Abstract

In the current era of globalization, knowledge is a very valuable asset for companies to increase their effectiveness. Therefore, awareness is needed for companies to foster a culture of sharing knowledge because this will be a valuable asset for the company compared to other assets. To foster a knowledge-sharing culture at PT. Aegis Ultima Teknologi, a knowledge management system is needed, especially in this study using at PT. Abstract

Abstract

Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung menerapkan layanan e-Government untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, transparansi dan akuntabilitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah dalam rangka mewujudkan good governance. Transformasi sistem penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dari yang semula berbasis manual/kertas menjadi elektronik telah dilakukan secara bertahap. Dari 89 aplikasi yang bersumber dari Kabupaten, banyak layanan publik (aplikasi) terlambat mendapatkan pembaruan dan beberapa mempunyai fungsi yang mirip serta proses monitoring dan evaluasi belum dilakukan secara menyeluruh. Sistem Informasi e-Government memerlukan audit untuk mengevaluasi, mengukur tingkat kapabilitas (Capability Level), dan memberikan rekomendasi karena pencapaian Sistem Informasi e-Government (Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik). Mendapatkan pencapaian nilai yang belum memuaskan di beberapa domain penilaian SPBE yang dikeluarkan oleh Kemendagri. Hasil yang didapatkan dari Sistem Informasi e-Government yang mengacu pada domain Monitor, Evaluate and Assess (MEA) dengan tingkat kapabilitas (Capability Level) adalah 2 hasil yaitu Managed Process (MEA01) dan Performed Process (MEA02 dan MEA03), dan target level yang ingin dicapai adalah 4 yaitu Predictable Process, hal ini berdasarkan analisis kesenjangan (gap) secara garis besar perlu adanya peningkatan Capability Level dari kondisi saat ini (existing) dari sisi pengendalian internal dan peningkatan proses monitoring dan evaluasi untuk kesesuaian dengan Master Plan TIK 2017-2021 Kabupaten Bandung

Abstract

Education is considered the primary foundation for economic development. Through education, individuals acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively participate in the global economy. Entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in driving the economy through job creation, enhanced competition, and innovation. Entrepreneurship education can enhance individuals' abilities to start and manage their own businesses. This research aims to explore how human resource education can serve as an essential driver in advancing economic progress through entrepreneurship exploration. This study is a literature review using a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data were gathered from articles published on Google Scholar between 2013 and 2024 through keywords HR Education, Economic Progress, Entrepreneurship. The study results indicate that human resource education plays a crucial role in driving a country's economy through harnessing entrepreneurial potential. Education is not only about transferring knowledge but also shaping character, skills, and attitudes that support innovation and competitiveness. In an increasingly interconnected global context, education also serves as a bridge between local innovation and the global market, creating an inclusive and sustainable environment for economic growth

Abstract

The fact of the rise of social media and the strong development of digital has made some entrepreneurs or business people to compete with each other to develop a product, with the trend that is developing today. This study aims to determine how much influence viral marketing and product quality have on purchasing decisions, this type of research is quantitative descriptive with an associative approach and uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was consumers who used Camille beauty skincare which was determined using the calculation of the Slovin formula with alpha 5% and the results were 96 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling with a simple random sampling approach. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression, partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results of this study show that simultaneously, viral marketing variables and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions while partially, viral marketing variables and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penyusunan jadwal perkuliahan merupakan aktivitas administratif yang rutin dilakukan setiap pergantian semester di lingkungan institusi pendidikan tinggi, salah satunya di STMIK LIKMI. Namun, kompleksitas kombinasi data menghambat pihak administrasi untuk bisa menuntaskan aktivitas tersebut secara cepat. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat membantu proses penjadwalan adalah dengan menerapkan algoritma optimisasi, yaitu Simulated Annealing (SA). Proses penjadwalan dilakukan secara iteratif, dimulai dengan membentuk solusi jadwal baru berdasarkan solusi saat ini, mengevaluasi pelanggaran batasan-batasan yang telah ditentukan terhadap solusi baru tersebut, dan memutuskan apakah menerima solusi baru tersebut untuk dianilkan lebih lanjut atau tidak berdasarkan probabilitas dalam setiap iterasi, layaknya proses anil yang asli. Proses tersebut berlangsung sampai mencapai batas tertentu dan menghasilkan solusi jadwal yang paling memungkinkan yang bisa diperoleh. Proses penjadwalan yang menerapkan algoritma SA tersebut dapat disesuaikan secara fleksibel dengan kebutuhan studi kasus, sehingga dapat menghasilkan solusi jadwal terbaik yang beragam dan dapat memenuhi batasan-batasan yang ditentukan semaksimal mungkin, dengan mengompromikan kecepatan proses dan keidealan solusi.

