Abstract

One of the tridharmas of higher education is carrying out community service, for this reason, we will discuss consumer protection regarding refunds for shopping at modern retailers in Tarakan City. This PPM implemented with a socialization model expected to be able to provide understanding to the community through MSMEs that are members of the North Kalimantan MSME Communication Forum (Fokutara) so that they better understand consumer rights in taking change from shopping and also so that business actors are aware of their obligations so that they are not arbitrary in rounding up change or returning it with candy/chocolate or for donations. As regulated in statutory regulations, business actors are required to prepare small changes to give back shopping money to consumers. If the perpetrator does not heed this, there will be a threat of imprisonment for one year and/or a maximum fine of IDR 200,0000,000 (two hundred million rupiah) as stated in Article 33 Paragraph 1 of the Currency Law. The money used in transactions must be in accordance with the money currently in circulation, the minimum rupiah denomination is Rp. 50,- (fifty rupiah)

Abstract

Community service carried out by UKK KSR PMI Unit UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan is based on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The partners in this community service activity are the people of Rogoselo Village who face the problem of unhealthy lifestyles, although several efforts have been made to improve these conditions. This problem needs to be resolved immediately because a healthy lifestyle is the key to a quality life. The purpose of this service is to increase the knowledge and awareness of the Rogoselo Village community, especially adolescents, about the importance of a healthy lifestyle through peer adolescent education. The methods used include socialization and adolescent posyandu activities, which are specifically designed to deliver information and healthy living practices to the community. The results of these activities are expected to create a healthy generation in Rogoselo Village, which in turn will make healthy lifestyles a sustainable habit in the community. In conclusion, youth peer education socialization can be an effective strategy to address the problem of unhealthy lifestyles in Rogoselo Village, thus supporting the creation of a healthy and quality generation

Abstract

ABSTRACTIndonesia is a country with a rich cultural diversity, as seen in its many ethnicities, races, religions, and traditions. This diversity is reflected in the motto of Pancasila, *Bhinneka Tunggal Ika*, meaning "Unity in Diversity." As the foundation of the nation, Pancasila should guide the behavior of all citizens. By instilling Pancasila's values from an early age, Indonesia will become stronger and better equipped to face challenges. Therefore, practicing Pancasila in social life is essential to reinforce a dignified and highly cultured national identity. It is hoped that Pancasila's values will be integrated into daily life. Pancasila education aims to blend these values with the lives of the younger generation, especially students, so that they can develop social values and think critically in solving problems. Although practicing Pancasila does not involve legal sanctions, it remains a duty for every citizen, in alignment with Pancasila's noble goals.Keywords: Essence of Pancasila; Urgency of Pancasila; History of the Indonesian Nation ABSTRAKIndonesia adalah negara yang memiliki keberagaman budaya, yang terlihat dari banyaknya suku, ras, agama, dan tradisi yang ada di dalamnya. Keberagaman ini tercermin dalam semboyan Pancasila, yaitu Bhineka Tunggal Ika, yang berarti meskipun berbeda-beda, tetap satu kesatuan. Sebagai dasar negara, Pancasila seharusnya menjadi panduan perilaku bagi seluruh masyarakat. Dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila sejak dini, bangsa Indonesia akan menjadi lebih kuat dan mampu menghadapi tantangan. Oleh karena itu, pengamalan Pancasila dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat penting untuk memperkuat identitas bangsa yang bermartabat dan berbudaya tinggi. Diharapkan, nilai-nilai Pancasila dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pendidikan Pancasila diharapkan mampu memadukan nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan kehidupan generasi muda, khususnya siswa, agar mereka dapat mengembangkan nilai-nilai sosial dan berpikir kritis dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Meski pengamalan Pancasila tidak disertai sanksi hukum, hal ini tetap merupakan kewajiban setiap warga negara, yang harus selaras dengan tujuan luhur Pancasila.Kata Kunci: Esensi Pancasila; Urgensi Pancasila; Sejarah bangsa Indonesia

Abstract

Mahasiswa di Jurusan Ilmu Hukum dan Kemasyarakatan menjadi objek utama dalam pelaksanaan edukasi hukum terkait kekerasan seksual. Kekerasan seksual adalah setiap perbuatan merendahkan, menghina, menyerang dan/atau tindakan lainnya, terhadap tubuh yang terkait dengan nafsu perkelaminan, hasrat seksual seseorang, dan/atau fungsi reproduksi, secara paksa, bertentangan dengan kehendak seseorang, dan/atau tindakan lain yang menyebabkan seseorang itu tidak mampu memberikan persetujuan dalam keadaan bebas karena ketimpangan relasi kuasa, relasi gender dan/atau sebab lain, yang berakibat atau dapat berakibat penderitaan atau kesengsaraan terhadap secara fisik, psikis, seksual, kerugian secara ekonomi, sosial, budaya, dan/atau politik. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yang diselenggarakan di Gedung Bersama Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Jurusan Ilmu Hukum Kemasyarakatan : (1) Melakukan koordinasi dengan birokrasi jurusan Ilmu Hukum Kemasyarakatan (2) Melakukan identifikasi atas masalah perilaku yang mungkin terjadi kepada mahasiswa terkait persoalan kekerasan seksual di lingkungan jurusan Ilmu Hukum Kemasyarkatan. Berdasarkan judul diatas, maka saya sebagai narasumber melakukan sosialisasi terhadap mahasiswa dan mahasiswi digedung belajar fakultas ilmu sosial, Kelurahan dulalowo, Kabupaten kota timur dengan tujuan untuk: (1) Menurunnya tingkat kasus kekerasan seksual (2) Mahasiswa paham akan delik terkait kekerasan seksual (3) Terhindar dari kekerasan seksual. (4) Memberi Sosialisasi tentang Pemberian Edukasi Hukum Terhadap Kekerasan Seksual di Lingkungan Jurusan Ilmu Hukum Kemasyarakatan.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) plays an important role in optimizing the growth and development of children in their golden age, especially for children aged 2 to 6 years. Among the various PAUD services, Playgroups (KB) are designed to provide holistic education that emphasizes the physical-motor, cognitive, language, social-emotional, art, and religious values of early childhood. KB is particularly focused on children aged 3 and 4 years, where learning experiences are structured to be meaningful and relevant. Every activity, whether related to environmental exploration, creative play, or interaction with peers, is seen as a valuable opportunity for child development. This community service initiative aims to socialize and implement a comprehensive learning program at the Kasih Ibu Playgroup, ensuring that both teachers and parents are well-informed and equipped to provide the best support for their children's early learning. By encouraging a more collaborative and informed approach to early childhood education, this program seeks to improve the overall quality of education and contribute to the holistic development of children in this community.Keywords: Playgroup; Early Childhood.
