Abstract

Online meetings have become mandatory since the COVID-19 pandemic. The series of stages of online meetings are slightly different from those held offline. Using the online meeting application requires a license and meeting scheduling according to the license quota you have. Online meeting activities at the Ministry of Health, especially the work unit under the Secretary General, provide each online meeting application license, and the meeting management is still manual. The stages of the meeting which include ordering meeting schedules, sending meeting invitations to participants, making minutes and approval from the leadership, distributing minutes to meeting participants are still done manually, and also not yet integrated with offline meeting activities. This condition is not cost effective and time efficient. The purpose of this research is to design and develop an application web-based information system for online meetings and minutes within the Ministry of Health. The designed information system is the Echelon I Level Meeting Management Information System. The system development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a prototype approach. The system design uses the PHP programming language, and also uses MySQL to design the database. The conceptual design is in accordance with the results of the analysis of existing conditions and is used as a reference in designing web-based information systems including using data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and table relationship diagrams. The results of this study are in the form of an integrated information system for work units at the Ministry of Health in managing online and offline meetings, integrating meeting room reservations (if online in the form of reservations for online meeting application slots such as zoom), automation of sending invitations to all meeting participants, making minutes online meeting and its approval, as well as sending the minutes of the meeting through the system. The advantages of this information system include saving costs for procuring online application licenses, generating a database of all meeting activities at the Ministry of Health, automation of sending invitations and meeting minutes, time efficiency in following up on meeting results because minutes can be made directly online and sent via the system to all meeting participants.

Abstract

The pharmacy data processing system is still managed traditionally, especially in the Nusa Penida area. The ledger records every transaction and piece of data. This is very inefficient because generating reports takes a lot of time and introduces a lot of errors, and negative things can happen if data is lost or corrupted. The scope of this research question is to design a pharmacy information system with the aim of facilitating data processing to provide more accurate and timely information in accordance with the expectations and needs of users in order to increase efficiency, improve work efficiency, and improve pharmacy services to customers. The system is designed to enable administrators to create transaction records, inventory reports, and other items in the pharmacy. In this study, the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodology was used, and the system was made web-based using the MySQL database. Black box testing is used in this study. This pharmacy system architecture can process user data, account data, income transaction data, expenditure transaction data, and stock cards that can see expired and expired drugs and generate stock inventory reports.

Abstract

At this time Machine Learning especially Deep Learning is developing very quickly in any field, especially in the fields of business, transactions, stock predictions, sales, and stocks and the like. Machine Learning has become a mainstay for facilitating and helping work. At the BabyQu store, the decisions used to carry out stock inventory still use the manual method, and there are several problems that arise including the occurrence of excess stock which makes other storage areas used for excess stock, especially if there are products that have an expiration date, and if there is a shortage of stock, problems will occur that will make consumers who need products or goods go to other places and several other problems that will arise which will cause losses to BabyQu stores, it is necessary to create a system or software that aims to assist BabyQu stores in forecasting stock availability product to overcomesome of these problems. This research was made using the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model design and method using Backpropagation as the algorithm because this algorithm can reduce the percentage of errors. The results we got in this study using the 3-3-1 model obtained an accuracy rate of 85.72%, using 550 iterations of epochs, and taking approximately 11.1 seconds.

Abstract

Natural disaster is an event related to natural phenomena that causes damage to a location on a small to large scale. According to data from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), the number of disasters that occurred in Central Sulawesi in 2016–2020 totaled 251 cases. Determining the location of natural disasters will be one of the factors to facilitate government access in solving problems. Until now, the government does not have a Geographic Information System (GIS) in the form of mapping the location points of natural disasters that have occurred. Based on the problems above, a website-based information system was created, namely "Geographical Information System for Mapping the Central Sulawesi Natural Disaster. The aim is to provide information to the public, so that it can facilitate agencies in distributing information to the public in finding disaster information. Based on the results of the analysis using GIS using a questionnaire, the average results of the two variables were obtained, with an assessment of the first variable of 81.8% and the second variable of 89.4%. The average value of the two variables leads to a very good opinion,

Abstract

This company sells 5.5 kg of Bright gas which will be distributed to the base every month, experiencing ups and downs. In addition, it also resulted in the inappropriate procurement of 5.5 kg Bright gas. Every month it is not adjusted to monthly sales estimates because it has not used a prediction system. Therefore, there is a sales prediction system of 5.5 kg of bright gas every month, the amount of bright gas is 5.5 kg which will be distributed to the base. The purpose of this research is to find out good accuracy in the Least Square method for the selling process of 5.5 kg bright gas at PT. Togo Jaya Gorontalo. Results achieved With the bright gas prediction system, predictions can be made for the next period and measurement results using MAPE of 0.20%.

