Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, firm size, sales growth, and dividend payout ratio on capital structure. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method so that a sample of 28 property and realestate companies are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2013-2017 period. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of property and realsetate companies in 2013-2017. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that partially profitability proxied by net profit margin (NPM) does not affect the capital structure, liquidity is proxied by the current ratio (CR) effect on the capital structure, the size of the company which is proxied by total assets (Ln TA) does not affect capital structure, sales growth that does not affect the capital structure, dividend payout ratio does not affect the capital structure. Simultaneously profitability, liquidity, company size, sales growth and dividend payout ratio affect the capital structure

Abstract

In the world of electricity, transformers are widely used, both in the field of electric power and electronics. The use of transformers in the electric power system is used for each of its needs, for example the need for high voltage in the delivery of electrical power over long distances. Electrical equipment transformers are expensive and are very vital equipment. If the transformer is disturbed or in an abnormal condition, there may be an unexpected temporary cessation of electricity distribution and will cause losses for PLN and consumers who use electricity by disrupting the activities carried out. The Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method is a case-based reasoning system that uses previous experiences or cases so that they can solve new problems or cases. There are several stages in the case based reasoning method, including retrieve, reuse, revise, and retain. Case-based Reasoning (CBR) collects previous cases that are similar to the new problem and tries to modify the solution to fit the new case. The basic idea of ​​Case-Based reasoning is the assumption that similar problems have similar solutions. While this assumption is not always true, it does depend on many practical domains. Where the previous case experienced an overvoltage transformer damage, using the CBR method will look for similarities to the previous case with existing characteristics, the CBR method will look for the same case on the existing Knowladge so that the damage is quickly detected. From the characteristics of the damage that is on the transformer, it is easy to diagnose transformer damage using the CBR method and the results of the CBR method will find a ranking that is almost similar to the existing case.

Abstract

Abstract Angkue Village is one of the villages in Kajuara District, Bone Regency which is located in the coastal area. The majority of people in Angkue Village adhere to Islam and have dense poverty levels and have middle to upper economic levels.Even though Angkue Villageis a coastal area, we cannot know that the Qibla direction of the Jami Taqwa Mosque is deviated 8° Southwest. Reffering to these problems, we conducted a Qibla direction verification at the Jami Taqwa Mosque with the Hisab Ruqyat Team of the Ministry of Religion, Bone Regency. Abstract

Lele merupakan salah satu komoditas ikan yang dibudidayakan di Kabupaten Demak. Analisis kelayakan usaha sangatlah penting untuk keberlanjutan usaha budidaya pembesaran ikan lele. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya produksi, penerimaan, pendapatan usaha, BEP, R/C usaha pembesaran ikan lele di Desa Mangunrejo Kecamatan Kebonagung Kabupaten Demak. Metode dasar penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis. Metode pemilihan lokasi ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode penentuan sampel responden menggunakan metode sensus. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu perhitungan analisis biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, analisis BEP unit, analisis BEP harga, R/C. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan usaha pembesaran ikan lele dalam satu periode (3 bulan) mengeluarkan biaya total sebesar Rp. 6.840.197 penerimaan sebesar Rp. 11.912.500 dan pendapatan sebesar Rp. 5.432.321. Nilai rata-rata BEP unit sebesar 324,001 Kg dan nilai rata-rata BEP harga sebesar Rp. 10.879/kg. Nilai R/C sebesar 1,84

Abstract

The increasing belief of the Sanrobone community in the sanctity of Karaeng Lolo Bayo's Tomb is rooted in the significant contributions made while alive, and the deep influence has cultivated a lasting sense of reverence among its members. Therefore, this research was conducted to report the public belief in the sacred grave of Karaeng Lolo Bayo within the Sanrobone community. The belief was subject to analysis through a comparative examination of the two main schools of Islamic fiqh, Hanafiyah and al-Shafi'iyah, specifically concerning the pilgrimage activities associated with the grave. Primary data collection was conducted using interviews with several community leaders, visitors, and experts in related fields. Meanwhile, observation and documentation were used to analyze the data obtained through the interview method. The results showed that the tradition of grave pilgrimage in the Sanrobone community serves the purpose of honoring their ancestors and enabling community members to engage in prayer rituals at the gravesite. The al-Shafi'i madhhab and the Hanafi madhhab literature permitted this tradition in line with the fundamental principles of Islam, maintained simplicity, and avoided acts associating partners with Allah.

Abstract

Sebagai kaum beragama Islam perlunya untuk mengamalkan Al Quran sebagai pedoman hidup. Kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an tidak hanya untuk di dunia saja, tetapi juga untuk bekal di akhirat kelak. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengajaran kepada anak-anak membaca Al-Qur’an dan memberikan bekal dasar bagi anak-anak agar mampu membca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan kaidah ilmu tajwid dan juga menanamkan nilai-nilai keislaman kepada anak-anak ,serta mampu memahami dasar-dasar dinul Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis, dengan lokasi pengabdian ditetapkan secara sengaja yaitu dipilih desa Coppo Tompong, Kecamatan Mandalle, Kabupaten Pangkajene Kepulauan, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Setalah dilaksanakanya kegiatan ini, anak-anak sudah mulai bisa membaca dan mengenali dengan baik dan benar huru-huruf dalam Al-Qur’an serta lebih lancar dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. Selain mampu meningkatkan kemampuan anak membaca dan mengenali dengan baik huruf-hruf dalam Al Quran, temuan lain juga tampak yaitu membantu para orang tua atau guru mengaji yang kewalahan dalam mengajari anak-anknya dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. Bimbingan belajar membaca Al-Qur’an dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dialami anak-anak selama belajar membaca Al-Qur’an

