Abstract

Secara teknik pola gerak pada saat melakukan pukulan gyaku tsuki masih tergolong rendah, sehingga hasil yang diperoleh karateka pada saat melakukan pukulan gyaku tsuki kurang maksimal. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola gerak pukulan gyaku tsuki pada karateka Gojukai Bukit Baruga Antang Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 3 September 2022 dilapangan tenis Bukit Baruga, Antang, Kota Makassar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karateka Gojukai Bukit Baruga Antang Kota Makassar sebanyak 20 karateka. Teknik penentuan sampel adalah dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rubrik penilaian pola gerak pukulan gyaku tsuki. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan statistik deskriptif dengan mencari besarnya frekuensi relatif presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahapan dalam melakukan pola gerak pukulan gykau tsuki yaitu diperoleh nilai presentase (%). Sikap awal 60% dengan kategori “baik”, Pelaksanaan 55% dengan kategori “baik”, sikap akhir 65% dengan kategori “baik”, serta pukulan gyaku tsuki 50% dengan kategori “baik”. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari beberapa tahapan pelaksanaan pola gerak pukulan gyaku tsuki diperoleh kategori “baik” yang lebih mendominan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima yaitu pola gerak pukulan gyaku tsuki pada karateka Gojukai Bukit Baruga Antang Kota Makassar tergolong baik.

Abstract

Squat exercises have a significant effect on increasing strength. Squat exercises will affect the gluteus, gastrocnemius, quadriceps, hamstring, and hip flexor muscles. Basic squat exercise to develop strength in the legs and groin. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a "one groups pre-test-post-test design". This research was conducted with 11 subjects. The instrument used in this study was a leg muscle strength test with a vertical jump test. To analyze the research data using the t-test, namely by comparing the results of the pre-test with the post-test in the experimental group. Based on the results of statistical tests, it was obtained that the t-test value between the pre-test and post-test of squat training on increasing leg muscle strength had a t-count value (t-count 10.946 > t-table 1.79588), and a significant value (p = 0.000 <0.05), because the t-count value is greater than t-table and the significant value is less than α (0.05) there is a significant increase between the pre-test and post-test data

Abstract

This class action research aims to determine the level of student learning outcomes through a scientific approach with the Number Head Together learning model in grade IV students of SDN 81 Kendari, in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year consisting of 20 students. The research was carried out in two cycles with four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection of learning outcomes using Attitude Observation, Student Worksheets, and Back Roll Ability Tests. Data analysis was carried out in accordance with standard Benchmark Reference Approach (PAP) 5 and statistical calculations. The results of the study showed that students who completed learning in the first cycle were only 30%. And in cycle II, students who completed learning as much as 85%. The results of the analysis also showed that there was a significant increase in learning outcomes of the back roll technique in grade IV students of SDN 81 Kendari. It can be concluded that the implementation of a scientific approach with the Number Head Together learning model can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pengaruh keseimbangan dan kelincahan terhadap kemampuan dribling pada olahraga sepakbola siswa SMPN 6 Satap Sibulue  tahun akademik 2021/2022. Skripsi. Program Studi Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga Universitas Muhammadiyah Bone. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi terhadap keseimbangan dan kelincahan terhadap kemampuan dribbling dalam permainan sepakbola pada siswa SMPN 6 Satap Sibulue Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif.adapun tehnik pengambilan data dengan mmenggunakan intrument tes kemampuan  dribbling”untuk mengetahui pengaruh keseimbangan dan kelincahan terhadap kemampuan dribling pada olahraga sepakbola siswa SMPN 6 Satap Sibulue. teknik total sampling atau secara keseluruhan.Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas IX dan VII SMPN 6 Satap Sibulue yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Ada pengaruh keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan Dribbling pada olahraga sepak bola siswa SMP 6 Satap Sibulue dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 (2) Ada pengaruh kelincahan terhadap kemampuan Dribbling pada olahraga sepak bola siswa SMP 6 Satap Sibulue dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 (3) Ada pengaruh secara bersamaan kesimbangan, kelincahan terhadap kemampuan Dribbling pada olahraga sepak bola siswa SMP 6 Satap Sibulue dengan nilai 0,000 < 0,05

Abstract

Pengaruh Latihan Lompat Gawang dan Latihan Skipping Terhadap Kemampuan Smash Bola Voli Putri Pada Esktrakurikuler SMAN 20 Bone. Tahun Akademik 2021/2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan lompat gawang dan latihan skipping terhadap kemampuan smash bola voli putri pada ekstrakurikuler SMAN 20 Bone. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu variabel independent yakni pengaruh latihan lompat gawang dan latihan skipping terhadap kemampuan smash bola voli putri pada esktrakurikuler sman 20 bone dan variabel dependent peningkatan kemampuan melakukan Smash dalam permainan bola voli. Menggunakan bentuk desain penelitian Two- Group Pretest-Posstest Design. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan peserta bola voli putri yang tergabung di ekstrakurikuler Sunrawa SMAN 20 Bone, yang berjumalh 14 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan lompat gawang terhadap kemapuan smash peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli putri di SMAN 20 Bone, dengan t hitung 33,72 > t tabel 1,77, dan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan skipping terhadap kemampuan smash pesertaekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMAN 20 Bone, dengan t hitung 33,72 > t tabel 1,77, dan nilai signifikansi 0,00< 0,05. (3) Ada perbedaan yang signifikan latihan lompat gawang dan latihan skipping terhadap kemampuan smash pesertaekstrakurikuler bola voli putri di SMAN 20 Bone, dengan rata-rata 36,23 dan 32,31%. Latihan lompat gawang memberikan pengaruh besar daripada latihan skipping terhadap kemampuan smash peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli putri di SMAN 20 Bone

