Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) has become increasingly popular in the art world as a medium for bringing traditional works of art into the digital space. This research aims to analyze the role played by AR technology in the process of transforming works of art from the physical environment into the digital domain. This approach pays attention to the technical aspects, aesthetics and cultural impact of applying AR in digital art exhibitions. This research method involves literature analysis, case studies of various art exhibitions that use AR, and interviews with artists, curators, and exhibition visitors. Qualitative data was analyzed thematically to identify emerging patterns and trends in the use of AR in artistic contexts. The research results show that AR has great potential to enrich the visitor experience in digital art exhibitions by providing interactive and contextual layers that cannot be accessed through conventional mediums. Additionally, AR can also act as a tool to convey additional narratives, broaden the interpretation of works of art, and increase visitor participation in the creative process. The research also identified several technical and conceptual challenges associated with the use of AR in art, including issues of technological sustainability, accessibility, and artwork integrity. Nonetheless, overall, this research highlights the great potential of AR in bringing works of art into digital spaces and provides valuable insights for the future development of digital art exhibitions.

Abstract

The Wayang Sendang Mas Banyumas Museum has 1011 collections that will continue to grow over time. With so many collections, there are obstacles in the inventory process, especially in the collection data reporting section. The current inventory process is still carried out semi-manually, using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, resulting in less time efficiency in the process of making collection data reports. The purpose of this research is to prove that the existence of a Website-Based Collection Inventory Information System at the Wayang Sendang Mas Banyumas Museum can increase efficiency in the process of making museum collection data reports. This system was built with the help of the CodeIgniter Framework, the programming language used is PHP, and the system development method uses the prototype method, which is a technique for collecting specific information about the information needs needed by users quickly. The system that has been built is tested with several tests, including system testing using black-box testing and white-box testing methods; hypothesis testing using paired sample t-test; and testing the benefits using the ISO 25010 test model. The results of the benefits testing obtained a percentage of answers based on the criteria agree and strongly agree by 100% on the Performance Efficiency aspect. Based on the results of the benefits testing, it can be concluded that the system that has been built has succeeded in helping the museum in increasing efficiency in the process of making museum collection data reports.

Abstract

Dort's Café is one of the cafés in Bandar Lampung that prioritizes a concept, taste, and service. The sales system at Dort’s Café still uses a manual system. Currently, Dort's Café does not have an online sales system for orders. Therefore, there is a need for the design of a sales application at Dort’s Café to make it easier for customers to order drinks or food at the café. The development method used in the design of this system is the Extreme Programming (XP) method. The programming language used is PHP, and the database is MYSQL. After undergoing several testing steps using BlackBox testing, it can be concluded that the program created is functioning as expected. Therefore, the research results show that with the presence of this application, Dort’s Café can make it easier for customers to order drinks and food more quickly, easily, and efficiently, as well as make it easier for admins and managers to track sales transactions, stock, and the results of sales report summaries at Dort’s Café.

Abstract

This research develops an expert system for troubleshooting LAN networks using the forward chaining method at SMK PGRI Lumajang. With numerous devices connected simultaneously, including computers, tablets, and smart devices, the network may become congested, leading to slow data transfer and connectivity issues. This is especially problematic during peak hours when students and staff access online resources concurrently. The forward chaining method is an artificial intelligence approach in which the system uses given facts to reach a solution. Expert systems have become an important instrument in solving technical problems in various fields, including computer networks. This research discusses the development of an expert system for troubleshooting web-based LAN networks using the forward chaining method. The forward chaining method is an approach used in artificial intelligence where the system uses given facts to reach a conclusion or solution. Expert systems are developed by using web-based technology, allowing easy and fast access for users in various locations. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to increasing efficiency and effectiveness in handling LAN network troubleshooting problems at SMK PGRI Lumajang. Apart from that, it is also hoped that the application of the expert system can become a reference and guide for network technicians in solving complex problems

Abstract

Denial of service (DoS) is an attack on a computer or server on an internet network that consumes computer resources until it can no longer perform its duties properly. The research objective is to develop a DoS attack detection and mitigation system based on the decision tree algorithm on server log analysis. The security method uses the decision tree algorithm because it has classification capabilities and produces simple classification tree decision rules. The system will monitor the spike of an IP in the server log to detect attacks and provide handling with IP Blocking techniques that are able to block the attacker's IP request for a certain duration. Python is used to study the data by generating a rule-based classifier then applied to the system using the PHP programming language and a separate PowerShell implementation so that it can run the system automatically. The database used is MySQL which consists of 2 tables, namely the request log table to store logs of requests that enter the server and ips throttle to store IPs that indicate attacks. The simulation results are the TPR accuracy value of 99.49% while the FPR error value is 0.14%, besides that the system successfully blocked 657 attacks but there were 135 incoming attacks and 17 normal requests were blocked. As a result, the system can predict attacks accurately and block the majority of incoming attacks although it still needs to be further optimised.

Abstract

This research develops an image-based tomato ripeness classification system using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The dataset consists of 3600 tomato images classified into three classes, namely unripe, half-ripe, and ripe. These images were obtained from publicly available datasets, specifically 2,550 images from Kaggle and 1,050 images from GitHub. Before testing, a pre-processing stage is carried out which includes resizing to reduce the size of the image, cropping to focus on the main object, namely tomatoes, and augmentation to increase the generalization ability of the model. The CNN model is built with an architecture that is capable of extracting visual features automatically through the learning process. The training results for 10 epochs show that the validation accuracy reaches 99.39%, with a loss of 4.16%, indicating that the model is able to learn well without significant overfitting. These results show that CNNs perform well in accurately identifying tomato maturity, while emphasizing the possibility of further improving the model through transfer learning and optimization to handle more complex data
