Abstract

Kesehatan remaja merupakan aspek penting dalam pembentukan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, terutama pada masa sekolah menengah yang ditandai dengan tingginya tekanan akademik dan sosial. Namun, pendidikan kesehatan di sekolah masih cenderung berfokus pada aspek fisik dan kurang menekankan kesehatan mental serta manajemen stres. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran, pengetahuan, dan kemampuan siswa SMA Negeri 2 Kota Gorontalo dalam menjaga kesehatan fisik dan mental melalui program “Remaja Sehat Tanpa Tekanan”. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif yang meliputi edukasi kesehatan dan pemeriksaan kesehatan dasar. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui empat tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi, serta pelaporan. Edukasi kesehatan mencakup pola hidup sehat, kesehatan mental, pengenalan stres, dan strategi koping adaptif, sedangkan pemeriksaan kesehatan meliputi pengukuran tekanan darah, indeks massa tubuh, denyut nadi, dan observasi kondisi umum siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai konsep kesehatan secara holistik, meningkatnya keterbukaan dalam membahas isu kesehatan mental, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran akan pentingnya pengelolaan stres. Pemeriksaan kesehatan dasar berperan sebagai sarana deteksi dini dan media pembelajaran konkret bagi siswa untuk mengenali kondisi kesehatannya. Integrasi edukasi dan pemeriksaan kesehatan terbukti saling menguatkan dalam menyampaikan pesan promotif dan preventif. Program ini memberikan manfaat langsung bagi siswa dan sekolah serta berpotensi mendukung penguatan program Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) dan keberlanjutan pendidikan kesehatan remaja berbasis sekolah.

Abstract

Aktualisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila di lingkungan sekolah masih menemui kendala, khususnya pada aspek konsistensi penerapan dalam perilaku sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengatasi kesenjangan antara pemahaman normatif dan praktik aktual nilai-nilai tersebut di kalangan peserta didik SMK Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan partisipatif-reflektif melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, diskusi kelompok terfokus, analisis kasus kontekstual, serta refleksi pengalaman peserta didik. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada indikator pemahaman aplikatif Pancasila (31,6% menjadi 78,3%), kepedulian sosial (42,1% menjadi 73,9%), praktik gotong royong (39,5% menjadi 71,8%), dan tanggung jawab (45,0% menjadi 74,2%). Analisis kualitatif terhadap refleksi peserta didik mengungkap peningkatan kemampuan dalam mengaitkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan dinamika kehidupan sekolah dan praktik kejuruan. Pembahasan mengonfirmasi efektivitas pendekatan reflektif-partisipatif dalam menjembatani kesenjangan kognitif-afektif-perilaku serta mendukung penguatan dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Disimpulkan bahwa model intervensi ini berhasil merefleksikan tantangan sekaligus memberikan kerangka solutif untuk internalisasi nilai. Rekomendasi mencakup pengembangan strategi integratif berkelanjutan yang melibatkan seluruh elemen pembelajaran, dengan peran guru sebagai fasilitator refleksi kritis, didukung oleh mekanisme monitoring dan evaluasi sistematis.The actualization of Pancasila values in the school environment still faces challenges, particularly regarding the consistency of their implementation in daily behavior. This study aims to address the gap between normative understanding and the actual practice of these values among students at SMK Negeri 1 Gorontalo City. The method applied was a participatory-reflective approach through activities such as socialization, focused group discussions, contextual case analysis, and student experience reflection. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in indicators of applied understanding of Pancasila (31.6% to 78.3%), social care (42.1% to 73.9%), mutual cooperation practices (39.5% to 71.8%), and responsibility (45.0% to 74.2%). Qualitative analysis of student reflections revealed an enhanced ability to connect Pancasila values with the dynamics of school life and vocational practice. The discussion confirms the effectiveness of the reflective-participatory approach in bridging the cognitive-affective-behavioral gap and supporting the strengthening of the Pancasila Student Profile dimensions. It is concluded that this intervention model successfully reflects the challenges while providing a solution-oriented framework for value internalization. Recommendations include the development of sustainable integrative strategies involving all learning elements, with the teacher's role as a facilitator of critical reflection, supported by systematic monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.

Abstract

Deviant behavior among vocational school students presents a challenge that hinders the implementation of education and character building, necessitating systematic and sustainable prevention strategies. This community service activity was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 North Gorontalo with the aim of increasing students' understanding of the impacts of deviant behavior and strengthening the school's capacity to promote a culture of discipline and positive character. The method used was community education through outreach, mentoring, and involvement of school stakeholders. The activity stages included preparation, coordination, implementation, and preparation of a post-activity report. The results showed that this program not only increased students' knowledge about the dangers of behavior such as smoking, bullying, and truancy, but also strengthened the commitment of teachers as key actors in character education. Ongoing mentoring is planned to ensure that changes in student attitudes are stable and measurable. This activity recommends integrating character education into the curriculum, increasing teacher capacity, regular monitoring, and collaboration between schools and parents as long-term preventive strategies.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to educate Kabila villagers about the use of household organic waste through the cultivation of magot (Black Soldier Fly) as an environmentally friendly and economically valuable animal feed. This Program was held on October 26, 2025 by students of the Animal Husbandry Department of Gorontalo State University with lecturers in citizenship courses and involved 45 participants from the local community. The methods used include counseling, demonstration of how to make magot media using natural ingredients (such as papaya leaves, moringa leaves, Bran, and rice washing water), and participatory practices. The results of the activity showed a successful production of 3.5 kilograms of quality magot with a cultivation success rate of 85%. The Magot was then distributed to 30 heads of farmer families as an alternative high-protein feed. The conclusion of this activity is that magot cultivation is a practical and economical solution for organic waste management while improving community skills in providing independent animal feed in line with civic values.

Abstract

Analysis of the essence of Pancasila in the process of shaping Indonesian society, using a case study of community solidarity in facing floods in West Java in 2023. As the foundation of the state, Pancasila is not only understood in terms of legal rules, but also as the root of moral and social values that govern community behavior. According to Kaelan (2017), Pancasila can serve as ethical guidance that controls the life of the nation and state. This type of research will use a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data will be collected from various academic sources and online news related to the application of Pancasila values in community life. According to Sianturi and Dewi (2017), “in principle, the application of Pancasila values in everyday life enables the development of character and social solidarity.” The results of the study show that the values of each principle of Pancasila appear in the actions of the community in facing disasters, such as tolerance among religious communities, cooperation, deliberation to reach consensus, and helping fellow human beings. This confirms that Pancasila remains relevant as the moral and social foundation of the nation amid the challenges of globalization and technological developments.
