Abstract

Business is carried out by humans with humans which means good norms or values carry over in business life. In practice, a businessman prefers to use / relate to good quality companies in all aspects. Business ethics is broader than the provisions governed by law which aims to provide moral awareness and provide good behavior. To form a society that has a good entrepreneurial spirit, an entrepreneurial education process is needed in the community. Community Education is one of the best alternatives in carrying out the process of introduction to the supervision of entrepreneurship by the community. Entrepreneurship training for unemployed people in urban areas will give birth to new entrepreneurial candidates who are expected to be able to create their own jobs so as to reduce the number of unemployed

Abstract

Entrepreneurial creation becomes an alternative solution to various problems in society such as poverty and social inequality, increasing unemployment of productive age and depletion of energy supply reserves, all of which require creative and innovative action. Entrepreneurship is people who are able to turn an opportunity into a business that produces, which is processed through creativity, innovation and uniqueness in making a product and dare to take all possible risks that accompany it and not make it easy to despair if it fails to build the business. It was concluded that entrepreneurship also participated in the development of the State, digital-based entrepreneurship made use of increasingly sophisticated technology, digital-based entrepreneurship as a solution to reduce the unemployment rate, the number of unemployment in indonesia, entrepreneurship is something that must be instilled by the youth and the people of indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah; 1)untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang kondisi ekowisata tangkahan yang ada di desa namusialang sebelum tokoh masyarakat terlibat dalam pembangunan ekowisata tangkahan, 2)untuk mengetahui upaya masyarakat dalam meningkatkan pembangunan ekowisata tangkahan, 3)untuk mengetahui hasil pembangunan ekowisata tangkahan sebelum tokoh masyarakat terlibat dalam pembangunan. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Tokoh Masyarakat yang ada di desa Namusialang. Pengambilan subjek dalam penelitian ini secara purposive yakni sebanyak 3 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan  dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data digunakan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan upaya tokoh masyarakat dalam meningkatkan pembangunan ekowisata sangat baik. Kondisi ekowisata tangkahan di desa namusialang mengalami perubahan seperti sudah bagusnya jalan dan tempat lokasi parkir di tangkahan juga sudah diperluas, tokoh agama juga berhasil membuat tangkahan tidak menjadi tempat pengunjung melakukan hal-hal yang dilarang oleh agama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan sosial dengan motivasi belajar remaja di dusun v desa tanjung anom. Penelitian  menggunakan jenis penelitian deskritif  asosiatif. Berdasarkan data pengujian hipotesis diperoleh bahwa hubungan lingkungan sosial dengan motivasi belajar remaja sebesar 0,625. Selanjutnya hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t diperoleh   harga sebesar 6,10. Harga  dengan dk = 60 dan taraf signifikan 95% yaitu = 2,39. Dengan demikian jika dilakukan perbandingan diperoleh 6,10 >2,39 oleh karena itu, hipotesis penelitian diterima atau dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan lingkungan sosial dengan motivasi belajar remaja di Dusun V Desa Tanjung Anom Kecamatn Pancur batu.

Abstract

Skills education (life skill) in the context of community empowerment to prepare independent individuals so that they are empowered for their lives. Community empowerment is a process of developing, empowering, and strengthening elements of society that have low socioeconomic conditions. Empowerment activities through skills education succed in bringing individuals to become skilled in knowledge, behaviour, and organizing themselves and the social environment. This research uses a literature study approach by utilizing research results related to strategies to increase learning motivation. The literature study approach, also known as the literature study method or literature review, is a research approach that involves the analysis and synthesis of a collection of literature or written sources that are relevant to a particular research topic.
