Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of audit rotation, audit tenure, and KAP reputation on audit quality. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique and the number of samples in the study was 90 manufacturing companies so that the number of research observations was 270 observations. This study uses logistic regression analysis. The results of the conclusion conclude that audit rotation has a negative and significant effect on audit quality, audit tenure has no significant effect on audit quality and KAP's reputation has no significant effect on audit quality. on audit quality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and audit opinion on audit delay with audit quality as a moderating variable. The sample used in this study is a manufacturing company that is consistently listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2019 period, with a total sample of 63 companies using the purposive sampling method with the data analysis method using the panel data regression method. The results of this study indicate that profitability has no effect on audit delay, liquidity has no effect on audit delay, audit opinion has no effect on audit delay, audit quality is able to moderate profitability on audit delay and quality is not able to moderate liquidity and audit opinion on audit delay.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of interaction design, customer review and promotion on the assessment of online credibility on tokopedia application. This study used validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests both partial and simultaneous with the help of spss version 20 programs. The sample was taken by 185 respondents. The research uses quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique method. Data collection is done by disseminating questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure each statement. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between interaction design, customer review and promotion on online credibility assessment on Tokopedia application.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze whether self-efficacy motivation and risk tolerance affect students' desire to become entrepreneurs. The research population is students of the Faculty of Business from universities in DKI Jakarta and the sample obtained is 125 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is accidental sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The research data were analyzed using Eviews 9. The results showed that self-efficacy and risk tolerance had a positive influence on entrepreneurial motivation for students at the Faculty of Business in Jakarta

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of extrinsic motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. XYZ. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the distributor and importer of chemicals. There are three variables in this study which include extrinsic motivation, work discipline and work performance. This study uses quantitative methods by calculating the results of distributing questionnaires using paper questionnaires as its distribution to 30 respondents who are employees of PT. XYZ. The sampling technique in this study, using a saturated sample which is part of non-probability sampling and the research method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 13 application.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Rifan Financindo Futures. This type of research is associative, namely research that connects two or more variables. In addition, to determine work motivation and work discipline at PT Rifan Financindo Futures. This research is secondary data type. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to marketing managers are assisted by distributing them to employees at PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka. Through the survey results in this questionnaire, you can see work motivation, work discipline and employee performance.

Abstract

This research was aimed to know the effects of accrual reliability, operating cash flow, and managerial ownershi on earnings persistence. Earnings persistence is a revision of accounting profit in the next year which is implied by accounting profit in the current year. In this study, the sample used are the listed companies of Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 with 30 sample companies. This research used panel data regression method with random effectapproach model. The results show that accrual reliability has no effecton earnings persistence. Operating cash flow also has no effect no earnings persistence, whereas, managerial ownership has an effect on earnings persistence. Accrual reliability, operating cash flow, and managerial ownership simultaneously have effects on earnings persistence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation and price discount on customer satisfaction and product innovation and price discount simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. In this study the method used is a quantitative method and the unit of analysis used is linear regression analysis using Nonprobabilty Sampling sampling techniques with a sample size of 175 respondents by distributing questionnaires distributed via Google Form. Hypothesis test results (t test) showed that product innovation and price discounts significantly influence consumer satisfaction, indicated by t arithmetic of 6.864 and 5.247, which is greater than t table 1.973. In addition, the results of this study with the F test, showed that simultaneously product innovation variables and price discounts affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on consumer satisfaction of EATLAH Ho Chick Minh Restaurant. In this study, there are three variables in this study, namely Brand Image, Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Researchers used quantitative methods and the sample used in this study amounted to 145 respondents who were customers of EATLAH Ho Chick Minh Restaurant. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The research data analyzed shows that the Brand Image variable has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, the Product Quality variable has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction and the Brand Image and Product Quality variables together have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial distress, company growth, and company size on ongoing concern audit opinion. Going concern audit opinion is an expression given by the auditor to an entity because the auditor doubted the sustainability of the company's business. In conducting sample selection, researchers used a purposive sampling method that obtained a sample of 36 companies from 180 observations. The data analysis method used in this study is logistic regression using Eviews version 9. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies of consumer goods sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014 - 2018. Partial test results show that financial distress, company growth, and company size effected a going-concern audit opinion.
