Examination for Infections Transmitted through Blood Transfusion (IMLTD) includes the identification of Hepatitis B surface Antigen (HBsAg) and antiHIV. One way to check HBsAg and anti-HIV can be done using the Chemiluminescence Immuno Assay (ChLIA) method. This study aims to analyze the comparison of HBsAg and antiHIV reactive examination results using the ChLIA method at PMI (Indonesian Red Cross) in Yogyakarta City. The method used was secondary data collection in 2020-2022. Data analysis was done using the Kruskal Wallis test. The results of the statistical analysis of the HBsAg examination showed a p value of 0.041, which means that there were differences in the levels of reactive HBsAg examination results using the ChLIA method. Then the results of the statistical analysis of the anti-HIV examination showed a p value of 0.967, which means there was no difference in the levels of reactive anti-HIV examination results using the ChLIA method. The results revealed donor HBsAg and anti-HIV reactive examinations based on the characteristics of the majority was male, the majority was adult (20-54 years), most blood types was type O, all were rhesus positive, the majority of jobs was other categories for reactive HBsAg, and employees/employee for anti-HIV reactive.

Abstract

Mother's milk is an important intake for the growth and development and health of babies. The causes of irregular breast milk production include reduced breast milk production on the first day after giving birth due to decreased stimulation of the hormones oxytocin and prolactin which play a role in smooth breast milk production. Therefore, non-pharmacological efforts are needed in the form of breast care. Breast care is useful for facilitating the expulsion reflex and increasing the smooth production of breast milk. The objectives of the research was to determine the effectiveness of Breast Care in smoothing breast milk production in post partum mothers at the Saras Ibnu Sina Sukowati General Hospital, Sragen. Quantitative research type with a quasi-experimental design with a post test-only non-equivalent control group approach. Samples were taken by accident. The samples were 15 people as controls and 15 post partum mothers as the treatment group. Data analysis techniques using Mann Whitney. Result this research that the smoothness of breast milk production for the treatment group was mean ± SD (8.33 ± 0.899) and the control group had a mean ± SD (4.73 ± 0.458). There was an influence of breast care on the smooth production of breast milk in post partum mothers on day 7 (p value 0.000 < 0.05). So that there was an influence of breast care on the smooth production of breast milk in post partum mothers on day 7 at RSU Saras Ibnu Sina Sukowati Sragen

Abstract

Low back pain (NPB) Ischialgia is the pinching of the ischiadic nerve in the lower back region which causes the buttocks, thighs, lower legs and even feet to tingle, pain, sometimes causing weakness. Nerve mobilization is a manipulation technique by moving and stretching the nerve tissue to improve axonal transport so as to improve nerve conduction. Nerve mobilization can reduce the pressure in the nerve so that there is an increase in blood flow to the nerve, which can have a regenerating and healing effect on the injured nerve (Butler, 1991). Nerve mobilization is often used as a form of diagnosis and treatment in musculoskeletal conditions with nerve involvement (Butler, 1991). Nerve mobilization in the Lower Limb Tension Test (LLTT) is performed on the branching of the lumbosacral plexus such as the ishiadicus nerve, peroneal nerve, and tibial nerve. But here the author only discusses LLTT on the ishiadicus nerve, namely LLTT 1 which is associated with low back pain. The purpose of knowing the effect of manual nerve mobilization on pain reduction in Ischialgia patients after IR and TENS therapy at RSD KRMT Wongsonegoro Semarang. Method two group pre test and post test. The place of this research is in the physiotherapy clinic of KRMT Wongsonegoro Hospital. Using Visual Analouge Scale (VAS) measuring instrument. The results were treated using the mann-Whtney test. With confidence interval (CI) (95%) The results revealed that there was a significant difference in pain between group 1 (p = 0.00) and group 2 (p = 0.00). But there was no significant difference between the two groups on pain improvement (p = 0.152), so there was no better treatment between the two groups. It is concluded that ULTT is useful in the treatment of LBP patients to reduce pain in two groups. The targeted output is publication in Sinta indexed national journals and IPR. The TKT target of the implementation of gamelan accompaniment gymnastics is at level 2.
