<![CDATA[The COVID-19 pandemic requires online learning at SDN 06 Bengkulu Tengah. Therefore, this study discusses the analysis of the function of online learning media in the era of the covid-19 pandemic on class 06 students at SDN 06 Bengkulu Tengah. The informants in this study were 4 teachers. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques and used the theory of Sanjaya (2012) about 4 functions of online learning media including the communicative function, the motivation function, the perception equalization function and the individuality function. The results of research show that; the communicative function, the teacher provides material in various ways so that students' understanding of speaking in public places and working together with others is getting better. the motivational function, the teacher does it by providing material and entertainment in the form of videos, so that students do not get bored and get their own motivation in watching and listening to the material. The meaningful function of using the teacher's media not only increases the addition of information, but can increase students' ability to analyze and create, the function of equalizing this perception is not only done by the teacher but also to the guardians of students through meetings in providing information about online learning, the function of individuality in the interests of each style. Different students, each teacher is required to be able to unify the understanding of the same information and material even though the interests of different learning styles are different.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out One Piece Anime so that it becomes popular culture among millennials in Bengkulu city. This study used communication theory, anime theory, cultural theory, popular culture theory, and millennial theory. This study also used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study using the method of observation, interviews, documentation. In general, the results of the study conclude that how One Piece Anime becomes Popular Culture among Millennials in Bengkulu City which has been going very well. Based on the reciprocity of communication flows and cultural trends that arise in society created by One Piece anime fans which can exchange information and spread the culture. Thus, it makes people can accept the existence of this culture. Many people also follow cultural trends, for example imitating styles like characters in anime. For example, Monkey D Luffy who has a spirited character that doesn't complain, always fights to the maximum, makes friends with any race. This character can be applied in everyday life and affects the social community. Likewise with fashion, such as clothes, hairstyles and accessories, for example the shirt that Luffy wore in the Deseirosa Arc.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is entitled public reception toward Ms. Glow for Men skincare Brand Ambassador Babe Cabiita and Marshel Widianto Ads Edition. The reason of the researcher made the MS Glow for men skincare brand ambassador Babe Cabiita and Marshel Widianto Ads edition as the object of research, is because this advertisement uses a Brand Ambassador who does not have a masculinity side as usually displayed by the media. This study aims to determine the public reception on Ms. Glow for Men skincare Brand Ambassador Babe Cabiita and Marshel Widianto Ads Edition. This research is a type of qualitative research with data analysis techniques using the Reception theory of Stuart Hall. Stuart Hall explained that the audience's meaning of a message in the media can be seen from three points of view, namely Dominant Hegemonic Reading, Negotiated Reading and Oppositional Hegemonic Reading. In this study, researchers also conducted Pierce Semiotics Analysis on 6 out of 10 scenes in Ms. Glow for Men skincare Brand Ambassador Babe Cabiita and Marshel Widianto Ads Edition to make it easier for researchers to find out the meaning of the advertisement. The results of the research that the researchers conducted on 4 informants only produced 2 categories of audiences, namely the position of Dominant Hegemonic Reading and Negotiated Reading. The Dominant Hegemonic Reading position is a position where the audience fully accepts the meaning contained in the advertisement, there are 2 informants who are in this position, while the Negotiated Reading position is a position where the audience accepts but modifies the message in the advertisement, there are 2 informants who are in this position.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out how the netnography study on Deddy Corbuzier's Youtube podcast in the video entitled "Yes I'm not a vaccine!!!". Let's Debate!". This research is a qualitative study using the netnography method. In this study, the authors selected 100 (one hundred) out of ten thousand comments based on comments that received many likes and comments that were most mentioned by netizens. Then make coding which then produces 24 (twenty four) abstractions which are then formed into 5 (five) themes or categories by the author. The theory used in this research is computer mediated communication (CMC). The results showed that after watching this podcast video, many netizens' perspectives changed and became more positive about the Covid-19 vaccination. As for some categories in the results of this study, namely the category of believing or being pro-vaccine, the category of educated audiences, the category of competent sources, the category of dramatization of true stories, the category of hope or vision (future), netizen comments in this category can be used as evaluation material for the government so that it can improve performance for the better in the future. So that later this research can provide an overview of what kind of culture exists on Deddy Corbuzier's youtube podcast video comment page and also that a video on social media can influence and change the culture. The importance of vaccination for the community is to be able to protect themselves from the risk of being exposed to the corona virus and to increase herd immunity in the community.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the framing of the news of sexual violence cases in the mass media Rakyat Bengkulu Online in 2021. This research is a qualitative research moving from the empirical field in an effort to build theory from data. The data collection process is carried out by visiting the research site, namely local media in Bengkulu Province by bringing a research format. The results showed that the news framing of sexual violence cases in the mass media Rakyat Bengkulu Online in 2021 where rakyetbengkulu.com tried to report on sexual harassment cases prioritized concern for preventing sexual harassment cases from happening again. In some news, rakyatbengkulu.com does not emphasize how the chronology of events, who are the victims. What is displayed is the number of cases, how it happened so that it still maintains the feelings of the victim, displays words that are only general but easy to understand by readers so as not to cause something that is sensitive to read, and does not harm victims. media becomes a safe space for survivors of sexual violence so that they can speak out without worrying about the confidentiality of their identity.]]>
