Abstract

Village development is one of the important aspects of community welfare. The purpose of this service is to provide community education about the role of community participation in village development. The method used in this assistance is the Participatory Action Research method. Through the PAR method, this program focuses on education about the role of community participation in the development of Mojopilang Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency. The results of this socialization activity are that the participants, who are mainly village officials, are able to understand the role of the community towards village development, providing motivation to the village head as an agent of change in the vanguard of village development.

Abstract

The accumulation of rubbish is also due to a lack of public awareness in disposing of rubbish in its proper place. Community empowerment is an effort to make people recognize themselves. Community empowerment is an effort to develop one's abilities freely while simultaneously overcoming the waste problem through the management of used goods. The form of activity carried out is going directly to the field on Sunday, February 25 2024 in Depok Village, Darangdan District. Before implementing empowerment, it goes through three stages: 1. Observing each RW regarding waste problems 2. Providing explanations about waste and waste management to residents 3. Implementing community empowerment activities by using used bottles. Community empowerment through waste management can help the economy if carried out sustainably and continuously upgrading these crafts. . With this service, the community can be more aware of the classification of waste and the value of used goods if they are managed into crafts. Of course, making flower crafts from used bottles will also reduce waste generation. Abstract

The contents of the abstraction, between 150-200 words, just one paragraph. Abstract consists of background, community service objectives, methods used and results achieved (measurable results). The New Student Admission Process (PPDB) is an important stage in maintaining the quality and integrity of educational institutions. This article discusses the implementation of socialization and training carried out at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Al-Fatah Palembang to increase the competence of the PPDB committee in carrying out its duties effectively and transparently. This activity aims to provide an understanding of PPDB procedures, strengthen the committee's technical skills, and ensure the process runs according to established operational standards. The methods used in this activity include delivering material, practical simulations, and group discussions to improve team coordination. The results of the activity showed an increase in the committee's understanding regarding PPDB stages, implementation of digital systems, and ability to handle administrative obstacles. This socialization also has a positive impact on creating a more structured, transparent and accountable PPDB process. By carrying out this activity, it is hoped that MA Al-Fatah Palembang can strengthen public confidence in a more professional and quality admissions system for new students.

Abstract

The rise of digital technology has changed the way micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) market their goods. TikTok is one of the most popular social media platforms today and has great potential to be used in the marketing industry. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the use of social media on TikTok can be optimized for product branding in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The method used is a case study using mixed methods (mixed methods with qualitative and quantitative approaches), and the results show that the use of TikTok can increase product visibility and build strong relationships with brands. However, this study shows that TikTok is a potential social media resource that micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) can optimize to improve their product brand image while increasing competitiveness in the digital era. In addition, the success of branding on TikTok is also influenced by content consistency, understanding the target audience, and the right digital marketing strategy.

Abstract

Pengembangan media pembelajaran bahan bekas merupakan salah satu media yang dapat meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia dini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengembangan media bahan bekas yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia dini. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Subjek penelitian adalah 15 anak usia 5-6 tahun dan satu guru. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini adalah konseptual, Library Researd atau yang sering disebut dengan studi kepustakaan yang diharapkan menjadi titik awal penelaahan dalam bahan barang sebagai bahan ajar pada pembelajaran apapun sesuai dengan kompetensi yang diharapkan. Pemanfaatan barang bekas sebagai bahan ajar menekankan pada peran aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran sehingga pembelajaran tidak hanya berfokus kepada guru tetapi juga kepada siswa sehingga dapat meningkatkan, memunculkan, serta merangsang kreativitas siswa..
