Abstract

Laboratorium Komputer Universitas Nurul Jadidi menjadi tanggung jawab penuh Fakultas Teknik, pemanfaatan layanan laboratorium bagi mahasiswa teknik dan diluar Fakultas Teknik yang membutuhkan praktikum komputer. Penggunaan laboratorium diatur sesuai jadwal roster kuliah yang telah ditetapkan diawal perkuliahan pada setiap semesternya, sedangkan penggunaan ekstra akan disesuaikan diluar jadwal kuliah. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah manajemen akan sulit menentukan jadwal tepat pagi pengguna laboratorium. Solusinya perlu adanya aplikasi yang mengatur penggunaaan serta kuluhan dari mahasiswa dan dosen, aplikasi tersebut akan mengakomodir semua kebutuhan dan keluhan yang ada di laboratorium komputer Fakultas Teknik. Agar manajemen paham menggunakan aplikasi perlu adanya pelatihan tujuannya agar mudah memahami penggunaan aplikasi e-komplain. Metode yang digunakan adalah Longitudinal Method merupakan metode untuk menentukan dan mengukur data secara berulang untuk satu atau beberapa variable. Hasilnya adalah aplikasi e-komplain yang sudah siap digunakan oleh Fakultas Teknik Universitas Nurul Jadid.

Abstract

One of the subjects taught at every level of education is mathematics. Mathematics is an absolute science that cannot be revised but student interest in mathematics is declining because mathematics is considered a difficult subject for students and the media used is only books so that students get bored in learning. A new innovation is needed to increase student interest by utilizing technology, namely mathematics educational games. Educational games aim to increase students' interest as well as make learning fun by playing while learning. The research method used is the ADDIE Model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The result of this study is the Math Education Game on Android-Based Comparison Material based on the results of the blackbox test, it was found that all functions in the game ran according to the expected results and the assessment with a Likert scale to students obtained a score of 85.7% with a very agreeable interpretation. Thus, it can be concluded that this Android-based math educational game application is suitable for use by students as an independent learning medium and can help increase student interest in learning

Abstract

Sistem informasi monitoring inventaris merupakan kebutuhan di MTs Nurul Jadid, sistem yang berjalan saat ini mempunyai kelemahan dalam pencarian data barang, karena harus mencari data barang satu persatu di Microsoft Excel, dan sering terjadi kesalahan saat menulis kode barang, yang menyulitkan sarana prasarana unuk mencari data produk. Pada saat pencatatan data tentang barang masuk dan keluar sering terjadi kesalahan yang mengakibatkan ketidaksesuaian antara data barang dengan jumlah barang yang sebenarnya. Hal ini mengakibatkan pencarian data barang,kode barang dan peminjaman barang kurang optimal, sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah media khusus berbentuk website untuk memberikan pelayanan dan informasi online yang mudah diakses. Dari permasalahan tersebut peneliti menawarkan sebuah solusi dengan merancang sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi monitoring inventaris sekolah berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall yaitu suatu upaya untuk mengolah sistem informasi secara sistematis. Sistem informasi monitoring inventaris sekolah ini menggunakan codeigniter. Codeigniter disini merupakan suatu framework web untuk PHP dalam mengimplementasikan pola desain Model View Controller (MVC). Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengoptimalisasikan pelayanan serta penyampaian informasi terkait realisasi program. Hasil dari pengujian ini adalah untuk memudahkan petugas saran prasara dalam mengontrol inventaris sekolah dan menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi monitoring inventaris sekolah berbasis web yang menunjukkan presentase 88,4% dengan kategori sangat setuju untuk digunakan

Abstract

An alternative medical device called an IV is used to replenish lost body fluids and maintain the body's electrolyte balance. Infusion fluid administration is a very useful way to help and speed up the recovery of the patient's condition during the treatment period. In hospitals, clinics and health centers, nurses generally still control and monitor the use of IV fluids manually. Nurses must periodically check the condition of each patient's infusion. Thus, delays in infusion replacement often occur. This has a negative impact on the patient, such as blood being sucked into the infusion hose and the possibility of clotting in the hose. So that patients will experience losses to these conditions, nurses are required to always be on time in replacing infusions. There are still many people who do not understand the normal human heart rate, because health workers do not socialize to the public about heart rate. Lack of understanding of the human heartbeat that is often found in our environment. Based on the above problems, the research to be carried out will provide several solutions, it is necessary to make a sensor to detect infusion filling for patients who are under treatment so that it will help nurses in controlling infusion filling. The existence of monitor results related to human heart rate as a tool so that it can measure human heart rate. The method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), this research produces a sensor tool to detect infusion and human heart rate.

