Abstract

Dalam dinamika pasar yang terus berkembang, kemampuan bernegosiasi secara efektif menjadi kunci keberhasilan bisnis. Negosiasi bisnis, yang menjadi inti dari setiap transaksi komersial, menghadapi tantangan baru terkait penggunaan bahasa Indonesia formal di tengah meningkatnya frekuensi komunikasi antar perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran bahasa Indonesia dalam konteks negosiasi bisnis di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui analisis literatur terkait yang membahas strategi komunikasi dalam negosiasi. Metode yang diterapkan adalah analisis kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi strategi komunikasi yang efektif dalam menggunakan bahasa Indonesia untuk mencapai kesepakatan yang saling menguntungkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahasa Indonesia formal yang baik dan tepat sangat krusial dalam membangun hubungan bisnis yang kuat dan mencapai hasil negosiasi yang optimal. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya adaptasi bahasa sesuai dengan konteks budaya dan sosial dalam negosiasi bisnis di Indonesia. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi praktisi bisnis dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi mereka dalam negosiasi.

Abstract

This study explores the contributions of Sibawayh, a prominent representative of the Basra school, to the development of Arabic grammar. The research aims to analyze his scholarly journey, his primary work al-Kitab, and his influence on Arabic linguistics. The study employs a historical and analytical methodology, examining primary sources and historical accounts to understand Sibawayh's linguistic theories and their impact on subsequent scholars. The findings highlight Sibawayh’s pivotal role in systematizing Arabic grammar, the theoretical foundations of al-Kitab, and his influence on linguistic debates. Despite his non-Arab origin, his dedication to the Arabic language shaped the field of Arabic grammar, solidifying his status as one of the most influential grammarians in history.

Abstract

This study explores the anthropogenic system of the contemporary Karakalpak language, focusing on personal names and surnames. Through a comprehensive analysis spanning from historical-linguistic to statistical and sociolinguistic assessments, it examines the evolution and structural dynamics of Karakalpak anthroponymy. Drawing on a wide range of sources including historical archives and ethnographic data, the research categorizes and interprets the lexico-semantic and word-formation characteristics of Karakalpak names within the broader context of Turkic anthroponymy. The findings highlight the cultural and linguistic influences shaping Karakalpak naming practices amidst socio-political changes in Karakalpakstan.

Abstract

Bahasa merupakan salah satu sarana untuk berinteraksi dengan sesama individu. Penelitian ini fokus pada pengaruh bahasa Sanskerta terhadap penggunaan bahasa Jawa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dikalangan pelajar. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari sumber primer berupa angket, serta sumber sekunder berupa artikel buku, dan jurnal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengetahuan para pelajar mengenai bahasa Sanskerta dan penggunaan bahasa Jawa, serta bagaimana upaya para pelajar untuk melestarikan kedua bahasa tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar para pelajar hanya sedikit yang mengetahui tentang pengaruh bahasa Sansekerta terhadap bahasa Jawa. Saat berada di lingkungan sekolah, tidak banyak yang menjadikan bahasa Jawa sebagai mata pelajaran dalam kurikulum, terutama sekolah-sekolah di daerah Jawa Tengah. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan kepedulian, dan juga cara melestarikan bahasa Jawa dan Sanskerta guna menumbuhkan rasa cinta terhadap warisan budaya dalam diri masyarakat terutama pada kalangan pelajar sebagai generasi muda.
