Abstract

Cooperatives are business entities that support the country's economy with the principle of kinship and prioritize common interests and mutual cooperation in general and can advance the prosperity of its members in particular. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of capital and total assets on the acquisition of the remaining proceeds of the Ngadirejo Women's Puspita Kencana Cooperative in Kediri City. The object of the research used was the Ngadirejo Women's Puspita Kencana Cooperative in Kediri City, 2013-2017. The sample used in this study is the last 5 years of financial report data so that the data taken is 60 data. This type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the classic assumption test first, coefficient of determination, F test and t test with SPSS tools (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The results of the research based on the F test show that capital (X1) and total assets (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the acquisition of operating income (Y).

Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the effect of inflation rate, debt to equity ratio, return on equity to stock prices of property services sector property and real estate. The study was conducted at IDIS Investment Gallery of UNISKA by using secondary data. The population in this study as many as 48 companies then set sample in this study as many as 7 companies Property and Real Estate listed on the BEI period 2014-2016 which has been selected using purposive sampling method by using several criteria in taking samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test, then test multiple linier regression analysis and use hypothesis test consisting of coefficient of determination test, t-test test ( partially), F-test (collectively). The result of research stated that with regression equation that Y = 7,821,482-1,735,657X1 + 1,176,411X2 + 532,696X3 can be concluded partially inflation rate have negative and significant effect to stock price with t value equal to -2,429 and significance value <0, 05 equal to 0,027, debt to equity ratio partially positive and not significant to stock price with t value equal to 0,3999 and significance value> 0,05 equal to 0,695 and return on equity partially have positive and significant effect to share price with value t count of 4.257 and significance value <0.05 of 0.001. Together the rate of inflation, debt to equity ratio and return on equity effect on stock prices with F arithmetic of 8.160 and significance value <0.05 of 0.001.

Abstract

The Research aims to identify the effect of work stress, work motivation, Work Environment on the perfomance of police officers of sectoral Tulungagung district Police Station . The research population in this study were members of the police from portion of the population used respondents namely 36 police officer. The data collection techniques used is questionnaire. The research uses multiple liniear regression. F test and t test for statistical analysis. The result of this research show that work motivation, job stress, work enviroment influence the police perfomance. The results showed that there was a significant effect between work stres, work motivation and work environment on employee performance with a significant value = 0,000. Calculation of regression coefficient of work motivation indicator (X2) has the highest t test value of 5,337 on employee performance. With this the work motivation (X2) has the greatest influence compared to other indicators.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of comfort, product completeness and price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Koperta Langgeng Mulyo Ngancar Kediri Supermarkets. In this study the population was 765 consumers. The sample is 79 respondents. Typical accidental sampling sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this study were to use the validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing through SPSS. Based on the analysis conducted, the results of the study are obtained: (1) Empirically proven that comfort has no effect on purchasing decisions. (2) Empirically proven the completeness of the product partially influences the purchasing decision. (3) Empirically proven that prices have a partial effect on consumer purchasing decisions. (4) Empirically proven that comfort, completeness of products and prices simultaneously influence the purchase decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether inflation, financial performance and exchange rates affect stock prices in mining sector companies registered in the Indonesian Capital Market, the oil and gas sub-sector. The population in this study is a report on inflation, CR, ROA, exchange rates and stock prices for the period 2013-2017, the population of this study is 2 companies and there are data samples of 40 monthly 3-period observations. The analysis technique uses the classic assumption test, multiple regression test, t test, F test and determinant coefficient test. Partially the inflation results do not have a partial effect on stock prices, cr has a partial effect on stock prices, roa has no partial effect on stock prices, exchange rates does not have a partial effect on stock prices. Then inflation, cr, roa and exchange rates have a simultaneous effect on stock prices. Furthermore, the R2 results of this study amounted to 0.357 or 35.7% which could influence stock prices.
