Abstract

The purpose of the research is to build a website-based program model for the creation of a website-based information system for assignment warrants and official travel warrants. For the application development process using the waterfall model, and data flow diagrams are used for logical data flow diagrams to describe the system to be proposed. The conclusions from the results of this study are; 1) The official travel order information system at the AMIK Indonesia Campus was developed to facilitate the processing of SPPD information for staff so that it becomes more effective and efficient, and 2) The official travel order information system at the AMIK Indonesia Campus was developed web-based using PHP and Mysql as databases thus producing SPPD input forms, employee data input forms, provincial, district and SPPD reports.

Abstract

The research objectives are; 1) To find out the Information System for Car Service Data Input PT. Dunia Barusa Banda Aceh City, 2) Designing Information System for Car Service Data Input PT. Dunia Barusa Kota Banda Aceh is web-based, and 3) Exploring the needs of users of the Car Service information system at PT. Barusa World Banda Aceh City. Broadly speaking, this research is divided into three stages, namely pre-development data collection, development and implementation, and post-development data collection. While in software development using a linear sequential model is often called the waterfall model. The results of the study can be concluded that; 1) The realization of this car service information system makes it easier for the sales department to provide information to customers about the availability of goods without having to check the warehouse, 2) With this system, car sales and maintenance services are easier because it can be done in only one part, namely the service section, 3) Make it easier for leaders to obtain various kinds of reports related to the sales process, car maintenance because all reports are available in this service information system, and 4) Help leaders to make decisions related to adding employees, purchasing goods and other decisions from the reports generated by the system. can be obtained at any time.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and design an Information System for the Use of Heavy Equipment at the Department of Highways with the programming languages HTML, PHP, CSS, JSON, AJAX and MySQL as database support. Broadly speaking, this research is divided into three stages, namely pre-development data collection, development and implementation, and post-development data collection. While in software development using the DSRM (Design Science Research Method). From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the information system on the use of heavy equipment at the Aceh Bina Marga Office has followed the procedure using HTML, PHP, CSS, JSON, AJAX and MySQL programming languages as database support.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and design an information system for news and program programs at TVRI Aceh Station using HTML, PHP, CSS, JSON, AJAX and MySQL programming languages as database support. Broadly speaking, this research is divided into three stages, namely pre-development data collection, development and implementation, and post-development data collection. While in software development using the DSRM (Design Science Research Method) method. Abstract

The research objectives are; To find out the Patient Information System at the Aceh Mental Hospital (RSJ) and Design a Patient Information System at the Aceh Mental Hospital (RSJ) using Visual BASIC.NET. Broadly speaking, this research is divided into three stages, namely pre-development data collection, development and implementation, and post-development data collection. With the existence of this patient information system program, the information system at the Aceh Mental Hospital (RSJ) becomes precise, and accurate, especially on the patient side. And to obtain information about the patient becomes easier; This information system is able to overcome the problems that often occur in the Aceh Mental Hospital (RSJ), namely the difficulty in controlling and supervising patients and planning for procurement of goods. This goods procurement information system can avoid excess patients and overcome the scarcity of goods which is certainly highly expected by business actors and the creation of an information system program in order to obtain quality information.

Abstract

The aim of this research is; 1) To find out the Design of Outboat Engine Parts Sales Transaction Processing System on CV. Dinamika Marine, 2) To design a Transaction Processing System for Sales of Outboat Engine Parts on CV. Web-based Marine Dynamics, AND 3) The design that will be built later is a sales transaction prototype that runs on the Windows operating system and does not require an internet connection. In making this model, the researcher compiled a data flow diagram that used a logical data flow diagram to describe the system to be proposed, while the prototype development process used the waterfall method. the results of the research include; 1) This Outboat Engine Spare Parts Sales application makes it easier to process transaction data and stock data based on sales, firstly the old system analysis, a user needs analysis, system feasibility analysis, system design which includes process modeling with DAD as a design tool, data modeling by making table designs, and designing interface designs and built using a web-based programming language with a database created using MySQL, and 2) The level of accuracy of this application in terms of recording transactions and stocks of Outboat Engine Parts can be seen by day, month and certain years so as to reduce the level of human error. This application can handle changes that occur, such as price changes and additional types of goods, these changes can be processed on the sales transaction form. The application is simple, the language used is easy for the user to understand, so it does not require a long time for training in operating this application

Abstract

The aim of this research is; 1) To find out the Sales Information System on CV. Distribusi Bintang, 2) To design a Sales Information System at CV. Distribution of web-based Bintang. In making this model the researchers compiled using a data flow diagram which is a system design tool, while in the prototype development process using the waterfall method. Based on the results of the research, the author can draw a conclusion which includes the following; 1) Use of Sales Information System on CV. Distribusi Bintang is expected to help create accurate and effective Sales Information data, 2) With the information system, it is easy for CV. Distribution of Bintang for speeding up information in general and reducing errors, and 3) Sales Information System on CV. Distribusi Bintang which the author designed uses various web-based programming languages ​​consisting of; HTML, CSS, Jquery, JavaScript, JSON PHP, and for database processing the Structure Query Language (SQL) is used. The supporting software used is XAMPP version 5.6 (Support MySQLi), NotePad ++, and Google Chrome Browser.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and design a Financial Information System Design at Qdoorsmeer & Coffee using a web-based programming language. In making this model the researcher compiles using a flowchart and is used for a graphical depiction of the steps and sequence of procedures of a program. While in the prototype development process using the waterfall method. Based on the results of the study, the authors can draw a conclusion which includes the following; 1) The use of the Financial Information System at QDoorsmeer & Coffee is expected to help create accurate and effective transaction information data, and 2) The information system provides convenience for QDoorsmeer & Coffee because it speeds up information in general and reduces errors.

Abstract

The aim of this research is; 1) To find out the sales information system at PT. Pyridam Farma Tbk Banda Aceh, and 2) To design a sales information system at PT. Pyridam Farma Tbk Banda Aceh web-based researchers compiled using a flow chart where the data describes the flow of data from a process that is often referred to as an information system. Based on the results of observations and the author can draw a conclusion which includes the following; 1) The use of sales information systems at PT. Pyridam Farma is expected to be able to help make sales information data accurate and effective, 2) With the information system, it is easy for PT. Pyridam Farma for speeding up information in general and reducing errors, and 3) Sales Information System at PT. Pyridam Farma which the author designed uses various web-based programming languages ​​consisting of; HTML, CSS, Jquery, Java Script, JSON PHP, and for database processing used is Structure Query Language (SQL). The supporting software used is XAMPP version 5.6 (Support MySQLi), NotePad ++, and Google Chrome Browser.
