Abstract

The implementation of e-Government has become a commitment of the Government as set out in Presidential Instruction No. 3 of 2003 on national policies and strategies for the development of the e-government, stating that each Regional Government can take the necessary measures in accordance with its main tasks, functions, and authority to implement the development and development of government services based on Information and Communications Technology (ICT) nationally. In support of the implementation of e-Government in the area must of course start from the smallest government of the village. The village is the smaller part of the administrative government system in Indonesia, according to the Law No.6 Year 2014 about the village states the maintenance of the government of village using information technology can be done through e-Governance Village. The implementation of e-Government requires an in-depth study of a suitable model for this village's e-government. The research methods used in the Research are Qualitative Methods, the process of identification of the e-Government needs of the village is carried out with the COBIT 4.1 Framework, Critical Success Factor (CSF), and SWOT analysis. The results of the analysis produce Maturity Level to find out the existing condition of the XYZ Village Government towards e-government, and proposes the implementation plan of e-governing to the XYZ Village Government.

Abstract

Measuring the quality and health of water in a decorative fish tank can be simplified by regularly monitoring the water pH. However, this pH monitoring is often neglected by aquarium owners due to work commitments, household responsibilities, or when they have to leave home for an extended period of time. This research designed a water pH monitoring system in an ornamental fish aquarium using a pH sensor and an ESP-32 microcontroller that can remind users through a telegram Bot message and can be seen through the LCD using the waterfall development method as a method of making tools in this study. Based on the research that has been done, the automatic pH reading system has been successfully built by being accessed via telegram and can be seen on the LCD display. pH Sensor testing has an accuracy value of 90% with testing using litmus paper comparison.

Abstract

Inefficient repair services for damaged smartphones and laptops pose challenges for both users and service providers. This research answers this problem by designing a mobile application marketplace interface for smartphone and laptop repairs by prioritizing usability and user experience (UX). Design thinking methodology guides the development process, which involves user empathy, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing. Iterative evaluation using usability testing and heuristic evaluation refines the design. The evaluation results of the final iteration showed a Learnability score of 96.6%, Efficiency 98.63%, Memorability 95%, Error 0.232, and Satisfaction 83.23 from technicians, as well as Learnability 93.3%, Efficiency 85.23%, Memorability 85%, Error 0.202, and Satisfaction 83.23 from customers, with success and very good qualifications. Heuristic evaluation by UI/UX experts further validates the usability of the design. This research concludes that the design thought approach has succeeded in creating a user-friendly marketplace interface for smartphone and laptop repair services. The app's high usability and positive reception from technicians and customers highlight its potential to simplify the repair process and increase overall customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study systematically reviews trends in underwriting technology to enhance the precision and personalization of insurance companies' risk assessment and decision-making processes. Using the Kitchenham method, we conducted a systematic review of scientific publications indexed by Scopus from 2011 to 2021. Our findings reveal the extent of research activity in this field, the leading contributing countries, the methodologies employed, the technologies utilized, and the specific areas investigated. The results indicate significant advancements in the application of machine learning, blockchain, and other technologies in underwriting, providing a comprehensive overview of current trends and future directions. This study offers valuable insights for researchers and practitioners aiming to improve underwriting technology, highlighting potential areas for further research and development. These insights are crucial for advancing the field and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of underwriting practices.