Abstract

The book Arudh Qawafi is the work of the Caretaker of the At-Tarbiyah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep Islamic Boarding School, namely K.H. Wakid Yusuf, S.E. The book discusses Arabic literature in the form of Syi'ir and Nadham. The 2nd son of K.H. Nurul Huda Basyir has several religious texts, one of which is the book Arudh Qawafi which is regularly reviewed by students majoring in Language (Arabic Literature). The religious texts or the works of the caregivers are still in the form of printed media, namely books, therefore in this digitalization era, the role of the santri to develop the field of information technology is very necessary. This study aims to build an Android-based application in order to make it easier for students, alumni, and sympathizers to access the Arudh Qawafi Book practically. This application development applies the Extreme Programming (XP) software development methodology. Extreme Programming has several advantages, namely that it can perform updates without impacting the overall system design. This method is one of the methodologies that supports the acceleration of the development of a system with a minimum number of teams and produces software that meets the needs, including the planning phase, design phase, coding phase, and testing phase. By using the open source Flutter Framework, the Arudh Qawafi book application can be accessed via mobile more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

"Gerdu Kaffe" still relies on manual methods for ordering and data management, despite the fact that cafes serve as social interaction spaces. This system encounters several issues, such as menu lists getting damaged or lost, difficulties in menu updates, long queues, and errors in manual ordering during peak hours. This research aims to develop a Menu Ordering Application with QR Code using the Laravel framework and employs Collaborative Filtering techniques. This application allows customers to order food and beverages through a smartphone using a QR Code Reader. Collaborative Filtering is used to analyze user preferences and behavior to discover relevant patterns. The research method used is qualitative, involving interviews and observations. Testing using blackbox testing methods resulted in the highest percentage of 86%, indicating that this web-based menu ordering system is effective in assisting the management process at Gerdu Kaffe Paiton.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based application system using the K-Means algorithm to cluster students in Al-Quran training at Pondok Pesantren Islamiyah Syafi’iyah Sumberanyar, Paiton, Probolinggo. The system is designed to improve efficiency and accuracy in determining training groups based on students' Quranic reading skills, including Tajwid, fluency, and memorization. By analyzing data from 824 students, this research successfully classifies them into three skill categories: "Ulya" (advanced), "Wustha" (intermediate), and "Ula" (beginner). This clustering process provides an objective guide for assigning students to appropriate training groups and supports the personalization of the learning process. Additionally, the implementation of web-based technology facilitates easier data management and greater accessibility for administrators. The results show that the K-Means algorithm significantly enhances the efficiency and accuracy of the training process compared to manual methods. These findings are not only relevant to this pesantren but also have the potential to be applied to other Islamic educational institutions to optimize training management.

Marketplace is a sales application that is freely accessible by all people, application providers selling between sellers and buyers do not have to meet face to face. Information Technology Project Management as management to manage in building projects. Kalianan Village, Krucil District, Probolinggo Regency, a village that has very good natural potential but is not matched by balanced Human Resources (SDA) so that good natural potential cannot be managed. The very basic problem is not balanced between the potential of nature and the potential of the people of Kalianan Village, Krucil District, Probolinggo Regency. Community service aims to provide knowledge capabilities in utilizing the results in the form of canna tubers as food raw materials. Provide knowledge in using marketplace applications so that people can sell entrepreneurial results into online sales applications. Abstract

This community service project was initiated to support the student admission process of Universitas Nurul Jadid by enhancing its promotional strategies through social media and school partnerships. The growing importance of digital platforms in education marketing, especially among high school students, makes this topic highly relevant. The program focused on assisting the university's outreach efforts by conducting socialization activities in partner schools and developing engaging promotional content, such as university profile videos and targeted social media campaigns. The method used was participatory assistance, involving collaboration between university staff, students, and school representatives to ensure effective dissemination of information. Activities included workshops, media content creation, and direct engagement sessions in partner schools. The results showed a significant increase in awareness and interest among students regarding the university’s programs and facilities. Furthermore, social media analytics indicated improved engagement with the posted content. This initiative not only strengthened the relationship between Universitas Nurul Jadid and its partner schools but also contributed to a more modern and effective student recruitment strategy. In conclusion, leveraging digital media in collaboration with educational partners proved to be a valuable approach in promoting higher education opportunities to prospective students.
