Abstract

The research aims to test the impact of the size kap and audit fee on auditors switching with the rate of growth of client companies as moderation variables. The population in this study is the entire infrastructure, utility and transport companies registered at the Indonesia stock exchange in 2015-2019. The number of samples used in this study is 25 companies with sample samples sampling techniques and the number of research data observations obtained at 125. Data analysis methods are done with regression and moderated regression analysis (mra). Research has concluded that the size of the bonnet effect positive on the auditors switching and the audit fee reflects negative on the auditors switching. The rate of growth for corporate clients was unable to modernize the oversize of the hoods and the audit switching auditors.

Abstract

Pustaka Lebah is one of the children's book publishers who already have a good reputation since 2002. In 2014 Pustaka Lebah experienced obstacles in selling products produced, due to competition with several other children's magazine publishers, one of which was children's magazine BOBO. Besides this there are several other factors that hinder the sale of products in the Pustaka Lebah, namely the lack of quality human resources and the content that is created does not match the target audience on the Pustaka Lebah social media on Instagram. The purpose of this research is to find out how to increase brand awareness of Pustaka Lebah through Instagram in increasing sales with the method used is descriptive qualitative. The final result of this study is so that readers can find out how to increasing brand awareness of Pustaka Lebah through Instagram in increasing sales

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of product influence, product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction of Hop Hop bubble drink in Casablanca City. There are three independent variables in this study, namely product variation, product quality and service quality, and one customer satisfaction variable. Researchers used quantitative methods and the sample used in this study was 130 respondents who had purchased the Hop bubble drink Mal Kota Kasablanka, Jakarta. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling which is part of the non-probability sampling. Data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0, with the results showing that the research variables that affect customer satisfaction of Hop Hop bubble drinks, product quality that affect customer satisfaction of Hop Hop bubble drinks, service quality that affect customer satisfaction of Hop Hop bubble drinks and product variations, quality product quality and service quality have a joint effect on customer satisfaction of Hop Hop bubble drink.

Abstract

Exploitation is a discriminatory attitude. One of the film which is about explotation is Surat Kecil Untuk Tuhan. This study aims to analyze how the reality of exploitation described in Surat Keci Untuk Tuhan. This research is qualitative, using social media construction theory and using the constructivist paradigm. This research uses Charles Sanders Pierce’s semiotic analysis to see the reality of exploitation which consist of stages of signs, objects, and interpretants, then by dividing the signs into qualisign, sinsign and legisign. The results showed that explotation that occurred in this film is pshysical exploitation, social exploitation and sexual exploitation.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the location and the Store Atmosphere of Kafe Bagus on Consumer Repurchase Intention. This study uses a quantitative method with incidental sampling technique but with certain criteria. The sample used was 246 respondents with the criteria of being Kafe Bagus consumers who directly felt the food and atmosphere of Kafe Bagus. As well as data processing using the SPSS program. The results of the hypothesis testing show that the location and store atmosphere partially each have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention of Kafe Bagus consumers. As well as simultaneously, the location and store atmosphere have a significant effect on repurchase intention of Kafe Bagus consumers.

Abstract

Strategy is one of the ways that radio stations use to attract their listeners with the aim of advancing the radio station.The creative strategy used by Totwit program is to provide interesting content with betawi and batak accents as a characteristic of RDI radio.The purpose of this research is to see the creative strategies created by the Totwit program in producing broadcast programs on RDI radio.This research uses the paradigm of Constructivism with a descriptive qualitative research approach.The methods used in this study are observations, in-depth interviews, documentation and case studies.This research uses peter pringle concept which consists of program planning, program production, program execution and program supervision.The results of this study show that Radio RDI in the Totwit program has a strategy to create a program so that many listeners with the characteristics of betawi and batak language and establish good relationships with listeners.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, the effect of promotion on customer satisfaction and the simultaneous influence of service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction of GrabBike service users in the city of Harapan Indah Bekasi. This research method is quantitative and the data collection process is done by giving a questionnaire. The population in this study are people who live in the city of Harapan Indah Bekasi. The sample was determined by purposive sampling technique and the research sample was 135 respondents. The analysis in the study was carried out using multiple regression techniques with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study concluded that service quality variables had an effect on customer satisfaction, promotion variables had an effect on customer satisfaction and simultaneously service quality variables and promotion variables had an effect on customer satisfaction by 62.4 % and the remaining 37.6% is influenced by other variables not found in the study.

Abstract

SDIT Al-Kautsar is having problems related to the implementation of thematic learning, such as difficulty to understand material explained by the teacher. Although they have used learning media as a tool on learning process, the use of the media still considered to be less effective and interactive. Based on these problems, this study aims to design and build an alternative thematic learning media application for grade 5th. The research uses Multimedia Development Life Cycle with six stages in it, namely concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The learning media was built with Adobe Animate CC and Actionscript 3.0. The results of this study is desktop-based thematic learning media for grade 5th at SDIT Al-Kautsar, which obtain 88% in the feasibility test, so the application is very feasible to be implemented.

Abstract

This research was aim to know the influences audit fees, time budgeting, and audit switching of audit quality with company size as a moderation variable. This research uses quantitative methods through secondary data in the form of annual financial reports and participants. The population used in this research is in the infrastructure, utilities and transportation sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling method that produces a sample of 25 companies with observations for 5 years. The results of this research indicate that audit fees, time budgeting, and audit switching partially cannot influence improving the quality of audit results, nor with firm size being able to moderate the effect of audit fees, time budgeting, and audit switching on audit quality. This means because, company size is basically only a condition of company size, which is not possible to be influenced by the professionalism of the auditor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of quality service tax e-invoices and tax socialization on taxpayer compliance will strengthen or weaken the relationship between the influence of e-invoices on ter service quality tax information socialization on taxpayer compliance, This study, uses data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires filled by 150 taxpayers at Central Jakarta KPP as respondents. The random sampling method was used as the sampling method for this study. The data analysis used in this study is validity rest, reliability test classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that e-invoices have an influence on taxpayer compliance, while service quality tar authorities and tax socialization have no effect on taxpayer compliance and taction sanctions as moderating weakens e-invoices against taxpayer compliance whereas, tax sanction a moderating strengthen quite aux vernicus uml or socialization on lir compliance
