Abstract

The purpose of the study is: to find out and analyze how the work discipline of employees in BPSDM Central Sulawesi Province, and to find out the factors that become obstacles and supporters and alternative solutions. In this study, researchers used basic survey research and qualitative descriptive research types. Researchers set the location of the research at the office of the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of Central Sulawesi Province. With the population in this study is the entire State Civil Apparatus and Honorary Personnel totaling 125 people. The sampling technique using purposive sampling is to assign 31 people. Data collection techniques use 4 (four) ways, namely, Observation, Interview, Questionnaire, and Documentation, while analysis techniques use frequency and percentage tables. The results showed that Civil Apparatus Discipline measured from high Responsibility was considered unfavorable. To use office equipment properly and observance of office rules is seen as good. For performance variables measured, quality and quantity indicators are considered less good while task implementation is considered good. The supporting factor in this study is that all employees in working use office equipment with a sense of responsibility and after each work all equipment used is stored in its original place properly and tidied up. All employees have followed the rules set by both clothing (uniform) and attributes and office rules asking permission if they do not enter the office or have business outside the office. The inhibiting factor in this study is that there are still many employees who are less responsible in completing the tasks given so that the quality of work is not good in carrying out tasks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of internal control and compensation on employeeperformance at PT. Jaya Selular Indonesia (VIVO Smartphone) Palu Branch. The researchmethod used is a verifiative survey research method, to be able to provide an accurate and clearpicture of the effect of internal control and compensation on employee performance at PT. Jayaselular Indonesia (VIVO Smartphone) Palu branch. The sample in this study amounted to 67respondents who were distributed to employees of PT. Jaya Selular Indonesia (VIVO Smartphone)Palu Branch. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis. Based on the results ofdata processing using the SPSS for windows version 16.0 program, research results were obtainedwhich showed that internal control and compensation simultaneously had a significant effect onemployee performance. Internal control does not have a significant effect on performance andcompensation partially has a significant effect on employee performance. The influence of theoverall independent variable, addressed by the adjusted R square value of 0.494, can beinterpreted that the variables of internal control and compensation have an effect of 49.4% onemployee performance at PT. Jaya Selular Indonesia (VIVO Smartphone) Palu Branch.While theremaining 50.1% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Solutions, value, information and access on customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as to determine and analyze the influence of Solutions, information, value and access on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT. Haji Kalla Makassar Branch. This research uses a quantitative approach, by taking samples, namely customers who bought Toyota cars, which were determined to be 100 respondents, data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses path analysis. The research results found that solution, Information, Value and Access had a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, customer satisfaction had a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, from the results of the mediation test, it was found that customer satisfaction can mediate the influence of solution, information, value and access on customer loyalty at PT. Hadji Kalla Alauddin Branch, Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, efikasi diri, dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Andi Offset Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada CV. Andi Offset. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan menyebar kuesioner. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi yang dapat diberikan dari penelitian ini adalah hasil ini dapat digunakan oleh manajer dan pimpinan perusahaan untuk membuat rencana yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan mereka. Misalnya, mereka dapat menggunakan temuan ini untuk mengembangkan program kesejahteraan karyawan untuk membantu mencapai keseimbangan kehidupan kerja yang lebih baik atau pelatihan manajer untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam kepemimpinan transformasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh parsial kualitas produk, citra merek dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil listrik Wulling Ev pada PT. Kumala Motor Cabang Makassar. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh  simultan kualitas produk, citra merek dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil listrik Wulling Ev pada PT. Kumala Motor Cabang Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 86 responden dengan jumlah sampel 86 responden. Teknik Pengumpulan Data dengan menggnakan Kuesioner. Metode Analisa Data dengan menggnakan “ Analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kualitas Produk, Citra Merek dan harga secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil listrik Wulling Ev pada PT. Kumala Motor Cabang Makassar. Hasil uji secara simultan menunjukan kualitas Produk, Citra Merek dan harga secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil listrik Wulling Ev pada PT. Kumala Motor Cabang Makassar.  Variabel yang berpengaruh dominan adalah variabel Kualitas Produk.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Brand image, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for The Originote skincare. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires. The sample used was quota sampling of 100 respondents who used The Originote skincare. The data obtained was processed using SPSS version 22. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, multiple linear test, F test, T test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that (1) Brand image (X1) partially influenced the decision to purchase The Originote skincare with the t test result of 2.243. (2) Product quality (X2) partially influenced the decision to purchase The Originote skincare with the t test result of 2.592. (3) Price (X3) partially has no effect on purchasing decisions for The Originote skincare with the t test result of 1.078. (4) Brand image, product quality and price silmutan affect the purchasing decision of The Originote skincare. For R square of 0.410 which means that 41% of purchasing decision variables can be explained by Brand image, product quality and price variables, while 59% is explained by other variables not used in this study, namely location, promotion and convenience.

Abstract

This study aims to review and analyze the influence of managers' situational leadership style on employee work motivation as well as to find out which manager leadership style is most influential on increasing employee work motivation at PT. Global Indonesia in Makassar, the research method is survey. The research population is employees at PT. Indonesia Global In Makassar as many as 111, then 90 samples were taken with simple-random sampling techniques, data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation as support. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regressions to determine the influence of free variables on partially and simultaneously bound variables. The results of research show that the manager's situational leadership style has a significant effect both simultaneously and partially in increasing employee work motivation at PT. Global Indonesia in Makassar with a positive direction, while the participatory leadership style is the most dominant influential leadership style.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence Work-Life Balance and Compensation have on employee job satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially. he data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that Work-Life Balance and compensation simultaneously have a significant influence on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Mepanga Community Health Center, Mepanga District, Parigi Moutong Regency. Partially, Work-Life Balance obtained a significant value for the influence of X1 against Y is 0.807> 0.05 and the value of tcount 0.245 2,02269, so it can be concluded that H2 is accepted which means there is an influence X2 on the variable Y.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the Influence of Competence and Leadership Style on Employee Performance through Work Motivation at PT. Pawnshops in the Bantaeng Area directly or indirectly. The analysis method used is Path Analysis using SmartPLS Software, the purpose is to describe the actual state of the research object to find out the Competence and Leadership Style on employee performance through motivation at the Bantaeng Area Pawnshop Office through the submission of statements in questionnaires to employees. The results of the research obtained are (1) Competence has a Positive and Significant Effect on Work Motivation in PT. Pawnshop Bantaeng Area, (2)  Leadership Style has a Positive and Significant Effect on Work Motivation at PT. Pegadaian Bantaeng Area (3) Motivation has a Positive and Significant Effect on Performance at PT. Pawnshop Bantaeng Area.( 4) Competence has a Positive and Significant Effect on Performance at PT. Pegadaian Bantaeng Area, (5) Leadership Style has a Positive and Significant Effect on Performance at PT. Pegadaian Bantaeng Area, (6) Competence has a Positive and Significant Effect on Performance through Employee Work Motivation at PT. Abstract

Kecerdasan emosional adalah prediktor utama yang dapat menentukan kesuksesan seseorang baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun dalam dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kecerdasan emosional dalam meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior, dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research (studi kepustakaan) dimana data berasal dari jurnal-jurnal ilmiah dan literatur-literatur yang layak dijadikan sumber penelitian oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior dan kinerja karyawan. Organizational citizenship behavior dapat meningkat dalam diri seseorang jika mampu mengembangkan dimensi-dimensi kecerdasan emosional, disamping itu kecerdasan emosional mampu memberikan kesadaran kepada individu untuk melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Kesadaran inilah yang mampu membuat karyawan memberikan kinerja terbaik untuk perusahaan.
