Abstract

Conventions and exhibitions are places to accommodate various types of activities, such as gathering in one place to watch an exhibition of art, goods or certain events to exchange ideas with the aim of increasing insight and knowledge about events held in general.With the design of convention and exhibition buildings in the city of Depok, it is expected to be able to accommodate all activities of the general public related to mass activities. The concept of high-tech architecture is applied to buildings that use renewable materials as well as aesthetic and functional to buildings that can highlight the structure and technology used in the building.

Abstract

A Cultural Tourism Area is a type of activity developed in an area or sub-region of a tourist destination that relies on the richness of tourism in the form of objects and attractions of cultural tourism. To increase the love and passion for Central Javanese culture, a cultural tourism area is needed, where there is a place for batik education, culinary tours, as well as wayang kulit performances and training. Cultural Tourism also describes a tour based on the desire to add insight and life experience by visiting distinctive and unique tourist objects and attractions. The vernacular architectural approach can be used as a basic reference in the design of the Central Java Cultural Tourism Area in the City of Salatiga. The concept of this building is very suitable for use, the shape of the building is taken from the original traditional building form, but uses existing technologies.

Abstract

The library is one of the facilities for accessing information for the community as a supporter of the progress of education in Indonesia, at the village, sub-district, city / district, provincial and state levels. Of all regencies / cities throughout Indonesia, almost 90% have established public libraries. Bumi Serpong Damai is a planned city in Indonesia which is located in the sub-district of Serpong, South Tangerang. The city was inaugurated on January 16, 1984. BSD is one of the satellite cities of Jakarta which was initially designated as an independent city where all facilities are provided in the city including industrial, educational, tourist and residential areas. In BSD itself, the Al-Azhar BSD school, St.Ursula BSD school, Prasetya Mulya Business School, Indonesian Institute of Technology, International University Liasion Indonesia, Atma Jaya and others, unfortunately do not have their own library supporting facilities. BSD area. This library is designed by applying the concept of green architecture to minimize adverse impacts on the natural and human environment and produce a better and healthier place to live, which is done by utilizing energy sources and natural resources efficiently and optimally.

Abstract

A city park as green space is the park to serve the town or part of urban areas, furnished with recreational facilities and sports facilities with a minimum of green open space 80 % -90 %, so it can be utilized by the citizen to performs various functions. Kudus city having a Balai Jagong as the city park, has the largest land area with 6 Ha that containing the sports facilities like; indoor tennis, indoor futsal bmx & skate arena and public facilities to support the needs of park visitors, has become one of recreational destinations for the society of Kudus city. However, with great potential the management of the park facilities it is still not maximum, so that the facility a building often closed and abandoned look, from the observation that the author do have found, completeness facilities Balai Jagong park as the city parks do not meet standards set of Permen no.5, 2008 and standards the park facilities by the central city of research and development national standardization board. So there will be a redevelopment of the Balai jagong park facilities by applying the concept of biophilic architecture. Biophilic Architecture is a style of architecture that containing 14 of biophilia design principle in it, that would’ve connecting people with nature through the building design and aim to help a people reaching a welfare , health , comfort and to improve the quality of life for the people.

Abstract

The city of Tangerang which is located around Jakarta has been positively affected by the Indonesian capital. Not only crowded with hangouts for young people, Tangerang also has enough shopping centers to satisfy shopping desires of all ages. but of all shopping centers in Tangerang City, there is no shopping center combined with an adequate garden walk. Green architecture is a step to answer all that. How to design buildings that produce a lot of oxygen, green architecture is a step to change the next human life, green architecture is architecture that uses minimal natural resources, including energy, water, materials and also has minimal negative impact on the environment. In this shopping center design, what distinguishes the design of the Garden Walk Shopping Center from other shopping centers in the city of Tangerang is that this shopping center building is combined with the Garden Walk. Another thing that distinguishes this shopping center from the others is that within the Garden Walk itself, a garden like a maze will be created, as well as for the outdoor several other supporting facilities such as cafeterias, mini markets, mini bridges and fountains will be made with the concept of a green architectural approach. which will be useful for visitors who want to relax and others.

Abstract

Drug Rehabilitation Center is a place where someone who is addicted to drugs and illegal drugs wants to have self-awareness to recover and become a better human being. The applied biophilic architecture is also very suitable for accelerating the recovery of patients undergoing rehabilitation by uniting the elements of nature with humans. This Tangerang Regency area is one of the cases of drug addicts with a fairly large percentage, addicts include students and young people who still do not understand the dangers of drugs and illegal drugs.

