Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine employee performance in improving Yamaha motorcycle sales services at Commanditaire. Vennotschap (CV). Akai Jaya Motor Palu and to determine the inhibiting and supporting factors and alternative solutions. The population in this study were all employees of Commanditaire Vennotschap (CV) Akai Jaya Motor Palu totaling 190 people, while the number of customers and clients was 70 people. The total number was 260 people. To achieve this goal, a sample of 37 people was taken, and for data collection techniques, observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation were used. While the data analysis technique used was data collected qualitatively, namely describing the variables studied. The technique used in sampling employees of Commanditaire Vennotschap (CV). Akai Jaya Motor Palu is purposive sampling, which is deliberately selecting and determining people who know more about the problem being studied. For consumers or customers who use accidental sampling, anyone who happens to be found by the researcher and is suitable as a data source. The variables that influence (X) are Employee Performance, namely the Ability to carry out and complete daily tasks well and provide optimal service to the community in accordance with procedures. By using the following indicators: Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility. Dependent Variable or Variable influenced (Y) namely: Improving Yamaha Motorcycle Sales Services at the Commanditaire Vennotschap (CV) Akai Jaya Motor Palu Branch, in the process of improving services. The results of the study indicate that the quality of service is still not good because employees do not have a strong commitment to service quality. The speed of service is due to several things such as delays in handling customer requests, long response times, or long waiting times in after-sales services. Employee performance when viewed from the productivity indicator is good and responsiveness and responsibility are also good. Employee performance at CV.Akai Jaya Motor Palu when viewed from the Right, Cheap and Friendly Employees indicator is good and in accordance with expectations.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peranan Kepemimpinan Lurah Terhadap Efektivitas Program Pembangunan Jalan Pada Kelurahan Pantoloan Kecamatan Tawaeli Kota Palu dan untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendukung serta alternatif pemecahannya. Dasar penelitian ini adalah survei dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian adalah Kelurahan Pantoloan Kecamatan Tawaeli Kota Palu. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh Pegawai pada Kantor Kelurahan Pantoloan dengan Jumlah 10 Orang, dan Masyarakat Dikelurahan pantoloan sebanyak 5.784 orang dengan jumlah keseluruhan 5.794 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dengan teknik penarikan purposive sampling dan accidental sampling dengan menetapkan sampel 23 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan 4 (empat) cara yaitu observation (pengamatan), Interview (Wawancara), penebaran kuesioner dan documentation (dokumentasi). Teknik analisis data adalah melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan tabel frekuensi dan persentase. Faktor Penghambat Capaian hasil dari program pembangunan jalan yang tidak terpenuhi, serta kurangnya integrasi Lurah dengan masyarakat. Sedangkan Faktor Pendukung Kemampuan lurah dalam mengatur, mengarahkan, mengorganisir/mengontrol serta dapat beradaptasi dengan masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study will be to analyze the relationship between competencies and incentives on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative. Population is the overall subject of the study. All employees of PT Semen Tonasa (Persero) Tonasa IV unit staff became the population of this study totaling 102 people. The determination of the number of samples using the Slovin approach, a sample of 50 people was obtained. The data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The questionnaire distribution technique uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the study found that competence had a positive effect on employee performance partially. This means that if the employee's competence increases, the performance will also increase. Furthermore, incentives also have a positive effect on employee performance partially. This means that if incentives increase, employee performance will also increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of social media marketing and price on buying interest. The method used in this study is by using the survey method, where the researcher distributes questionnaires to collect data on the approach used in this study, namely the quantitative approach. The population in this study is 50 consumers who make purchases at MSMEs around the Sheikh Yusuf Gowa field. The sample size should be 10 times larger than the number of research variables, so in this study the number of samples was 50 respondents. The analysis method used is a multiple linear regression model. The results of the study found that social media marketing and prices have a positive impact on MSME actors around the Sheikh Yusuf Gowa field. With the increasing use of the internet, it is one of the opportunities for business actors to increase buying interest which has an impact on the sales of their products. Social media helps business actors in reducing promotional costs and is effective and efficient in making sales to customers. And Price has an important function in the marketing process. If the price given is too expensive, the product will not be able to reach the market price.

Abstract

Literasi keuangan merupakan kemampuan dan pengetahuan individu tentang berbagai konsep dan resiko dalam manajemen keuangan, serta kemampuan dalam menerapkan pengetahuan tersebut untuk dapat mengambil keputusan keuangan yang tepat dan efektif untuk mencapai kesejahteraan finansial bagi dirinya dan lingkungan sekitarnya. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran literasi keuangan dan perilaku keuangan pribadi pada mahasiswa, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan pribadi mahasiswa program studi manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling. Penelitian ini mengalokasikan kuesioner kepada 61 responden dan kemudian mengolahnya dengan statistik menggunakan IBM SPSS 25 dan metode regresi linear sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan pribadi mahasiswa program studi manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and price on Telkomsel internet card purchase decisions. In today's digital age, the need for fast, stable, and affordable internet services is increasing, so it is important for telecommunications service providers to understand the factors that influence consumer decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on a number of respondents using Telkomsel internet cards. The population in this study is Telkomsel internet card users in Makassar City. The sample in this study was 97 respondents. The results of the analysis show that product quality and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality that includes network speed, signal stability, and wide area coverage proves to be a key consideration in purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, competitive prices and in accordance with the benefits offered also contribute to shaping consumer preferences. This finding indicates that Telkomsel needs to continue to maintain the quality of its services while implementing the right pricing strategy to increase competitiveness and customer loyalty.
