Abstract

Social media has an important role for various types of information reported. Millennials are increasingly using social media today. One form of news on social media besides pictures is video. Video, which is a multimedia branch, is the main dish. In the context of entertainment, the ability to produce good videos is very necessary. So that it gave birth to a new profession among the millennials to generation Z, namely content creators. In this profession, the main ability that must be possessed is video editing skills. Without video editing, the video that is made looks stiff and unattractive. Moreover, videos that will be posted on social media must attract viewers' interest. To support video editing skills, community service is held on the basics of video editing for content creation on mobile-based social media. This service in the form of a workshop aims to provide basic skills for participants to do video editing using a mobile platform in West Kalimantan in particular. The evaluation of this activity received a good response with a score of 62.8% for the clarity of the material, 54.3% for the suitability of the material and 58.1% for the quality of material delivery. So that the average satisfaction of activity results is 57.1%.

Abstract

Background: Pregnancy is a decisive period for the quality of growth and development of children who are born, during pregnancy greatly determines the condition of the fetus in the womb. Nutritional needs during pregnancy have an important role in the condition of the mother and fetus. Pregnant women who have poor nutrition will experience Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) and cause risks and complications of pregnancy. The risk of pregnancy that occurs in pregnant women with KEK can cause fatal health problems such as congenital defects and will trigger preterm birth and IUGR. The purpose of this service is to increase knowledge about pregnant women's nutrition. The method uses discussion and demonstration. The participants of this activity were pregnant women in Tengguli Village, Sajat District, Sambas Regency. The results showed that there was an improving knowledge for pregnant women and could make menus related to balanced nutrition during pregnancy.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is a direct infectious disease caused by Tuberculosis bacteria (Microbacterium Tuberculosis). The response to the Covid-19 pandemic requires adjustments to other health program services, including TB services that are run at health care facilities. Indonesia is the country with the most Covid-19 cases in Southeast Asia. Where people with Covid-19 and TB can show the same symptoms as cough, fever, and difficulty breathing. Both of these diseases attack mainly the lungs and both biological agents are transmitted through close contact or physical contact. Objective: to determine the relationship between science and tuberculosis prevention during the Covid-19 pandemic in the community. Methods: questionnaires on data collection techniques in quantitative research as community service and the role of health webinar participants in science and prevention of tuberculosis during the Covid-19 pandemic in the community. The media used is the website of the Pontianak Aisyiyah Polytechnic campus (Polita). This community service was carried out on February 4, 2021. Results: The number of participants who registered for the webinar was 1,498 people, where participants in the science category were in the very good category on tuberculosis and prevention 98.7% - 79.6%, good category on transmission with family and environment 65.2%-59.2%, and the lowest method of TB examination is 40.9%. Conclusion: This study involved webinar participants in knowledge and prevention of TB, the highest was 98.7% and the lowest was the method of TB examination, 40.9%, which was carried out in the laboratory. This National Health Webinar is a solution in handling knowledge and preventing Tuberculosis during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesian society.

Abstract

Background: Pregnancy for a woman is both happy and anxious. Feelings of fear and anxiety about bad things that can happen to him, especially during childbirth. Coping with childbirth is one of the factors that can cause anxiety. The health of pregnant women in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic must be a priority scale for the medical world today. (Mustika, 2020). During the time of the corona or Covid-19 pandemic, which is increasingly spreading in Indonesia, pregnant women should postpone consultations at health facilities, both clinics and hospitals. Preventing Covid-19 is certainly a shared responsibility, especially for pregnant women who are vulnerable and often worry about the condition of the fetus. Methods: To achieve the goals that have been previously formulated, this community service implementation is carried out in several steps involving field research methods. Abstract

A community service program is a process of implementing the knowledge that has been learned in higher education to give many benefits to the community. One of the activities is in the form of social assistance. This activity aims to grow our awareness and social responsibility to give benefits to the community, especially in the orphanage environment. This community service program was held at Ar-Ridho Orphanage, Siantan. Some activities in the program are giving charity, motivation, and providing educational games for orphanage children. The community service program at Ar-Ridho Orphanage has finished smoothly, which is occurred by the active participation from all parties involved, Politeknik 'Aisyiyah Pontianak and the orphanage. This activity can strengthen the sense of brotherhood between educational institutions and social institutions.

Abstract

Background The success of maternal health programs can be assessed through the main indicators of the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR). The number of maternal deaths collected from the recording of family health programs at the Ministry of Health in 2020 was 4,627, an increase compared to 2019 of 4,221 deaths. Efforts to accelerate the decline in MMR can be done by ensuring that every mother is able to access quality health services. Pregnant Women Class is one way to reduce MMR. The Purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge of pregnant women about pregnancy. The method used is counseling, discussion, and demonstration. To determine the increase in knowledge, pretest and posttest were carried out. Results Of the 12 pregnant women before the activity was carried out 25% had good knowledge. After carrying out the activities of pregnant women with good knowledge category as much as 83%. Conclusion There was an increase in knowledge of pregnant women about pregnancy after the class of pregnant women was carried out.
