Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Capital Intensity, capital structure, working capital turnover on financial performance moderated by independent commissioners. Capital Intensity was measured using the Capital Intensity ratio, capital structure was measured using the Debt To Equity Ratio, working capital turnover was measured using working of capital turnover (WCTO), financial performance was measured using Return On Assets. The population used in this study uses companies listed in the food and beverage sektor that are listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. The technique used in determining the sample is purposive sampling with a total of 105 observations. The analytical method used in this research is Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The hypothesis is accepted if the probability value is 0.05. The results showed that Capital Intensity, capital structure and working capital turnover had no effect on financial performance, independent commissioners did not moderate the effect of Capital Intensity, capital structure and working capital turnover on financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ROA, NPL, Interest Rate on Stock Price. The population in this study are banking companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018-2020. The sample selection method used purposive sampling method and obtained the number of research samples as many as 19 companies with a total of 209 observational data. The data analysis method used in this study was panel regression analysis using Eviews version 9. The results showed that partially ROA affect the Stock Price, NPL do not affect the Stock Price, while Interest Rate affect the Stock Price.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to understand the effect of brand awareness, product quality and price towards the purchase decision of McCafe coffee.This study uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure each statement. Samples were taken as many as 160 respondents using non- probability sampling method with the kriteria that knows then consume McCafe coffee and this research uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis test with the help of SPSS 20 program. The result of this hipotesis test shows that brand awareness has effect to purchase decision, product quality has effect to purchasing decision, price has effect to purchase decision, and also simultaneously brand awareness, product quality and price on purchase decision at McCafe.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Arkstarindo Artha Makmur in Bekasi. This research is a quantitative research. Samples were taken as many as 60 respondents in the location of the West Java branch in the city of Bekasi. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with a quota sampling type, with a total of 60 respondents. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire using a Likert scale via google from. The data in this study uses the SPSS 20 program. From the results of the analysis of the hypothesis that the work environment has no significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, work environment and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of PT Arkstarindo Artha Makmur employees in Bekasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Objectives on Employee Performance at KPP Pratama Jakarta Tebet. There are three variables in this study which include organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods through google form by distributing questionnaires. The results of distributing questionnaires were used as measuring tools in data collection techniques because researchers could not come directly to the research site. The data collection technique is done online. From the results of the questionnaire distribution, the number of employees who filled out the questionnaire was 60 respondents who were employees of KPP Pratama Jakarta Tebet. The sampling technique in this study, the use of quota sampling technique which is from non-probability sampling and data analysis processed using the SPSS 22 application. The results of the study shows that the organizational culture variable has no significant effect on employee performance, the job satisfaction variable has a significant influence on employee performance and the organizational culture variable and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effect of social media influencers and brand awareness on purchasing decisions of Reddog Summarecon Mall Bekasi. This study discusses the dimensions in the research variabels that are examined to determine the effect between variabels and objects. This study used quantitative methods through questionnaire survey distributed to 125 respondents who were processed using spss version 26 with nonprobability sampling method. hypotheses (t-test) results, social media influencer has significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand Awareness has significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the return on assets, debt to assets ratio, and current ratio to financial distress. Financial distress can be done by all companies, both large and small companies. In this study, the method used is quantitative research, with research methods using literature review from scientific journals. This study shows the results that show that the return on assets to financial distress, debt to asset ratio has an effect on financial distress, and the current ratio has no effect on financial distress.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of understanding the code of ethics of the accounting profession, and human intelligence on the ethical behavior of Kalbis Institute students. The population in this study were active students in the Kalbis Institute morning class class 2017 – 2020. The number of samples in this study was 125 students and by proportional random sampling the amount of research data obtained was 95 students. The data analysis method used is simple and multiple linear regression. The test results show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be ascertained that understanding the code of ethics of the accounting profession, and human intelligence affect the ethical behavior of Kalbis Institute students.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of the proportion of independent commissioners from manufacturing companies, audit committees who have more ability in accounting for the management of company financial statements and whether internal audit has a close relationship with accrual-based earnings management as a moderating variable. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies. The number of research samples that have been obtained are 19 companies using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is path analysis using E-views 10. The results of this study indicate that the audit committee has a positive effect on earnings management in the company, the proportion of independent commissioners has no effect on company earnings management and internal audit has a negative effect on accrual basis earnings management as a variable. moderation. So that has a close relationship with the company's earnings management, namely the audit committee in reporting the results of the annual audit report on manufacturing companies

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, and leverage on financial distress. This study uses quantitative data. The population in this study were all transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2016 - 2019. The sample selection method used purposive sampling method and obtained the number of research samples as many as 26 companies with a total of 104 observational data. The data analysis in this study used the Eviews version 10. The results showed that liquidity with the current ratio proxy had an effect on financial distress conditions. Profitability with the return on assets (ROA) proxy has no effect on financial distress and leverage with the debt ratio proxy has no effect on financial distress.
