Abstract

In the development of Focus Group Discusion (FGD) ecotourism P. Pramuka, at Kepulauan Seribu District shows the difference of public expectation, the facilities provided by the Government and the desire of tourists as measured on the basis of benefts and interests of all stakeholders. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) attempts to capture the various proposals of the participants in the discussion, but often to analyze the root of the problem and the solution does not include the identifcation of needs in analyzing. As a result the discussion becomes unfocused and becomes diffcult to fnd the root of the problem, and ultimately there is no fundamental solution. To trace the problem and able to give a realistic suggestion can be used as a solution to do the method of Problem Root Analysis and Solution (MAAMS) which presents a way of thinking with supported flow charts to get the best solution. The application of the MAAMS, guides researchers in inductive or deductive, qualitative and quantitative thinking, in greater depth and comprehensiveness, facilitating multi-disciplinary cooperation. The fnal result of this research is able to give consensus solution to synergize each other to catch the opportunity by welcoming the coming of ekowisatawan which keep increasing and fnally able to improve prosperity of society around P Pramuka, Kepulauan Seribu District

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of obedience pressure factors, budget participation and perceptions of responsibility have an influence on the creation of budgetary slack. Based on the results of this study can give thought and consideration in determining the policy of obedience pressure, budget participation and perceptive responsibility factors so as to minimize the occurrence of budget slack. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple regression analysis tools with t test and F test. Population in this research is all employees of Organization of Regional Device (OPD) Surakarta. Sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling based on the criteria that have been described above, then obtained 25 OPD as a sample with the number of 52 employees. Based on the results of the research note that the pressure of obedience has a signifcant negative effect on budgetary slack on the Organization of the Regional Area of Surakarta City, so H1 accepted. Budget participation has a signifcant positive effect on the budgetary slack on the Organization of the Regional Area of Surakarta City so that H2 is accepted. Responsibility of perception has a signifcant positive effect on the budgetary slack on the Organization of Local Area of Surakarta City so that H3 is accepted

Abstract

In this study the author has the purpose to know the influence of NIM, BOPO, LDR, NPL, and the CAR partially or simultaneously against ROA at national commercial banks in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2015. Research method using case studies, the data source used for data collectionfrom Bank Indonesia website i.e. www.bi.go.id. The population in this research is national commercial banks in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2015 period, sampling techniques using a purposive sampling, namely an amount of 17 bank companies, methods of data collection used documentation. Technique of data analysis used a classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and coeffcient of determination. Based on the research results obtained conclusions as follows: 1) partially known that Net Interest Margin (NIM) positive and signifcant effect against ROA. 2) partially known that operating expenses/operating income (BOPO) a negative and signifcant effect against ROA. 3) partially known that the Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) has no effect against ROA. 4) partially known that Non Performing Loan (NPL) a negative and signifcant effect against ROA. 5) partially able to note that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) have no effect against ROA. 6) simultaneously there is influence signifcant Net Interest Margin (NIM), operatingexpenses/operating income (BOPO), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), and the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) against ROA.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of work-family conflict on turnover intentions with professional commitment as an intervening variable. Work-family conflict has two dimensions, i.e. work interfering with family (WIF) and family interfering with work (FIW). Turnover intentions may arise because of professional ommitment and work-family conflict. This study used a questionnaire survey for data collection. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Data were collected by a mail-survey on 82 auditors in Indonesian audit frms. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) program.The results of this study found that there was no signifcant relationship between work interfering with family (WIF) and turnover intentions auditor,and there is no signifcant relationship between family interfering with work (FIW) and turnover intentions auditor, there is signifkcant relationship between the work interfering with family (WIF) and professional commitment, there is signifkcant relationship between the family interfering with work (FIW) and professional commitment. There is signifcant relationship professional commitment and turnover intentions auditors.

Abstract

Dalam era persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat, kinerja yang dimiliki karyawan dituntut untuk terus meningkat. Salah satu langkah untuk mempertahankan atau meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan dan melakukan serangkaian perbaikan agar selalu meningkatkankualitas karyawan tersebut sehingga perusahaan tumbuh dan unggul dalam persaingan, atau minimal tetap dapat bertahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel (sampling) purposive sampling dengan kuesioner yang disebar sebanyak 100 mengunakan variabel motivasi kerja sebesar 72,9% atas jawaban setuju pada pertanyaan kelima yaitu setiap saya mendapat kesulitan, rekan kerja mau memberikan bantuan kepada saya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kerja sama antar karyawan di lingkungan yayasan pendidikan perguruan tinggi Sahid Surakarta sangat baik. lingkungan kerja hasil terbanyak sebesar 72,9% atas jawaban setuju dengan pertanyaan hubungan saya dengan karyawan lain harmonis.

