Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style and compensation on performance. The study employs a quantitative approach and utilizes primary data collected through questionnaires. Sampling was conducted using the saturated sampling technique (census sampling), wherein the entire population consisting of 42 employees actively working at PT Manrepo Tambang Rempoa served as respondents. The data analysis methods employed include multiple linear regression, the correlation coefficient (R), the coefficient of determination (R²), the t-test, and the F-test. The results indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on performance, and compensation also has a positive and significant effect on performance; furthermore, leadership style and compensation simultaneously exert a positive and significant influence on performance. The implication of these research findings is that leadership should adopt an appropriate leadership style and provide fair compensation to further enhance employee performance, thereby improving the achievement of company goals.
