Abstract

The aims of this research is to know whether there is a significant effect between learning model Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) to the result of physics in quantity and unit at the class ten students of SMA Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan. The population is 323 students and sample was taken through cluster sampling, so the sample is 78 students. The data is collected by using questionnaire and test. Then the result of the research is processed in two stages. The first stage by using descriptive analysis, the second stage by using a statistical test correlation “r” product moment and two know whether there is an effect or not is used ttest formula.The result of the analyzed obtained by an average of 2,87 on X varible with the category “good” and Y variable obtained 75,06 with the category is “good”. The score of tcount is bigger then ttable (5,453 > 1,667). It can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis formulated in this research can be accepted the truth.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to describe whether there was any significant influence of vector mastery and physic achievement in force subject at the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri1Sipirok. The method of this research was descriptive and coorrelational. By using random sampling technique, the writer took 39 students from 120 students. Test was used to collect the data. Based on descriptive analysis, average of vector mastery was 67.5, it was categorized “enough” and the average of force subject was 76.1, it was categorized “good”. Based statistic inferential analysis by using r produc moment and ttest formula to test hypothesis, it could be gotten rcount = 0.609 and rtable = 0.316 at error level 5%. It could be seen rcount was greater than rtable (0.609>0.316). This score was compared with ttest formula,it could be gotten tcount = 4.668 and ttable = 1.686 at error level 5%. It could be seen tcount was greater than ttable (4.668 >1.686). It means alternative hypothesis was accepted. In the other words, there was any significant influence of vector mastery and physic achievement in force subject at the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri1 Sipirok.

Abstract

brain material masteryto studentlearning achievementof thephysic on material of effort at eleventh grade of SMA Negeri 1 Sipirok. The method of the research was descriptive method. The population was the eleventh grade students of science atSMA Negeri 1 Sipirok is divided in three parallel class.It consists of 120 students. Random sampling technique was done in this research. The sample of this research consists 30 students.Based on the analysis of the data, the average score of force mastery was 77,1. It can be categorized on “Good”. While the students achievement on material effortwas 82,5, in “very good” category.Ther-product moment was done to analysis of the data. tcountwas 7,722. While ttable was 2,05. It means that the tcount was higher than ttable(7,722> 2,05). In other words the hypothesis of this research was accepted. It means that there was the Effect of force mastery to studentlearning achievementof thePhysic on material of effortat eleventh grade of SMA Negeri 1 Sipirok.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to know whether there was any significant difference between using Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model and Jigsaw model in vektor subject at tenth grade students of MAN Sipirok. The approach of this research was experimental method. Sample of this research was 63 students. Data was collected by using test and observation. Based on descriptive analysis, the average of using TGT model was 3.75, it was categorized “very good” while the average of using Jigsaw model was 3.66, it was categorized “very good”. The average of vektor subject by using TGT model was 85, it was categorized “good” while the average of vektor subject by using Jigsaw model was 78.33, it was categorized “enough”. Based on statistic inferential analysis by ttest formula to test hypothesis, it could be gotten tcount = 3.182 and ttable = 1.670 at error level 5%. It can be seen that tcount is greater than ttable (3.182<1.670). It means alternative hypothesis was accepted. In the other words, there was any significant difference between using Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model and Jigsaw model in vektor subject at tenth grade students of MAN Sipirok.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of student physics learning outcomes in caloric material by using cooperative learning model TGT type. The population in this study are all students of class X in SMAN 1 Angkola Timur which amounts to 95 students. So the sample research used is the total sample. The research method used was quasi experiment with two pretest-posttest design studies. Researcher determine which become experiment class in this research is class X1 and control class in this research is class X3. Technique of collecting data using observation and test. While the data analysis using t-test. Based on the calculation, cooperative learning model type TGT meteri calor obtained an average value of 87.5% is in the category of "Very Good". The result of learning of caloric matter before using TGT type co-operative model got average value 60 is in "Enough" category, whereas learning result calor after using TGT type co-operative model obtained average. Value 80 is in the "Very Good" category. Through the calculation result at 95% confidence level or error rate 5% with degrees of freedom (dk) = 31. tcount> ttable (10.12>1.70). So it can be concluded that by using cooperative learning model type TGT can improve student learning outcomes calor with the category "Very Good".

Abstract

The aim of this research was to know whether there was any significant influence of using explanation skill toward physic achievement in thermodynamic subject at the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 1Sipirok. The method of this research was descriptive approach by applying correlational. Sample of this research was 42 students which were taken by using random sampling technique from 126 students. Based on descriptive analysis, the average of using explanation skill was 3.2, it was categorized “good” and the average of physic achievement in thermodynamic subject was 79, it was categorized “good”. Based on statistic inferential analysis by using r product moment, it could be gotten rcount= 0.528 and r table = 0.304 at error level 5%. It could be seen that rcountis greater than rtable(0.528>0.304). It means alternative hypothesis was accepted. In the otherwords, there was any significant influence of using explanation skill toward physic achievement in thermodynamic subject at the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 1Sipirok.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to know whether there is significant influence of using demonstration method on students’ achievement in work and energy subject at the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sipirok. The population of this research was all the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sipirok which include 7 classes. They were 225 students. Sample was teken by using cluster random sampling technique. So the total sample 40 students. The research used demonstration method. In collecting the data, the writer used test and questionnaire. The data was analyzed two ways. They were descriptive analysis and inferential statistic. The mean of using demonstration method in work and energy was 2.86. It was categorized “good”. The meanof students’ achievement in work and energy was 76.47, it is categorized “good”. Based on inferential statistic analisys, tcount is 4.,89 while ttable = 2.05, on 5% degree of freedom, df = N-nr = 40-2 = 38. It can be seen that tcount is greater than ttable (4.89> 2.05). the hypothesis is accepted. In another words, there is a significant influence between using demonstration method on students’ achievement in work and energy of the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sipirok.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of regular circular movement to the student’s achievement is gravitation of the XI SMA Negeri 1 Angkola Barat. This research is done by usng descriptive method, it is to see the description and the experiment method of both variables.The population of this research ia all of XI SMA Negeri 1 Angkola Barat. Consist of 2 classes it is 60 students. Sampel of this research is 60 students, taken by using total sampling.Based on the calculation of pre test for score for regular circular movement is 41,78, it is fail category. Based on the calculation of post test for score for regular circular movement is 66,29, it is fail it is enough category, while the mean pre test for gravitation achievement is 44,46 it is fail category. While yhe mean post test for gravitation achievement is 68,13 it is enough category. Based on the calculation in inferensial analysis, it in pre test is found that cout is 11,25 and if it is compared to t table in 5% significant it is found 2,002. After comparing t count and t table it is got that t count is greater than t table (11,25>2,002). it in pos test is found that cout is 11,37 and if it is compared to t table in 5% significant it is found 2,002. After comparing t count and t table it is got that t count is greater than t table (11,37>2,002). The hypothesis is accepted, means that there is significant influence regular circular movement to the students achievement in gravitation of the XI SMA Negeri 1 Angkola Barat.