Abstract

The implementation of e-Government has become a commitment of the Government as set out in Presidential Instruction No. 3 of 2003 on national policies and strategies for the development of the e-government, stating that each Regional Government can take the necessary measures in accordance with its main tasks, functions, and authority to implement the development and development of government services based on Information and Communications Technology (ICT) nationally. In support of the implementation of e-Government in the area must of course start from the smallest government of the village. The village is the smaller part of the administrative government system in Indonesia, according to the Law No.6 Year 2014 about the village states the maintenance of the government of village using information technology can be done through e-Governance Village. The implementation of e-Government requires an in-depth study of a suitable model for this village's e-government. The research methods used in the Research are Qualitative Methods, the process of identification of the e-Government needs of the village is carried out with the COBIT 4.1 Framework, Critical Success Factor (CSF), and SWOT analysis. The results of the analysis produce Maturity Level to find out the existing condition of the XYZ Village Government towards e-government, and proposes the implementation plan of e-governing to the XYZ Village Government.

Abstract

Kimia merupakan salah satu cabang ilmu alam yang penting untuk dipelajari. Reaksi kimia yang akan diterapkan dalam game adalah asam dan basa.  RPG adalah permainan yang membuat pemain berperan di dunia yang diciptakan. Pemain akan berperan sebagai alkimis yang bertugas menyelesaikan quest, mengalahkan monster/musuh dan menyelesaikan teka teki menggunakan konsep reaksi asam basa yang disimulasikan dengan barang yang mengandung bahan kimia sebagai senjata untuk mengalahkan musuh. Pertarungan dilakukan secara turn-based artinya aksi pertarungan dilakukan secara giliran diawali dengan pemain. Pembuatan game menggunakan perangkat lunak unity dengan komponen dasar.

Abstract

Marketplace merupakan sebuah platform yang disediakan untuk para penjual dan pembeli agar dapat melakukan transaksi secara online dan dapat melakukan transaksi pembelian dengan mudah dan praktis. Pegipegi adalah sebuah layanan situs pemesanan secara online untuk hotel, tiket pesawat, tiket kereta api dan bus. Pada penelitian ini penulis membuat tabel review pengguna yang didapatkan dari playstore aplikasi Pegipegi dengan tujuan agar penulis bisa melihat tanggapan konsumen tentang pengalamannya dalam menggunakan aplikasi Pegipegi dan ulasannya memiliki respon yang positif terhadap aplikasi Pegipegi. Sehingga melalui ulasan tersebut, Penulis ingin melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pengguna Pegipegi, maka model UTAUT2 digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna Pegipegi dan jumlah responden sebanyak 312 responden, dengan 58 responden yang tidak menggunakan aplikasi Pegipegi, 25 responden yang memberikan jawaban yang bertentangan dengan pertanyaan validasi dan juga jawaban yang sama di seluruh pertanyaan sehingga data yang dapat diolah dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 229 responden. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian uji parsial menyatakan bahwa performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, dan price value tidak berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention. Sedangkan hedonic motivation dan habit berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention. facilitating condition tidak berpengaruh terhadap use behavior, sedangkan habit dan behavioral intention berpengaruh terhadap use behavior. Hasil dari penelitian uji simultan menyatakan bahwa variabel independen performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, hedonic motivation, habit dan price value secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention. Dan facilitating condition, habit dan behavioral intention secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap use behavior. Hasil persamaan regresi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Y1 = –0,003X1 + 0,080X2 – 0,042X3 + 0,063X4 + 0,213X5 + 0,086X6 + 0,518X7 + 0,673 Y2 = 0,064X4 + 0,380X7 + 0,364Y1­ + 0,709