Abstract

The application of the vehicle regulation system at intersections in rural areas does not yet have a good regulatory system compared to the vehicle control system in urban areas. The lack of equitable distribution of road widening in rural areas makes people often have problems accessing roads when using four-wheeled vehicles. People often experience problems when accessing small roads, especially when more than one vehicle passes at the same time. This problem was also experienced in DesaTanjung Sari, Kecamatan Cijeruk, Kabupaten Bogor. This study aims to design and build a small road monitoring system so that car drivers get a warning if there are four-wheeled vehicles that have passed the small road. The object recognition method used in the small road monitoring system for four-wheeled vehicles is the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor which is placed on the left, right, and top sides. Arduino Uno R3 microcontroller will be used as the main system device. The communication between points used is LoRa Ra-02 as the sender and receiver. The results of this study show the results of the system prototype running well in accordance with the planned functions.

Abstract

Bank XYZ is one of the BPD Banks. One of the strategies is to reduce the amount of investment and improve the quality of services in terms of information technology. The performance of the Operational Information System at Bank XYZ in serving customers will determine the quality of the services it provides. In conducting this research, the author uses the COBIT 5 framework with a DSS domain that combines control standards from many different sources in a single framework that can enable management to make control and control of the Information System environment. Gap analysis is the current capability level with the expected level of capability. Thus it can be seen how far the reach that must be achieved until the organization's goals are achieved. The results of the assessment and evaluation of the conformity of standards and operational management in the information technology system at Bank XYZ with the COBIT 5 framework with the results of the assessment of Bank XYZ current capabilities are at level 4 a predictable process. The result of level 4 is to ensure that the implementation of the process can support organizational goals.

Abstract

Currently in the world of medicine, determining liver inflammation is something that is not easy to do. But there are medical records that have kept the patient's symptoms and diagnosis of liver inflammation. The weaknesses of the manual method encourage researchers to develop a method that does not depend 100% on humans. The developed method utilizes a computer as a tool to analyze data. This kind of thing is certainly very useful for health experts. They can use existing medical records as an aid in making decisions about the diagnosis of a patient's disease. In this study, we analyzed the performance of machine learning algorithms by comparing the support vector machine, naïve Bayes and k-nearest neighbor algorithms. This study aims to determine the performance of which algorithm has the highest accuracy in liver disease data. From the research results using splinting data 80:20 it can be concluded that the Naïve Bayes algorithm model has better performance than other algorithm models when using the SMOTE technique with an accuracy value of 65.51%, whereas when not using the SMOTE technique the Support Vector Machine algorithm has the highest performance. better than other algorithm models with an accuracy value on the data not 72.41%.

Abstract

Wall magazine (Maiding) is a means of dissemination of information in the educational world. Despite the urgent need for fast and accurate information, today's media security is still poorly maintained, affecting the ability of students to receive information. Therefore, schools need information media and media to disseminate information quickly and accurately. Digital learning media help manage information so students receive more up-to-date information. The research methodology was carried out in three phases. In the preliminary phase, data collection was conducted through literature surveys, direct observations, and journal archives from similar surveys. The analysis phase includes a system analysis of the current bulletin board system and any bulletin boards to be created. The system development model uses the Extreme Programming Model or XP. The system is designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of the research have led to a digital madding system that allows schools to more easily communicate information, allowing students to submit information directly through his website for Digital Wall Magazine. Meanwhile, schools can control the information coming in and decide what information is made public. Information is updated her once a week or as needed to ensure students have the most up-to-date information.

Abstract

The beauty of Bali raises many comments about how a trip to Indonesia is not complete without going to Bali. In the tourism industry the application of tourist satisfaction and perspective is very important, but most of them still apply surveys. The survey-based approach has weaknesses such as operational costs, the potential for data duplication, and a lack of comprehensiveness. Sentiment analysis of natural tourism objects is performed by classifying positive and negative comments in the Jatiluwih tourist comment dataset. The focus of this panel's sentiment analysis is on comments related to the Natural Tourism Attractiveness Criteria. According to the Directorate General of Forest Protection and Nature Conservation in 2003, the criteria for natural tourism objects are tourist attraction, market potential, accessibility, socio-economic environmental conditions, public services, climate conditions, supporting facilities and infrastructure, and the availability and safety of clean water. This study compares the SVM, K-NN, and NBC methods. This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the performance of each method using the confusion matrix. The results showed that the K-NN method was superior to SVM and NBC in terms of testing accuracy and precision, where accuracy on K-NN gave a value of 93.4%, SVM 93.1%, and NBC 87.9%.
