Abstract

Pancasila, as the foundation of the state and the ideology of the Indonesian nation, has values that align with the teachings of Islam. This study aims to examine the synergy between Pancasila and Islam within the framework of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The method used is a literature study with a normative and philosophical approach to the verses of the Qur'an, Hadith, and national documents. The results of the study indicate that each principle in Pancasila has a substantive alignment with Islamic principles. The first principle reflects the value of monotheism, the second principle is in accordance with the teachings of justice and humanity, the third principle is in line with the command of unity of the people, the fourth principle represents deliberation or shura, and the fifth principle reflects social justice and takaful ijtimai. This synergy proves that Pancasila does not conflict with Islam, but rather serves as a forum that accommodates religious values in the life of the nation and state. The role of Islam as a majority has contributed significantly to the formation of national character, social ethics, and national spirit. Meanwhile, Pancasila functions as a unifying force for the diversity that exists in Indonesia. Thus, the integration of Pancasila and Islamic values is key to maintaining the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Implementing this synergy through education, policies, and social practices is expected to create a just, democratic, tolerant, and civilized society.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the influence of digital learning media on students’ motivation in learning. The research employed a quantitative approach using a correlational research design to examine the relationship between digital learning media and students’ learning motivation. The participants of this study were 60 students selected through purposive sampling from a secondary school. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of statements related to digital learning media and students’ learning motivation. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression analysis. The findings revealed that students had positive perceptions toward the use of digital learning media in classroom learning activities. Digital learning media were considered interactive, attractive, flexible, and helpful in improving students’ understanding of learning materials. The results also showed that students demonstrated higher levels of enthusiasm, participation, attention, and responsibility during learning activities involving digital media. Furthermore, the regression analysis indicated that digital learning media had a positive and significant influence on students’ motivation in learning. The significance value obtained was lower than 0.05, which confirmed that the alternative hypothesis was accepted. The study concluded that digital learning media play an important role in enhancing students’ learning motivation and creating engaging learning environments. Therefore, teachers are encouraged to integrate innovative digital media into classroom instruction to support effective and student-centered learning processes. Future studies are recommended to involve larger populations and additional variables to obtain more comprehensive findings regarding the impact of digital learning media in education.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the contribution of digital classroom media to students’ learning enthusiasm in the teaching and learning process. The research employed a quantitative approach using a correlational research design to investigate the relationship between digital classroom media and students’ learning enthusiasm. The participants of this study consisted of 60 secondary school students selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected using a questionnaire that measured students’ perceptions of digital classroom media and their enthusiasm toward learning activities. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression analysis. The findings revealed that students had positive perceptions toward the use of digital classroom media in classroom instruction. Students considered digital learning tools more interactive, attractive, and effective in supporting their understanding of learning materials. The results also showed that students demonstrated higher levels of attention, participation, curiosity, and enthusiasm during learning activities involving digital media. Furthermore, the regression analysis indicated that digital classroom media had a positive and significant contribution to students’ learning enthusiasm. The significance value obtained was lower than 0.05, indicating that the alternative hypothesis was accepted. The study concluded that digital classroom media play an important role in creating engaging and motivating learning environments. The integration of technology-based instructional media can improve students’ enthusiasm and encourage active participation in classroom learning activities. Therefore, teachers are encouraged to implement innovative digital classroom media to support effective and student-centered learning processes. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effect of interactive learning media on students’ learning achievement. The research employed a quantitative approach using an experimental design involving two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The participants of the study were 60 students selected through purposive sampling techniques, consisting of 30 students in the experimental group and 30 students in the control group. The experimental group was taught using interactive learning media, while the control group received instruction through conventional teaching methods. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests to measure students’ academic achievement before and after the treatment. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and an independent sample t-test. The results of the study revealed that students taught using interactive learning media achieved higher academic performance compared to those taught through traditional instructional methods. The average post-test score of the experimental group increased significantly after the implementation of interactive learning media. In addition, students in the experimental group demonstrated greater motivation, active participation, and better understanding of the learning materials during classroom activities. The statistical analysis showed that the significance value was lower than 0.05, indicating that interactive learning media had a significant positive effect on students’ learning achievement. The findings suggest that interactive learning media can create more engaging, effective, and student-centered learning environments. The use of multimedia elements such as animations, videos, and interactive activities helps students understand abstract concepts more easily and increases their interest in learning. Therefore, teachers and educational institutions are encouraged to integrate interactive learning media into classroom instruction to improve the quality of teaching and students’ academic outcomes.

Abstract

Islamic education plays an important role in shaping the character of the young generation in the modern era. Moral degradation, technological influences, and social challenges have increased the need for effective character education among students. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic education in developing students’ moral values, discipline, responsibility, and social awareness. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method involving teachers, students, and parents from Islamic educational institutions. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that Islamic education contributes significantly to character formation through religious activities, moral guidance, teacher role modeling, and parental involvement. Students who actively participated in Islamic educational activities demonstrated better discipline, honesty, empathy, and social interaction. The study also found that spiritual activities such as prayer and Qur’an recitation positively influenced students’ emotional control and ethical behavior. However, challenges such as the influence of social media, digital culture, and inconsistent parental supervision affected the implementation of character education. Despite these challenges, Islamic education remains an effective foundation for preparing young people to become responsible, ethical, and socially aware individuals. Therefore, the integration of Islamic values into educational practices is essential for supporting the moral development of future generations.
