Abstract

PT. AELXINDO (Aluminum Extrusion Indonesia) is a manufacturing company engaged in the metal sector, namely aluminum. Yang has a vision, namely to become the largest and best aluminum extrusion company in Indonesia. With that the company is required to measure and improve the performance of employees and the organization that is in it and the company must provide welfare to all employees. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between the variables of the Work Environment and Job Training on Employee Performance at PT. ALEXINDO. The data used in this study are primary data obtained in distributing questionnaires to employees. The test results prove that the variables Job Training (X1), Job Training (X2) and Employee Performance (Y) have a significant simultaneous effect with multiple linear results in the F test. These results are obtained from F-count greater than F-table (428,008 > 3.11) while the effect is partially significant through the t test. These results were obtained from the t-count value of the Work Environment variable (X1) of 10.206 and the T-count value of Job Training (X2) of 6.459 which is greater than the T-table value of 1.9896. Then the independent variables namely Work Environment (X1) and Job Training (X2) have an effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance.

Abstract

Effect of Working Environment and Discipline on Employee Performance at Bravia Cash & Credit Cikarang. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on the performance of Bravia Cash & Credit Cikarang employees. This type of research is quantitative research. The objects in this study are employees of Bravia Cash & Credit Cikarang with a population of 38 and the sample calculation is determined by the saturated sample formula. The analytical tool in this research is using SmartPLS 3.0 to test the feasibility of the research method and test the hypothesis. Partial test results of working environment variables and discipline on performance show that working environment and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an intermediate effectfinancial literacy andfinancial technology toinvestment decision students at University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. the results of this study indicate thatfinancial literacy (X1) has a significant effect oninvestment decision students. This proves that the level of financial literacy of a student is the basis for consideration in making investment decisions.financial technology positive effect oninvestment decision students. This shows that the availability of technology in financial terms, especially investment applications from PT Phintraco influences the decisions of students in investing. From the results of the F test, financial literacy andfinancial technology simultaneously a positive effect oninvestment decision students. This shows that a student's decision to invest requires adequate financial literacy and adequate investment technology.

Abstract

The Effect of Liquidity and Leverage Ratios on Profitability in Automotive and Component Sub-Sector Companies on the IDX in 2016 – 2020. This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity (Current Ratio) and Leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio) on Profitability (Return On Assets) in Companies Automotive Sub-Sector and Components on the Stock Exchange in 2016 – 2020. The independent variables in this study are Liquidity (Current Ratio), and Leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio). While the dependent variable in this study is Profitability (Return On Assets). The data used in this study is data on the financial statements of companies in the automotive and component sub-sectors on the IDX in 2016 – 2020. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis is submitted by statistical tests, namely the F test (simultaneous) and the T test (partial). The results of this study indicate that Liquidity (Current Ratio) has no effect on Profitability (Return On Assets) in the automotive and component sub-sector companies on the IDX in 2016 - 2020. Leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio) has a significant negative effect on Profitability (Return On Assets). in the automotive and component sub-sector companies on the IDX in 2016 - 2020. And based on the results of the F Test in this study, the Liquidity (Current Ratio) and Leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio) variables together (simultaneously) affect Profitability (Return). On Asset) ) in automotive and component sub-sector companies on the IDX in 2016 – 2020. This is evidenced by the calculated value (4.551 > 3.10) with a significance level (0.013 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) Does brand image affect purchasing decisions for Mr. Bread 2) Does product quality affect the purchasing decision of Mr. bread. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research. The data collection method in this study was by distributing questionnaires to Mr.'s customers. Bread at Indomaret Pulogadung Industrial Area, East Jakarta. The sample size is taken using the Hair Formula. The Hair formula is used because the population size is not known with certainty. The r value has a value of 0.1796 so it can be concluded that the five statements on the brand image variable are valid. The value of r has a value of 0.1796 so that it can be concluded that the seven statements on the Product Quality variable are declared valid. The value of r has a value of 0.1796, and it can be concluded that the eight statements in the purchasing decision variable are declared valid. So that the Brand Image Variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Product Quality Variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of work discipline and compensation on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Tata Bangun Sarana. Respondents in this study were all marketing of PT Tata Bangun Sarana. Based on the saturated sample method, the total sample in this study was 95 respondents. In this study using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The number of questionnaires distributed as many as 95 copies and which can be returned and processed as many as 95 eksempalar.
