Abstract

Nilai perusahaan adalah pandangan investor atas pencapaian manajer dalam mengendalikan sumber daya perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan juga tercermin dari harga saham, dimana jika harga saham menurun maka nilai perusahaan menurun, sehingga hal ini berdampak pada penurunan kemakmuran pemegang saham dan sebaliknya apabila semakin tinggi harga saham maka nilai perusahaan juga semakin tinggi sehingga semakin besar kemakmuran yang akan diterima oleh pemegang saham. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return on Asssets, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Current Ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan secara parsial dan simultan pada PT. Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2022. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan sifat deskriptif. Data penelitian bersumber dari data sekunder dengan sampel sejumlah 32 laporan keuangan triwulan didapatkan dari teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Current Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan secara simultan Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Current Ratio berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The shift from labor-based companies to knowledge-based businesses, including in the banking industry, encourages the role of intellectual capital dan corporate governance in determining financial performance. The object of this research is banking companies listed on the IDX in 2017 - 2021. The sample size was determined using a purposive sampling approach which produced 50 data. Regression on panel data is used to test the hypothesis. The research results show that the number of board of commissioners dan the frequency of board of commissioners meetings do not have a major impact on financial performance. However, intellectual capital, independent commissioners dan managerial ownership have a big influence on financial performance. This study shows that the responsibility of the board of commissioners is only to comply with the regulations. On the other hdan, the company's intellectual capital has been managed well dan is able to generate long-term profitability. Therefore, the business world must manage its intellectual capital dan corporate governance effectively dan efficiently in order to continue to exist dan maintain the trust of its stakeholders.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality, price and product innovation on purchasing decisions at Mie Gacoan Kediri which is located at Jl. Urip Sumoharjo No. 88, Kaliombo, District. City, Kediri City. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with incidental sampling techniques with a population of all Mie Gacoan Kediri consumers Jl. Urip Sumoharjo who is unknown and a sample of 100 respondents obtained using the Lemeshow method. The analysis techniques used in this research are instrument tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests in the form of multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination, t tests, and F tests. The results of the research show that the service quality variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions partially. , the price variable has no significant positive effect on service quality partially, the product innovation variable has no significant positive effect on purchasing decisions partially, and the service quality, price and product innovation variables have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions simultaneously.

Abstract

The problem that is the focus of this research is Accountability and Financial Transparency which includes financial integration and reports on the validity and accountability of Karangrejo Village in Ngasem District, Kediri Regency. The data used as observations are the Village Funds Report in Karangrejo Village, and the sample is the Village Fund Allocation report in Karangrejo Village for the period of 2017/2018. The method used in this research is qualitative with interviews and document studies. Based on the analysis conducted, the results of the study are obtained: (1) Village fund program planning has applied the principle of accountable, transparent and participatory where the planning is carried out through the musrenbangdes forum (Village Development Planning Conference). (2) The implementation has implemented the principles of transparency, accountability and participation by involving the community in activities, especially physical development and the community also directly supervises development activities. (3) Accountability in reporting and accountability of village funds is carried out in accordance with the mechanism based on the provisions even though there are still village officials negligence and the activity management team.

Abstract

The problem that is the focus of this research is the problem only on human resource factors which specifically focus on giving incentives and Performance Appraisal on employee productivity so that this research is expected to not be able to expand from the determined topic. The population in this study were 27 employees who were sampled by the saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used is validity and reliability test, and multiple linear regression test through SPSS software. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results of the research are obtained: (1) Partially giving incentives has a positive and significant influence on the productivity of the work of employees of the Body and Paints of Auto2000 Suharmadji Kediri. (2) Partially the performance appraisal has a positive and significant influence on the work productivity employees Body and Paints of Auto2000 Suharmadji Kediri. (3) Simultaneously giving incentives and evaluating performance has a positive and significant influence on the work productivity of employees in the Body and Paints of Auto2000 Suharmadji Kediri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of comfort, product completeness and price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Koperta Langgeng Mulyo Ngancar Kediri Supermarkets. In this study the population was 765 consumers. The sample is 79 respondents. Typical accidental sampling sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this study were to use the validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing through SPSS. Based on the analysis conducted, the results of the study are obtained: (1) Empirically proven that comfort has no effect on purchasing decisions. (2) Empirically proven the completeness of the product partially influences the purchasing decision. (3) Empirically proven that prices have a partial effect on consumer purchasing decisions. (4) Empirically proven that comfort, completeness of products and prices simultaneously influence the purchase decision.

Abstract

Skripsi ini berfokus pada pengoptimalan keuntungan dalam proses produksi kripik di UD Cap Fajar yang terletak di Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jumlah kombinasi jenis kripik yang harus diproduksi oleh UD Cap Fajar untuk mencapai keuntungan optimal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, yang bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan spesifik. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi, serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari studi pustaka. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode linear programming dengan teknik simpleks, dibantu oleh software POM-QM for Windows v.5, untuk mencari solusi optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk mencapai keuntungan optimal, UD Cap Fajar harus memproduksi 450 kilogram kripik singkong dan 450 kilogram kripik krekel, dengan keuntungan sebesar Rp21.152.700 per bulan. Keuntungan ini menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 4,04%, atau Rp820.530, dibandingkan dengan kondisi faktual.