Abstract

ABSTRACT : This research is triggered by the conflict of interest between the road users and the existence of Sogo Jongkok market which has been an obstacle for Jalan Fakhrudin and has diminished the function of the street as the circulation way of vehicles. Moreover, the less integrated time management in coordinating various market activities which is urban in nature has made the Sogo Jongkok market cannot exist for a long time. It has not been able to continuously support various activities at this area. The existence of Sogo Jongkok as a temporary market has not been adequately managed which result in inharmoniousness with formal buildings as the background. Time and space approach in the corridor design of Jalan Fakhrudin is carried out by managing the Sogo Jongkok temporary market and by analyzing some design-related aspects, such as circulation aspect, and time management aspect. This analysis is expected to be able to support various activities at the area of Jalan Fakhrudin within 24 hours on holidays and to harmoniously exist together with other existing formal buildings.Keywords: Circulation, Time managementABSTRAK: Penelitian ini didasari oleh adanya persoalan konflik kepentingan antara pengguna jalan dengan kegiatan pasar Sogo Jongkok sehingga mengakibatkan tertutupnya Jalan Fakhrudin dan menimbulkan penurunan fungsi jalan tersebut sebagai jalur sirkulasi kendaraan. Selain itu, kurang terpadunya manajemen waktu dalam mengatur kegiatan pasar yang bersifat urban tersebut sehingga kegiatan pasar Sogo Jongkok tidak berlangsung lama dan belum dapat menghidupkan kegiatan di kawasan itu secara menerus. Keberadaan pasar temporer Sogo Jongkok juga belum tertata dengan baik dan menimbulkan ketidakserasian dengan bangunan formal yang melatarbelakanginya. Pendekatan waktu dalam ruang pada perancangan koridor Jalan Fakhrudin dilakukan dengan menata pasar temporer Sogo Jongkok dengan menganalisa beberapa aspek perancangan, seperti aspek sirkulasi dan aspek manajemen waktu. Diharapkan dengan analisa tersebut dapat menghidupkan kegiatan di kawasan jalan Fakhrudin selama 24 jam pada hari libur dan dapat berdampingan harmonis secara fisik dengan bangunan formal yang ada.Kata kunci: Sirkulasi, Manajemen waktu

Abstract

Tourism area is an activity that is developed in many areas to certain areas to attract the interest of the surrounding community. Especially art tourism, namely the art of music. To increase the love and passion for the art of music in a certain area, especially South Tangerang, it is necessary to have a music performance area, where there is a place for music education tours, musical performances, music culture, and local budget revenues. Music performances also have a good effect on the surrounding community, especially in South Tangerang because there is a place where music lovers and visitors can interact with each other. The modern tropical architectural approach can be used as a basic reference in the Central Design of music performances in South Tangerang. The concept of this building is very good to use, the shape of the building used can overcome the climatic conditions that exist in Indonesia by combining several things that have been adjusted, in order to complete the existing shortcomings.

Abstract

Plantation is one of the largest natural potentials in Indonesia, which has a tropical climate. Economic activities based on food crops and horticulture are very important (strategic) activities in Indonesia. In terms of potential, the availability of land and natural resources is very large. So that with the design of this Fruit Agrotourism Area, it is hoped that later it will be able to accommodate tourism management and plantation development, especially for the Pabuaran area, Serang Regency. With the application of the concept of organic architecture that is able to adapt to the conditions around the Pabuaran area to support the function of the building and comfort for users.

Abstract

The exhibition hall provides space for gatherings such as trade and industry fairs, state conferences, concerts, and even weddings. Bogor Regency is an area is still no place that accommodates larger scale meetings. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Bogor Regency also did not have a place to facilitate the isolation of COVID-19 patients. Seeing these problems, an exhibition building will be designed that can accommodate meeting and exhibition activities with large-scale visitors in Bogor Regency, as well as being used as a health facility for COVID-19 isolation patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Exhibition Building in Bogor Regency was designed using a hightech architectural approach. With high tech architecture, it is hoped that this exhibition building can support its function as a center for isolation of COVID-19 patients through the use of modern building elements and technology that will be used to facilitate the activities of isolated patients.