Abstract

SMK merupakan salah satu untuk wadah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan skill siswa agar memiliki kompetensi yang dapat bersaing baik Dunia Usaha atau Dunia Industri. Permasalahan yang dihadapi SMK adalah belum siapnya lulusan SMK untuk memasuk dunia usaha atau dunia indutri di sebabkan karena memiliki kompetensi masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program Praktek Kerja Lapangan SMK Negeri 1 Koto XI Tarusan. Pelaksanan program Praktek Kerja Lapangan di lakukan evaluasi untuk melihat dari Tahapan yaitu: Input, Process, Output dan Outcome yang dihadapi di SMK Negeri 1 Koto XI Tarusan dalam pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL). Pada Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yaitu metode kombinasi desain Concurrent Embedded. Metode ini mengabungkan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif secara sistematis, tahapan pertama penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu teknik penyebaran menggunakan angket dan tahapan yang kedua menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik wawancara. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian dalam Pelaksanaan program Praktek Kerja Lapangan di SMK Negeri 1 Koto XI Tarusan pada Program Keahlian Teknik Bisnis Sepeda Motor (TBSM) secara keseluruhan meliputi. Evaluasi Input sesuai kenyataan memperoleh standar skor rata-rata 74,20% dengan kategori Cukup, dan evaluasi Input sesuai harapan memperoleh standar skor rata-rata 86,88% dengan kategori Sangat Baik. Indikator Process sesuai kenyataan diperoleh tingkat persentase sebesar 72,46% dengan kategori Cukup. Sedangkan untuk indikator Process sesuai harapan diperoleh tingkat persentase sebesar 81,73% dengan kategori Baik. Indikator Output sesuai kenyataan diperoleh tingkat persentase sebesar 72,60% dengan kategori Cukup. Sedangkan untuk indikator Output sesuai harapan diperoleh tingkat persentase sebesar 82,16%. dengan kategori Baik. Indikator Outcome sesuai kenyataan diperoleh tingkat persentase sebesar 70,86% dengan kategori Cukup. Sedangkan untuk indikator Outcome sesuai harapan diperoleh tingkat persentase sebesar 85,65% dengan kategori Baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian kualitatif dan kualitatif yang didapatkan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas pada pelaksanaan program Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) berada pada tahapan kategori cukup/sedang yaitu 78.31%. maka pelaksanaan program Praktek Kerja Lapangan perlu dilakukan perbaikan dari segalal aspek, sehingga tujuan PKL dapat dilakukan secara maksimal dan siswa mengaplikasikan ilmu pengetahuan serta siswa terjun langsung di dunia usaha atau dunia Industri.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the determining factors impacting the enforcement of electoral laws during the 2020 regional elections in North Lombok Regency. Regional head elections represent a direct mechanism for the populace to elect their leaders. Given the nature of elections as a platform for power acquisition, they inherently attract transgressions, unlawful deeds, irregularities, and other violations. The Final Report of the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) of North Lombok Regency revealed that while eight instances of electoral infractions were probed, only one case was prosecuted, forming the focal point of this article. The research employed normative-empirical legal research with both conceptual and case approaches, by collecting primary and secondary data, which were subsequently qualitatively analyzed. The findings indicated various factors influencing the adjudication process of electoral offenses during the 2020 Pilkada in North Lombok Regency, including disparities in the interpretation of legal statutes among law enforcement entities handling electoral crimes, inadequate evidentiary support to establish electoral infractions, and challenges in procuring testimony from cooperative witnesses.

Abstract

Islam provides women with rights under the Prophet Muhammad SAW. With the changes, women have full freedom of ownership rights in all permitted ways and have full rights to express opinions when they are asked to express their opinions. This research uses sociological research methods on law using empirical data collected through techniques. observation, interviews and documentation, the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and checking the validity of the data. From women's opinions regarding the implementation of women's rights in choosing a life partner, not all implementations of women's rights have been implemented because they are still held by those closest to them. Therefore, the importance of communication and education in determining life choices. As the Hanafi school of thought emphasizes that women have the right to choose. The Prophet also said "marry someone you like". However, the facts on the ground contradict the existing theory. The supporting factors for reviewing Islamic law towards women are socio-economic background, education, mature age and parents. Inhibiting factors are the will or choice of parents, lack of readiness of men chosen by women, men who are economically disadvantaged, women who are still in the process, social and family factors and others.

Abstract

In this study, we compared the performance of Random Forest Classifier and Decision Tree using classification evaluation methods. The results showed that Random Forest Classifier had a higher overall accuracy rate but also produced more outliers. On the other hand, Decision Tree demonstrated consistency in classification with fewer outliers. These findings provide insights into the trade-off between accuracy and consistency when selecting the appropriate classification method. Furthermore, further research is needed to understand the impact of outliers on classification performance and to take appropriate steps in addressing them.
