Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada penggunaan teknologi computer vision, khususnya metode Mask R-CNN, dalam deteksi api dan asap pada kasus kebakaran hutan. Kebakaran hutan adalah masalah lingkungan yang serius, di mana metode deteksi tradisional sering terbatas oleh jangkauan visual dan kesalahan subjektif. Kami mengeksplorasi potensi teknologi computer vision sebagai solusi yang lebih efisien dan akurat. Dataset yang digunakan sebanyak 3465 gambar yang telah dianotasi dengan menggunakan roboflow. Jumlah dataset yang digunakan pada data training 2964 gambar, data validasi 854 gambar dan data testing 427 gambar. Model deteksi api dan asap menggunakan mask rcnn dengan menggunakan parameter learning rate 0.0025, image per batch 2 dan max iteration 10000. Adapun hasil yang diperolah pada average precision = 0.38 dan average recall = 0.29.

Abstract

Technological developments are increasingly rapid, students must be able to adapt to changes, be enthusiastic about learning, and care about sustainable development. Therefore, the Independent Campus Learning Policy (MBKM). A Decision Support System (DSS) or Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that is able to provide problem solving capabilities and communication capabilities for problems with semi-structured and unstructured conditions. The COPRAS method or Combination of Ratio Assessment is a multi-criteria decision analysis method used the alternatives involved in a decision. This research aims to obtain ranking results of outstanding students quickly and objectively without requiring a lot of effort. The results of this ranking will help Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan University, especially the Faculty of Engineering, Computer Science Study Program, in selecting outstanding students. From the conclusion above, the student selected to be in first place is A3 in the name of Benny Matondang with a score of 99.972 in first place.

Abstract

Amid the highly volatile fluctuations in the cryptocurrency market, the ability to accurately predict Bitcoin prices becomes crucial for investors and financial analysts. This study aims to develop a predictive model using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) Neural Networks, a specific form of recurrent neural network, to predict Bitcoin prices. Historical data on daily closing prices of Bitcoin from 2015 to 2023 was used to train and test the model. Following data preprocessing, which included normalization and the creation of a time series dataset, the LSTM model was constructed with two LSTM layers and two dense layers to enhance the predictive analysis. The model was trained with the data split into 80% for training and 20% for testing. Results show that the LSTM model was able to produce fairly accurate predictions with a low loss value on the test data. Further evaluation through comparison with baseline models showed significant improvements in predictive accuracy. This research demonstrates the potential application of advanced machine learning techniques in financial analysis, particularly in predicting the prices of highly volatile assets like Bitcoin. With continuous improvements to the model architecture and parameter optimization, Bitcoin price predictions could become more reliable, helping stakeholders make more informed investment decisions.

Abstract

Student Satisfaction Index has a very important role in the university environment as it is closely related to the accreditation assessment process. In this context, Nurul Jadid University faces shortcomings in calculating student satisfaction, which has the potential to disrupt the efficiency of time use and have an overall negative impact. As a solution, this research aims to cluster student answers using the K-Means algorithm implemented through the Streamlit web platform with the Python programming language. The results showed that this approach was able to produce excellent clustering, with an accuracy rate of 97%. The main objective of this research is to improve efficiency in the process of measuring student satisfaction levels, with the hope of making a significant contribution to improving the quality of university services and the process of evaluating university accreditation more efficiently. As such, this research has important implications in improving the overall performance of the university in the face of challenges.

Abstract

"Gerdu Kaffe" still relies on manual methods for ordering and data management, despite the fact that cafes serve as social interaction spaces. This system encounters several issues, such as menu lists getting damaged or lost, difficulties in menu updates, long queues, and errors in manual ordering during peak hours. This research aims to develop a Menu Ordering Application with QR Code using the Laravel framework and employs Collaborative Filtering techniques. This application allows customers to order food and beverages through a smartphone using a QR Code Reader. Collaborative Filtering is used to analyze user preferences and behavior to discover relevant patterns. The research method used is qualitative, involving interviews and observations. Testing using blackbox testing methods resulted in the highest percentage of 86%, indicating that this web-based menu ordering system is effective in assisting the management process at Gerdu Kaffe Paiton.

Abstract

Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kabupaten Banyuwangi sendiri sering mendapat keluhan dari masyarakat setempat, hal itu dikarenakan masih belum efektifnya proses pengajuan mustahik zakat atau orang yang berhak menerima zakat. Proses pengajuan yang berlangsung sendiri memakai proposal berbasis kertas, dalam implementasinya proses ini sendiri memakan waktu paling cepat sekitar satu minggu. Hal tersebut tentunya menghambat proses pengajuan dari masyarakat terkait. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi yang mencakup proses pengajuan, persetujuan, pendistribusian, dan pertanggung jawaban. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode waterfall, yang diharapkan adalah kemudahan dalam membangun tahapan demi tahapan yang tersusun secara baik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah proses pengajuan dapat berlangsung dengan efektif dan efisien, dan bisa memenuhi ekspektasi masyarakat kabupaten banyuwangi.
