KALBISIANA Jurnal Sains, Bisnis dan Teknologi adalah jurnal akses terbuka akademik yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan integrasi sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Fokusnya adalah menerbitkan makalah tentang sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Makalah yang dikirimkan akan ditinjau oleh komite teknis jurnal. Semua artikel yang dikirimkan harus merupakan artikel asli, hasil penelitian yang sebelumnya tidak pernah dipublikasikan, eksperimental atau teoritis, dan akan ditinjau oleh reviewer. Abstract

The purpose of this research to analyze the effect of tax justice, taxation system, discrimination, the possibility of fraud on the perception of taxpayers regarding the ethics of individual taxpayers' tax evasion scattered in the Bekasi Madya Tax Service Office. This study uses a quantitative method. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling using the Slovin formula. Data collection using a questionnaire and processed using SPSS statistics version 25. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that fairness and the possibility of detecting fraud have a negative effect on taxpayers' perceptions of tax evasion ethics, while the taxation system and discrimination have no significant effect on taxpayers' perceptions of tax evasion ethics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of solvency, profitability, and audit quality on going concern opinions. The independent variables in this study are solvency, profitability, and audit quality. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is going concern opinion. This study uses secondary data using data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, testing using .And in this study shows that solvency, profitability and audit quality affect going concern opinion. This test uses convenience sampling, with a total sample of 120 companies. The method used is the Logistics Regression test with the use of Eviews 10. The results in this study indicate that the solvency is not significant with a negative coefficient direction. Profitability is not significant with a negative coefficient direction. Auditor quality is not significant with positive coefficient direction

Abstract

This research is aims to find out how the influence of sales marketing and taglines on consumer purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. By discussing how companies can attract people to use the Tokopedia application as a shopping application. This type of research is a causal conclusive research where this study aims to obtain evidence of a causal relationship between sales promotion variables and taglines on purchasing decisions on sales in the Tokopedia application. This research uses quantitative research. The results of this study indicate that sales promotions have a positive but not significant effect on Tokopedia's consumer purchasing decisions. The results also show that promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The research conducted by the author aims to implement an inventory recording system at PT. Sectbilindo Raya Utama. The research was conducted in order to facilitate PT. Sectbillindo Raya Utama in carrying out work, to minimize errors in data collection. The method used in the research is RAD which can support the ERP system, the RAD method is used because it is suitable for research. This research was conducted with the needs planning stage, at this stage the authors conducted a needs analysis needed to support the inventory process at PT. Sectbillindo Raya Utama, at the design workshop stage the author uses the Unifield Modeling Language (UML) modeling design, and at the implementation stage the author applies an existing system at PT. Sectbillindo Raya Utama, as well as looking for testing after carrying out the implementation stage. The results of this study were carried out by implementing an ERP system using the Odoo14 application with the Inventory module to record stock of goods.

Abstract

This study aims to build software that can perform text extraction on an image containing text. This research uses a software development method called incremental. The application is built using the Python programming language and the use of Tesseract as a model. The output of this application is in the form of text that is put into the clipboard so that the user can paste the output into the preferred place. This research produces an application that can perform text extraction on an image containing text. This application was tested using black box testing, from several tests on the available features, all test results were successful because the features tested could function and be used.

Abstract

The purpose of using a brand ambassador is to introduce a new business that is expected to attract the attention of consumers. This study aims to determine and measure the influence of brand ambassadors on buying interest. The theory used in this study is the stimulus response theory. While the method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 400 respondents from followers of the Instagram account @clarissaputri_. The data analysis technique used is correlation coefficient test, simple linear regression test, determinant coefficient test and T test and this research was conducted with the positivism paradigm, quantitative approach and explanative survey. In carrying out this testing process, the data is processed using the SPSS version 26 for mac program. In the Pearson correlation, a value of 0.805 was obtained. Based on data collection, it can be stated that the two variables are very strong because they have a determinant coefficient of 64.7%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) mechanism on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD) in Indonesia. The Dependent Variable in this study is Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, which has scored by how much aspect that reported in CSR disclosure. There are 6 aspects that should be reported. This study categorized as associativeresearch using causal approach. Finance company that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2018 - 2021 are used as population in this study that downloaded on www.idx.co.id. This study use purposive sampling method for sample gathering with 68 companies. Multiple Regression Analysis is used for analysis method using SPSS version 26 program. The result of this study showing comitee size influencing the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure on finance companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2018- 2021

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to 1) find out and test the effect of work discipline on the performance of Melania Foundation employees 2) find out and test the influence of organizational behavior on Melania Foundation employee performance 3) find out and test the effect of self efficacy on Melania Foundation employee performance 4) find out and test the effect of work discipline, organizational behavior and self-efficacy on the performance of Melania Foundation employees. This research is a quantitative research. The research population is Melania Foundation employees. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The number of samples is 76 respondents. Data collection techniques are interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the multiple regression equation was Y = 1.077 + 0.229 DK + 0.236PO + 0.391SE. The regression coefficient is positive, meaning that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational behavior has a significant effect on employee performance and self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee performance. This means that if work discipline, organizational behavior and self-efficacy increase, it is followed by an increase in employee performance. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by a probability value of 2.528> 1.96 (t table), (2) organizational behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by a probability value of 3.025 > 1.96 (t table) (3) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by a probability value of 3.122 > 1.96 (t table) and Adjusted value R square of 0.833. This shows that 83.3% of employee performance is influenced by work discipline, organizational behavior, and self-efficacy, while the rest is influenced by other factors not explained in the study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance solvency and profitability on stock prices of the food and beverage sub-sector. The independent variables studied were good corporate governance, solvency and profitability as proxied by managerial ownership. institutional ownership. DER and ROA. The population is the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2021 period. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain i19 companies that meet the criteria as a sample. data analysis was performed using panel data regression analysis method. The research shows that Managerial Ownership. Institutional Ownership and ROA have an effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, iDER has no effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Export and import activities are very influential to the economic development of Indonesia, especially in this pandemic situation. The growth rate had significantly dropped over the past 2 years. The situation in the recent year had changed with the rapid growth rate of export and import per March 2022. One of the many companies that are affected by the pandemic situation is PT XYZ. This company focuses on exporting and importing goods. The main purpose of this research is to acknowledge how rewards, experiences, motivation, and work discipline towards employees can have an impact on the overall performance of a company. This research utilizing 4 independent variables and 1 dependent variable using quantitative research with the method of distributing questionnaires to 103 employees with non-probability technique saturated sampling. The result shows that the variables of motivation and work discipline have a significant impact on the employee’s working performance in PT XYZ. However, the other variables such as reward and work experience do not have an impact on the employee’s working performance.
