Abstract

The researcher wanted to determine whether there were differences in mathematics abilities between male and female students at MTs Miftahul Iman NW Bundua in the 2024/2025 academic year. Every study has a clear objective, and achieving this objective requires adequate preparation and careful planning. This includes conducting preliminary observations to facilitate data collection and collaboration with the school. The ex post pacto method was used in this study. The population comprised all students at MTs Miftahul Iman NW Bundua in the 2024/2025 academic year, with a sample size of 150 students from grades VII and VIII. Three data collection techniques were used: observation, interviews, and documentation, resulting in qualitative and quantitative data. Quantitative data were obtained through documentation and then analyzed. To determine data normality, a chi-square test was performed, yielding a value of 7.99 for male students and 3.69 for female students. Meanwhile, to test data homogeneity, the Bartlett formula was used, yielding a value of 0.647. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that because the calculated t value = 1.648 is smaller than the t table value = 1.668, Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in mathematics ability between male and female students at MTs Miftahul Iman NW Bundua in the 2024/2025 academic year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis optimalisasi manajemen kas dan portofolio sekuritas dalam menjaga likuiditas serta profitabilitas perusahaan pada kondisi pasar yang mengalami volatilitas tinggi. Fokus utama penelitian mencakup strategi pengelolaan kas, penentuan proporsi optimal antara kas, setara kas, dan sekuritas likuid, serta pengaruh fluktuasi pasar modal terhadap keputusan investasi jangka pendek. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka dengan mengkaji sembilan sumber ilmiah terbaru yang membahas cash holding, manajemen kas, volatilitas pasar, serta strategi portofolio sekuritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu menerapkan strategi manajemen kas berbasis kebutuhan operasional dan cadangan likuiditas adaptif untuk menghadapi ketidakpastian pasar. Selain itu, proporsi kas dan sekuritas jangka pendek perlu disesuaikan dengan tingkat risiko dan perubahan suku bunga agar dapat menjaga kestabilan likuiditas. Investasi pada sekuritas yang sangat likuid memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap profitabilitas, selama perusahaan mampu menyeimbangkan risiko pasar dan kebutuhan likuiditas jangka pendek. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi antara manajemen kas dan strategi portofolio untuk meningkatkan ketahanan finansial perusahaan

Abstract

Kebijakan kredit lunak memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), terutama dalam memperluas modal kerja serta meningkatkan kapasitas produksi. Akses pembiayaan yang lebih mudah memungkinkan UMKM meningkatkan volume penjualan, meskipun implementasi kredit lunak sering kali diiringi risiko kredit macet akibat lemahnya manajemen keuangan dan ketidakpastian pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan kredit lunak terhadap pertumbuhan penjualan UMKM, mengidentifikasi risiko yang muncul dari penerapan skema pembiayaan tersebut, serta merumuskan strategi untuk menyeimbangkan pertumbuhan penjualan dan pengendalian risiko kredit. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan meninjau berbagai hasil penelitian terkait kredit lunak, perilaku UMKM, dan risiko pembiayaan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kredit lunak berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan penjualan melalui peningkatan modal usaha dan efisiensi operasional. Namun, risiko kredit tetap signifikan, terutama ketika UMKM tidak memiliki pencatatan keuangan yang memadai atau mengalami penurunan permintaan. Strategi penguatan literasi keuangan, monitoring kredit, dan penilaian risiko berbasis informasi non-keuangan menjadi solusi penting untuk menjaga keberlanjutan pembiayaan.

Abstract

This study examines the marketing transformation of coffee shop MSMEs through the integration of branding and digital marketing strategies in facing the challenges of the digital era. The objective of the study is to understand how MSMEs adopt and manage these strategies to improve their competitiveness and business sustainability. A qualitative research method with a case study approach was used, involving in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation with coffee shop MSMEs in Korumba District. The results show that consistent visual identity, customer experience that reflects brand character, and effective use of social media such as Instagram and WhatsApp in sharing creative content play a significant role in expanding the market and building personal relationships with customers. However, limited digital capabilities of human resources, the dynamics of social media algorithms, and limited promotional budgets are the main obstacles that affect the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing MSMEs' digital capacity, supporting funding policies, and utilizing adaptive technology as solutions to encourage the growth and sustainability of MSMEs in the digital ecosystem. This study provides relevant empirical contributions to MSME digital marketing theory as well as practical recommendations for business actors and policymakers.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kendari City face the challenge of low brand awareness amidst the post-pandemic digital transformation, with only 28% active on social media due to limited infrastructure and minimal digital literacy. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of social media use in increasing brand awareness of MSMEs in Kendari City through local adoption and engagement patterns. A descriptive qualitative method with data triangulation was applied to 15 purposive informants, using semi-structured interviews and observations of Instagram/TikTok accounts. Results show that easy adoption and relative advantage drive a twofold increase in turnover and top-of-mind recall via Muna/Tolaki cultural content, although internet signal constraints moderate effectiveness.