Abstract

Considering the development of hospital nowdays that is not only in social aspects but also in economi social ones make hospital to do marketing activities one of them is the marketing of hospital service which the activity is for costumer who want to use the hospital service, one of the service is the in patient service. The research aims at knowing the relation between mix marketing component and consumer’s incame rate to the consumer’s decision to choose the hospital in patient service in RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. Teknique of sample collecting is using the purposive sampling and the research sample is 145 respondences from RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro. The data of analysis method uses the double regression analysis. Based on the data analysis result, can be concluded as follows: 1) the result of t test shows that product, price, process and the interaction between product and the income rate shows a signifcant result. The double regression analysis gets the model Y = 0,069 + 0,173X1 + 0,232X3 + 0,224X6 + 0,093X1M + e. 2) The result of f test which 7,790 > 1,75 shows that there is a signifcant influence between mix marketing variable and the income rate in together to the consumer’s decision. 3) The result of determination coefsisiency (R2) is 41,4%. It is influenced by the changes of component product, place, price, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, interaction between product and income rate, interaction between place an income rate, interaction between price and income rate, interaction between promotion an income rate, interaction between people and income rate, interaction between process and income rate, interaction between physical evidence and income rate. The rest of 58,6% is described by another component which was not observed in this research.

Abstract

Semak Daun island is one of the island’s wealth owned by Indonesia, but still hasn’t maximized its potential. Through this research, the author would like to developed the island producers cultivating seaweed Cottonii Euchema type. This research aims to know the feasibility of cultivating seaweed Cottonii Euchema types in Semak Daun Island Provincial Jakarta reviewed aspects of the market, technical aspects and fnancial aspects. Based on aspects of the target market, the production of seaweed Indonesia in the year 2017 is enhanced by the Government be 13.4 million tons from 11 million tons in the year 2016. So this is a chance for the Government of Jakarta to be able to develop the cultivation of seaweed in particular types of Eucheuma cottonii. The proper method for aquaculture Eucheuma Cottonii seaweed with the condition of the waters on the islands of Shrub leaves are Floating Raft Method. Assessment criteria based on the analysis of the fnancial aspects of the investments declared viable, it is obtained through calculation of NPV is Rp. 768,148.62, IRR of 18.76%, as well as the length of time a faster refund from economical is over 2 years 1 month.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of proftability, leverage, company size, ownership structure, frm age and frm size affect the timeliness of fnancial reporting. The study was conducted at the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013, 2014 and 2015. While the sampling technique used purposive sampling method, the method of sampling based on certain criteria with a total sample of 30 companies with a total of 90 observations. Analysis model used in this research is descriptive analysis and logistic regression analysis. The results show that proftability has positive influence on timeliness of fnancial reports on manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Leverage a signifcant negative effect on the timeliness of fnancial reports on manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Managerial Ownership signifcantly and negatively related to timeliness fnancial reports on manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, company size does not signifcantly influence the timeliness of fnancial reports on manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Age companies does not affect the timeliness of fnancial reports on manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Quality of CPA did not positively effect on the timeliness of fnancial reports on manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Songket is a special cloth of Palembang which is much in demand by the people both domestic and foreign. “Songket kito” is one of the businesses that produce a unique songket product Palembang. Songket from Palembang gets the title “Queen of All Fabrics” because it is one type of quality woven fabric because it is woven with gold and silver threads so that the songket cloth is quite expensive selling price. Marketing that only focuses on southern sumatera area gives the impact of songket weaving less developed. Along with the development of information and communication technology can be utilized to design marketing strategy to increase sales of products through cyberspace or often called E-commerce. One of them by designing a website-based marketing strategy. The results of sales and marketing of products through the website has provided many fnancial advantages as well as the high buyers and breadth of product marketing area and can be stated the application of E-commerce is not familiar with space and time, can be done anytime and anywhere

Abstract

The growing use of the internet has created an opportunity for entrepreneurs to attract consumers. The opportunity, utilized by entrepreneurs (MSMEs) to expand the reach of marketing through online advertising. Some discusses on MSMEs try to test the effectiveness of this approach on ice cream products with purple yams raw materials. Some articles describe the literature review of online advertising and how to make it work. In this article done the application of facebook fanpage as an online marketing strategy by optimizing facebook ads feature - fanpage. The end result shows a large increase in the number of consumers and on the application of e-commerce can increase the sales volume of 32% for the city of Surakarta
