Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze Village Fund Management in Lembang Burasia. The method used is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection procedures used were library research, observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of the Analysis of Village Fund Management in Lembang Burasia based on Permendagri Number 113 of 2014, it is a guideline for village fund management, which has 5 (five) stages, namely planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. At the planning stage, the management techniques were appropriate, but not optimal because not all members of the community were invited to attend the deliberations. For the implementation stage, administration and reporting are in accordance with Permendagri No. standards. 113 of 2014, but at the Accountability stage the Government of Lembang Burasia needs to be increased by making additional accountability reports in the form of billboards posted outside the lembang office so that it can be maximally accessed by the public.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how social media, e-commerce, and Indomaret purchase decisions are made. As well as to find out how much influence social media has on purchasing decisions, the influence of e-commerce on purchasing decisions and the influence of social media and e-commerce on purchasing decisions. In this study, the independent variable (X) is social media and e-commerce, while the dependent variable (Y) is the purchase decision. This research is a sample research in which consumers are the respondents in the research, for data collection using a questionnaire with a total of 36 respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative research using the case study method. To process data, the author uses the help of Microsoft Excel 2013 and SPSS 29 For Windows programs. The results of the study stated that social media was in the good category, e-commerce was in the good category, purchasing decisions were in the good category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of cooperation, communication and work discipline variables on employee performance either simultaneously or partially. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that cooperation, communication and work discipline can improve employee performance well. If cooperation increases 100% then satisfaction is 33.7%. If communication increases 100% then satisfaction is 52.2%. Whereas. Meanwhile, if work discipline increases 100% then satisfaction increases 43.8%. The simultaneous correlation coefficient (Multiple R) = 0.595 means that cooperation, communication and work discipline have a moderate positive relationship with performance. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square 0.305 means that cooperation, communication and work discipline have an effect of 30% while the rest is in the variables not studied. The F test yields Fhiung (7.299) > Ftable (2.83) meaning that cooperation, communication and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

The Human Development Index is a composite index that measures human development from three basic perspectives: longevity and healthy living, knowledge and a decent standard of living. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of fiscal decentralization and regional economic dependence on the human development index in districts/cities in South Sulawesi Province. This research is quantitative in nature. The data used in this study used time series data from 2021-2022 (2 years) and cross section data of 24 districts / cities, so the total sample was 48 data which included data on fiscal decentralization, regional financial dependence and human development index in South Sulawesi Province which were processed and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results of this study successfully confirmed that fiscal decentralization has a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index; while regional financial dependence has no significant effect on the Human Development Index.

Abstract

Amid the global community's impacts of climate change, unbalanced natural cycles spur increased environmental and social problems. The Covid-19 pandemic is important for various parties to evaluate the importance of implementing environmental, social, and governance aspects, including the banking sector. Sustainable Banking has now become a familiar concept in the economies of developing countries. Other factors influence its implementation in Indonesian banking. This study develops and tests a mediation model explaining how a firm’s reputation can link sustainable banking with improving firm performance. SEM-PLS results from secondary data collected from sustainability reports and annual reports on 45 issuer banks in Indonesia indicate that the positive implementation of sustainable banking, in turn, increases the firm’s reputation and performance. This study contributes to research on the implementation of sustainable baking in developing countries.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Badan Kepegawaian dan Diklat Daerah Kabupaten Wajo. Jumlah pegawai pada Kantor Badan Kepegawaian dan Diklat Daerah Kabupaten Wajo adalah 57 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan jumlah populasi yaitu 57 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pegawai yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini.     Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel gaya Kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Badan Kepegawaian dan Diklat Daerah Kabupaten Wajo. Secara simultan variabel gaya Kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Badan Kepegawaian dan Diklat Daerah Kabupaten Wajo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh harga jagung, beras, dan pendapatan per kapita, terhadap permintaan konsumsi jagung di Indonesia, (2) pengaruh harga jagung, luas panen, dan harga gabah terhadap penawaran jagung di Indonesia, (3) pengaruh jumlah tenaga kerja industri perunggasan, populasi ternak unggas, harga ternak unggas, dan harga ternak unggas terhadap permintaan jagung sebagai bahan baku industri di Indonesia. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan asosiatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data documenter,menggunakan analisis: a) model persamaan simultan. Variabel endogen dalam penelitian ini permintaan konsumsi jagung, dan penawaran jagung, variabel eksogennya adalah harga jagung,pendapatan, harga beras, luas panen, harga gabah. b). regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa harga jagung berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap tingkat permintaan jagung untuk konsumsi rumah tangga, secara parsial tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pendapatan perkapita terhadap tingkat permintaan jagung di Desa Lalabata Kecamatan Tanete Rilau Barru, harga beras berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap total permintaan jagung untuk konsumsi rumah tangga, harga ayam berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan input jagung industri perunggasan di Desa Lalabata Kecamatan Tanete Rilau Barru. Kata kunci: permintaan konsumsi jagung beras, penawaran jagung, industri peternakan unggas

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of competency and                               career development on employee engagement and employee performance. Analyzing the effect of employee engagement on performance, as well as analyzing the effect of employee engagement in mediating the effect of competency and career development on employee performance at PT. Hadji Kalla, Urip Sumohardjo Makassar Branch. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the study found that competency and career development have a direct effect on employee engagement and employee performance. Then employee engagement has a direct effect on employee performance. From the results of the sobel test, it can be concluded that employee engagement can mediate the influence of competency and career development on employee performance at PT. Hadji Kalla Urip Sumoharjo Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of work competence and motivation on employee performance at PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk Makassar. This type of research is quantitative. The population constitutes the overall subject of the study. The population of this study is all employees of PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk Makassar. The sample is part of the number and characteristics possessed by that population. The number of samples in this study using the slovin formula was 70 respondents who were employees of PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk Makassar. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis (Multiple Regression). The results found that competence has a significant effect on employee performance; Work motivation was found to have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at the PT office. Cemerlang Surya Gemilang Makassar partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a population that will be sampled as 85 people, with a sampling technique using a saturated sample, that is, the entire population will be used as a sample. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the partial t test, simultaneous F test and determination test (R2). The research results obtained are (1) Leadership style has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at PT offices. Cemerlang Surya Gemilang (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the PT office. Cemerlang Surya Gemilang, (3) Leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the PT office. Brilliant Surya Gemilang. Organizational culture has a dominant influence on improving employee performance at the PT office. Brilliant Surya Gemilang
