Abstract

Effective internal communication is one of the key factors in building a solid work team in Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). This study aims to explore the role of internal communication in shaping team cohesion in BUMDes, as well as its impact on organizational performance. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was obtained through in-depth interviews and participatory observations with BUMDes managers and staff in several villages. The results show that open and transparent communication between managers and team members is highly influential in improving coordination, resolving problems, and strengthening collective work spirit. In addition, a clear understanding of the objectives and roles of each member also supports the creation of a harmonious working environment. This research contributes to the development of more effective communication strategies in the context of village-based organizations, and offers practical recommendations for BUMDes managers to improve the quality of internal communication in an effort to strengthen village economic institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the meaning of employees' experiences of organizational culture and how it affects job loyalty in the creative industry. Using a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods, this study delves into the perceptions and subjective experiences of employees from three creative companies in Jakarta and Bandung. The results show that an organizational culture that is inclusive, open to innovation, and appreciates individual contributions significantly increases employee loyalty. Values such as freedom of expression, team collaboration, and recognition of work become the foundation of a strong organizational culture in the context of the creative industry. The findings enrich the theoretical understanding of the dynamics of the relationship between organizational culture and employee loyalty, and provide practical recommendations for managers in the creative industry sector in building a sustainable work environment.

Abstract

In the era of economic disruption and digitalization, public sector organizations and local communities such as Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are faced with significant challenges in adopting change to remain relevant and competitive. This research aims to examine the implementation of change management in BUMDes that run family-based village businesses, focusing on adaptation strategies, leadership, community participation, and institutional structure. The case study was conducted on one of the BUMDes in Indonesia that has undergone structural and operational transformation after the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results show that the success of change management is strongly influenced by the commitment of the village head, the involvement of family business actors, and community support. This research provides theoretical contributions in strengthening community-based change management models as well as practical benefits in the formulation of BUMDes development policies at the local level.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze poverty in terms of the Covid-19 Pandemic and in general before the Pandemic hit Rungkang Village, and how to overcome poverty occurs through the role of government and the Islamic economy so that it can eliminate poverty. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, and the approach used in this research is ethnographic research. The research location taken was in Rungkang Village, Losari District, Brebes Regency. The implementation time is from November 2021 to May 2022. The data taken is real data obtained from the field. Sources of data in this study were obtained from communities affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in Rungkang Village, Losari District, Brebes Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses interactive Milles and Huberman analysis. The results of the study show that the Covid-19 Pandemic has had an impact on changing the behavior of the people of Rungkang Village where economic activity has driven an increasing poverty rates where unemployment has reduced the economy.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are: to (1) Acknowledege marketing strategy of the Pawon Catering business; (2) Knowing the marketing effectiveness of Pawon Catering business; (3) Knowing the obstacles faced by Pawon Catering in conducting marketing. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method that focuses on the MSME sector with the type of halal food, namely the catering business, with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation techniques to Mrs. Lis as the founder of the business and her employees. Data analysis techniques were carried out in four stages, namely: analysis, reduction, display, and concluding. The results of this study indicate that the Pawon Catering business is running effectively, this is focused on the marketing strategy carried out where the marketing strategy has developed and increased because it utilizes technological aspects and the use of social media to attract the interest of potential consumers so that people become interested in using these products. Therefore, in terms of business, Pawon Catering is an effective business and has benefits for the surrounding community. This research is expected to be useful for the community and business actors in adding insight into the economy.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the principles of transparency, accountability, and PSAK 109 are applied in financial reporting. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The research time is November 2021 to January 2022 at the Cirebon City National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). The data collection technique was carried out by interviewing two informants, namely the deputy chairman and the secretary. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Miles and Huberman models, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verification. The results of the study show that transparency principles such as open accountability, accessibility, and publication of financial reports have been implemented. Then the principle of accountability has been applied, namely BAZNAS Cirebon City has met standard implementation procedures, there are sanctions set for errors or omissions in implementing activities and there are measurable outputs and outcomes. BAZNAS Cirebon City has also implemented PSAK 109 since 2017, but the report on assets under management has not been presented. This research can benefit the community around the implementation of PSAK 2017.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of GRDP, PMDN, and FDI on job opportunities in West Java Province, either partially or simultaneously. This study used a quantitative research method which was conducted from January to June 2022. The data used came from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) www.bps.go.id. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Processing flow the collected data is processed with SPSS version 20 and data testing is carried out, namely: Classical Assumption Test, Model Test, and Hypothesis Test. The results showed that GRDP had an effect on employment opportunities as evidenced by t count (17.485) > t-table (4.30265) and Sig count (0.003) < 0.05. PMDN affects the number of workers needed, t-count (133.218) > t-table (4.30265), and Sig count (0.000) < 0.05. Likewise, foreign investment has an effect on the required workforce with t-count (22.762) > t-table (4.30265) and Sig count (0.002) < 0.05. Gross Regional Domestic Product, Domestic Investment, and Foreign Investment have a simultaneous effect on employment opportunities, with F count (6247.864) > F table (19.00) and Sig count (0.000) < 0.05. So it can be stated that the GRDP, PMDN, and FDI variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the employment opportunity variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financing at BMT Gunung Jati for the green mussel business in Muara Village, the role of BMT Gunung Jati for the mussel business in Muara Village and what are the opportunities and challenges of Baitul Mal wat Tamwil in developing the green mussel business in Muara Village. The method used is a qualitative method with field research. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used were observation sheets and interview guidelines. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, analysis, and concluding. The results of the study show that the existence of BMT Gunung Jati Cirebon is felt to be very helpful for green mussel business actors in Muara Village in increasing micro-businesses owned by the community because the financing from green mussel business actors BMT Gunung Jati Cirebon in Muara Village has begun to be helped to increase their business so that economic income also increased. Green mussel business actors in Muara Village are no longer afraid of a lack of capital to run their businesses. This research has implications for economic development activities and can be used as a reference.

Abstract

This study researches the effect of financial literacy and financial inclusion simultaneously on the performance of MSMEs that have been relocated to Pananjung Market in Pangandaran Regency.  The type of research used in this research is descriptive and verification. The object studied in this study is the performance of UMKM shophouses in Pananjung Pangandaran Market. Researchers decided to use the number of MSME owners who were in the Pananjung Market Ruko as a sample of 40 people.  Financial literacy was found to have a partial impact on the MSME performance of the MSME owners of Pananjung Market Shophouses based on the partial test (t test) conducted in this study. Secondly, the MSME performance of Pananjung Pangandaran Market Shophouse MSME owners is also partially influenced by financial inclusion. The results of this study's simultaneous test (F test) indicate that financial inclusion and financial literacy have a simultaneous impact on the MSME performance of the MSME owners of Pananjung Market Shophouses.
