This research method uses a descriptive quantitative type, namely research that emphasizes its analysis on numerical data (numbers) which are processed with a statistical model using a simple linear regression equation Y = a + bX. The number of samples in this study was 35 respondents, namely vegetable traders in the weekly market, Pandan Jaya sub-district. The results of this study state that business competition has a significant effect on sales volume at vegetable traders. We can see this from Tcount = 2,350 and Ttable = 1,995 with a significant value of 0.0108 <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that business competition in Pandan Jaya sub-district has a positive and significant effect on sales volume at vegetable traders.

The rise of digital technology has significantly reshaped consumption patterns, particularly through the widespread use of online loan services that allow individuals to meet lifestyle demands beyond basic needs. This study investigates the influence of online loans on consumerist behavior among residents of Dendang Sub-District. Using a quantitative approach with a causality design, data were collected from 91 respondents aged 20–29 through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and simple linear regression. The results showed that online loan applications had a significant effect on consumptive behavior with a contribution of 8.4%, while 91.6% were influenced by other factors. This is evidenced by a t-calculated value of 2.859 which is greater than the t-table of 1.662, and a significance value of 0.005 which is smaller. The results indicate that online loan usage significantly affects consumerist behavior, with a high tendency toward impulsive and non-essential spending. The regression analysis confirms a positive and statistically significant relationship between the independent and dependent variables. This finding highlights the role of fintech platforms in facilitating immediate gratification and fostering financially unsustainable habits among young adults. The study contributes empirical evidence to the discourse on digital consumption and offers valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners seeking to mitigate the adverse effects of online lending on household financial stability.

Using a quantitative approach with a causal research design, primary data were collected through questionnaire distributed to 97 respondents, and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, including multiple linear regression. The results show that both product quality and service quality have a significant and positive effect both partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction. Partial tests (t-tests) of X1 - Y resulted in a significance the calculated t-value of 13.587 far exceeds the table's t-value of 1.661. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The results of X2 - Y is significance the calculated t-value of 9.035, which is greater than the t table of 1.661. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, and H0 is rejected. The influence of product quality (X1), and service (X2), on customer satisfaction (Y) of Pondok Kito & Resto in Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. The test results showed that the F value was calculated as 133.758 with a significance value of 0.000. Since the significance value is much smaller than the specified significance level (α = 0.05), it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. These findings indicate that high-performing and reliable products, as well as responsive and empathetic services, contribute directly to a better customer experience. The contribution of this research lies in offering empirical insights that reinforce the integration of quality management strategies in MSMEs to enhance customer loyalty and long-term competitiveness in the culinary sector.

This study aims to examine the practice of buying and selling imported used clothes at the West Sabak Main Market from the perspective of Islamic law and Regulation of the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 of 2022. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive-normative and empirical methods. Data were collected through interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the practice is still active even though it violates official regulations. In the view of Islamic law, the buying and selling of used clothes is allowed as long as it meets the conditions of the validity of the contract and does not bring harm. However, violations of positive law can be categorized as a prohibited form of ta'addi. Therefore, it is important to have legal education and guidance from religious leaders and authorities so that trade practices remain in accordance with sharia and state regulations.

This study aims to analyze the practice of empowering fishery products of the Lambur Luar Village community in increasing fishermen's income based on an Islamic economic perspective. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was obtained through interviews and direct observation. The results of the study show that fishermen still depend on the sale of raw products to middlemen, with low added value. In the perspective of Islamic economics, empowerment should include aspects of justice, productivity, and distribution of benefits. Therefore, sharia-based strategies are needed such as strengthening cooperatives, access to halal financing, and education in seafood processing. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of integrating Islamic values in the economic empowerment of coastal communities.

Online gambling has become a concrete threat to the economic and social stability of society, particularly in regions with low digital literacy and weak institutional oversight. This study aims to identify the forms of online gambling practices that have emerged in Muara Sabak Timur District, analyze their economic impacts on the individuals involved, and evaluate these practices through the lens of Islamic economic principles. Employing a qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study strategy, data were collected through in-depth interviews with active and former online gamblers, community leaders, and religious figures, and were thematically analyzed using NVivo software. The results reveal that online gambling is conducted through covert digital mechanisms that foster behavioral dependence, leading to financial destruction, family conflict, and psychological disturbances. No systematic intervention from local authorities was identified. An evaluative review based on “maqashid al-shariah” confirms that these practices contradict Islamic principles concerning the protection of wealth, intellect, and lineage. This study contributes to the development of a religious value-based analytical model for assessing digital economic risks and recommends community-based intervention and digital literacy policies as strategic responses to the growing prevalence of online gambling in rural societies.
