyle where everyone can access social media easily. With the existence of social media, sellers will find it easier to advertise their products so that it can lead to increased consumer demand. Imported food itself is being favored by many people today, although local food can also compete there. As a Moslem, of course, the halalness of a product is the main thing to look at before buying a product. In this case, the Moslem's is guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution. Therefore, the state is also responsible for and guarantees the halalness of products consumed by Moslems in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the factors that influence Moslem preferences for purchasing halal-certified imported food products in Malang City. The analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis with logistic analysis method. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous significant effect between the independent variables on the dependent variable. Meanwhile, partially, only one independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the price variable.