Abstract

Bagi permasalahan peserta didik, khususnya siswi, materi guling belakang merupakan materi yang susah dipelajari, sehingga hasil belajar untuk materi guling belakang masih dibawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal. Tujuan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan Guling Belakang melalui media bola dan papan miring pada siswa kelas X SMAS PGRI 1 Purwakarta. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 27 orang. penerapan metode pembelajaran media bola dan papan miring terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Guling Belakang. Hal ini terbukti dengan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar Guling Belakang yang cukup baik, yaitu pada siklus I dengan nilai rata-rata 74.19, jadi peningkatannya sebesar 21.35%. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata pada siklus II adalah 83.37, jadi peningkatannya sebesar 42.99%. yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan Guling Belakang telah direncanakan dengan baik sehingga dapat membuat siswa aktif karena didukung oleh adanya motivasi dalam melakukan pembelajaran media bola dan papan miring.

Abstract

This research aims to describe improvement in learning outcomes volleyball bottom serves through audio visual learning media at SMA 30 Bone and to prove the increase in learning outcomes volleyball bottom serves through audio visual learning media SMA 30 Bone. The research used classroom action research with a quantitative approach. The results showed, 10 students got scores high category, 7 people got scores medium category and 13 other people got low category. Overall, 20 students had not yet completed with a percentage 66.67% and 10 students had completed with a completion percentage 33.33%. In cycle there were 2 students who obtained grades in the very high category, 17 students high category, 7 students medium and 4 students low category. Overall there were 11 students who had not completed with a percentage of 36.67% and 19 students had completed with a completion percentage of 63.33%. Meanwhile, at the end of cycle II there was an increase in the quality of learning to serve under the game of volleyball where there students who completed it with a percentage 100%. The conclusion of the research shows through audio visual learning volleyball can improve student learning outcomes at SMA 30 Bone.

Abstract

This research analyzes the data by reducing the data and presenting the data in tabular form, looking for the average value and percentage of learning completeness. The sample in this study was 31 daughters of MA Amir AL-Jannah. The results of cycle I showed that the results of learning volleyball in terms of cognitive aspects were (26%) 8 students who completed, and (74%) 23 students who did not complete. From the affective aspect there were (55%) 17 students who completed and (45%) There were 14 students who had not completed the psychomotor aspect as much as (45%) 14 students had completed it and (55%) 17 students had not completed it, 12 students had completed it and 19 students had not completed it. In cycle II, it showed that the results of learning volleyball through tool modification were in terms of the affective aspect as many as (94%) 29 students completed and (6%) two students did not complete, from the cognitive aspect as many as (94%) 29 students completed and (6%) two students did not complete, from the psychomotor aspect as many as (90%) 28 students completed and (10%) three students did not complete. Based on the results of the data analysis above, it can be said that using modified volleyball equipment can improve volleyball learning outcomes for female students at MA Amir AL-Jannah in terms of attitudes, abilities and knowledge.

Abstract

Jumriani, 2023, Coaching Profile of Petanque Extracurricular of SMA Negeri 4 Bantaeng. Supervised by Ferawati and Kurnia Rusli. This research aimed to know the Coaching Profile of Petanque Sport Extracurriculars of SMA 4 Bantaeng. This research used descriptive research that aims to determine the profile of coaching petanque sports extracurricular at SMA Negeri 4 Bantaeng. Independent variable in this study was the physical condition, while the dependent variable is pointing and shooting skills. The sample of this research was 20 students. Data analysis techniques in this study using descriptive statistical techniques and calculation techniques using percentages. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that physical condition of pointing and shooting abilities of SMA Negeri 4 Bantaeng including medium category. The physical condition of students was moderate of 100%. Meanwhile, the ability to point and shoot is in the moderate category by 35%. This shows that the extracurricular coaching profile of petanque at SMA Negeri 4 Bantaeng on pointing ability and shooting is medium category.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui permasalahan issue perbendaan gender, hambatan implementasi, perlakuan guru, serta upaya untuk menangani perbedaan gender pada mata pelajaran di PJOK SDIT Harapan Ummah Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas tiga orang guru PJOK dan tiga orang siswa dari SDIT Harapan Ummah Karawang. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, studi dokumen, studi pustaka, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat issue kesetaraan gender pada mata pelajaran PJOK yang ditemukan berbagai macam issue kesetaraan gender yang terangkum dalam lima kategori yaitu subordinasi, pelabelan negatif, kekerasan, beban ganda, dan marginalisasi.
