Abstract

This research aims to determine whether work environment variables have a positive and significant influence on employee work motivation at the Pare-pare City Communication and Information Office. This research uses a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS version 27 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this research indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between physical work environment variables on employee work motivation. Meanwhile, the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant influence of non-physical work environment variables on employee work motivation. Simultaneously, the physical work environment and non-physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation at the Pare-Pare City Communications and Information Office. From the research results, it was found that the work environment is closely related to employee work motivation, both in terms of the physical work environment and the non-physical work environment, proving that the better the work environment, the higher the employee work motivation. Both have a positive and significant influence on employee work motivation. The better the work environment, the better the influence on employee work motivation

Abstract

This research is to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bulukumba Branch Office. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach and is population research. The sample in this research was all employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bulukumba Branch Office as many as 44 people. The hypothesis test in this research is a simple linear regression analysis test which produces the following results: Based on the results of the hypothesis test using a simple linear regression analysis test, it shows that motivation has a partial effect on performance in PT employees. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bulukumba Branch Office.

Abstract

The recent increase in tourism trends has become an opportunity for business people to take advantage of this. This is marked by the emergence of various shops selling and renting outdoor equipment and equipment and among the many outdoor equipment shops that are growing and developing is the Outdoor Tools Store in Watampone. Therefore, the aim of this research is to carry out a SWOT analysis in developing marketing strategies for this business. This research is a type of qualitative research. So the research data in the research is qualitative data. Data collection was carried out using interviews, documentation and observation. The research results show that in developing a marketing strategy for the Outdoor Tools Store (OTS), it is necessary to offer equipment at affordable prices amidst market competition, provide optimal service for all customer needs, provide a comfortable shopping and rental experience to customers, and utilize stock monitoring technology to respond rapid changes in demand in the market.

Abstract

In this article, we conduct a price analysis (of electronic cigarettes) on purchasing intentions among teenagers. Based on the data we collected, we found that the price of e-cigarettes influences purchasing intentions among teenagers. Here are some results from our analysis: The price of e-cigarettes is a factor that influences purchase intention among teenagers. If the price of e-cigarettes is too high, then interest in purchasing will decrease. The quality of electronic cigarettes is also a factor that influences purchase intention. If the quality of e-cigarettes does not meet teenagers' needs, their interest in purchasing will decrease. From our analysis, we conclude that to increase interest in purchasing e-cigarettes among teenagers, companies should consider the factors we have identified. By paying attention to price, quality, market and marketing, companies can obtain higher purchasing interest from teenagers

Abstract

This research is a survey research on students who use Xiaomi and Samsung cell phones. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of price perceptions on purchasing decisions. The company's success in influencing consumer purchasing decisions is done by building good communication with consumers, building good product brands and providing new innovations in products produced by following current trends. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of price and brand image on purchasing decisions. The data collection technique used in this research was based on a questionnaire with a sample size of 50 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, the results of the simultaneous influence significance test with the F test, price and brand image together or simultaneously, have a significant (statistically) influence on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the partial influence test with the t test, it is known that the independent variables, namely the lifestyle variable have a negative effect and do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, and brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. . Suggestions for Xiaomi and Samsung companies are that they should look at the lifestyle needs of consumers, don't just focus on the product, set prices according to market share in smartphone product sales, and carry out promotions that are right on target with good concepts and designs.
