Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan adanya kegelisahan penulis mengenai Peran Pasar Tradisional Terhadap Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa Lagan Tengah Kecamatan Geragai, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur, Provinsi Jambi. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu pedagang, dan masyarakat. Penelitan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan cara pengumpulan data 1) observasi, 2) wawancara, 3) dokumentasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah peneliti ingin mengetahui 1) Peran Pasar Sabtu Tradisional Laucing, Lagan Tengah terhadap Peningkatan ekonomi Masyarakat, dan 2) Bagaimana Implementasi Prinsip Syari’ah Dalam Perilaku Ekonomi Pedagang Pasar Sabtu TradisionalLaucing, Lagan Tengah. Hasilnya adalah Secara umum Pasar tradisional Pasar Sabtu Tradisional Laucing, Lagan Tengah berpotensi dalam meningkatkan ekonomi perdagangan, adapun potensi pasar yaitu pertama, harga yang lebih murah. Kedua, produk yang lebih berfariasi. Ketiga, waktu dan lokasi yang strategis.

Abstract

Kebakaran hutan ataupun lahan seolah menjadi rutinitas yang nyaris terjadi setiap tahunya di indonesia. Kebakaran yang terjadi di desa catur rahayu kecamatan dendang contohnya, luas wilayah yang terbakar di desa catur rahayu mencapai 17 hektar mencakup lahan milik masyarakat, PT sawit dan hutan lindung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah dampak kebakaran lahan terhadap perekonomian masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak kebakaran lahan terhadap perekonomian masyarakat di desa catur rahayu pada tahun 2019. Hipotesis yang di terima yaitu: Kebakaran lahan sangat berdampak terhadap perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Catur Rahayu Kecamatan Dendang. Metode dalam penelirian ini adalah deskriftif kuantitatif. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa dampak kebakaran lahan berpengaruh terhadap perekonomian masyarakat. Kesipulan yang dapat di ambil yaitu ada pengaruh dari dampak kebakaran lahan terhadap perekonomian masyarakat dan besarnya pengaruh di ukur dari koefisien determinas sebesar 51,5% sedangkan 48,5% berasal dari variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the practice of buying and selling coconuts is made and reviewing Islamic business ethics in the practice of buying and selling round coconuts in Muara Sabak Ilir Village, Muara Sabak Timur District, East Tanjung Jabung Regency. The type of research that the author conducted was field research, using qualitative research methods and data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Then for data analysis, the author uses data reduction methods, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on cases in the field related to the practice of buying and selling round coconuts, there are two weighing methods that are often carried out, namely per kilo weighing and per seed weighing. In weighing each seed, the size of the coconut will be calculated equally). From the results of this research, it can be seen that from a review of business ethics in the practice of buying and selling round coconuts, it is still not in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics, because there are differences between farmers who have debt and those who have no debt. Where when coconut farmers have debt, they cannot choose which weighing method to use when buying and selling coconuts.

Abstract

The appearance of jellyfish in Air Hitam Laut Village, Sadu District, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, is an opportunity to improve the community's economy, especially jellyfish fishermen. The aim of this research is to find out how the process of buying and selling jellyfish improves the economy of the fishing community in Air Hitam Laut village, Sadu district, East Tanjung Jabung district. This research uses qualitative research methods, the subjects of this research are the fishing community in Air Hitam Laut village, Sadu sub-district, East Tanjung Jabung district. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the sale and purchase of jellyfish has improved the economy of fishermen in the village of Air Hitam Laut, Sadu sub-district, East Tanjung Jabung regency. In the past, fishermen only focused on looking for fish and shrimp and if the net or fish catcher found jellyfish, they only threw them away, which is different from now with the business of buying and selling jellyfish, fishermen can sell jellyfish if the fisherman gets jellyfish while looking for fish.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui latar belakang berdirinya usaha kerupuk udang di Desa Teluk Majelis dan melihat perkembangannya dari tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2017. Selain itu juga akan dilihat kontribusi usaha kerupuk udang di Desa Teluk Majelis. Majelis Desa untuk ekonomi kerakyatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode sejarah yang meliputi tahapan heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Sumber yang digunakan adalah dokumen, arsip, studi literatur dan wawancara. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha kerupuk udang di Desa Teluk Majelis merupakan usaha rumah tangga yang dikelola oleh seorang ibu rumah tangga sebagai usaha mikro. Usaha pembuatan kerupuk udang memiliki peran yang besar dalam perekonomian sehingga pemilik usaha berhasil meningkatkan perekonomian keluarganya dan orang-orang yang terlibat dalam usaha tersebut, baik pemilik usaha, karyawan, distributor maupun pemilik warung dan toko yang menjual kerupuk udang. produk, juga mendapatkan pengaruh positif karena bisnis ini. Selain itu, para pemilik usaha mikro lainnya yang melakukan diversifikasi produk dari kerupuk udang juga mendapatkan dampak positif dari usaha ini.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the preparation of official travel reports at the Public Works and Public Housing Office of East Tanjung Jabung Regency, by providing assistance in the form of training and standard templates. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies, which involves in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation related to the preparation of official travel reports. Employees involved in reporting undergo training on the use of templates and administrative guidelines designed to make it easier to record and fill in data more accurately. The results showed that the assistance program successfully reduced the time to prepare reports from three days to one to two days, as well as improved the accuracy of reports by reducing administrative errors by up to 50%. Employees also showed an increase in confidence and motivation after the training, which had a positive impact on the quality of financial reporting. This study recommends the implementation of continuous training programs in government agencies to increase financial administration capacity, as well as the need for management support in the provision of administrative tools. These findings can serve as a model for capacity building for other government agencies to overcome similar administrative challenges

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the profit-sharing system between rubber farmers and landowners in Parit Culum II Village from an Islamic economic perspective. The profit-sharing system is a common practice among rubber farmers; however, the application of justice principles in accordance with Islamic law is often questioned. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method. Data were collected through direct interviews with farmers, landowners, and local community leaders. The findings indicate that the profit-sharing system applied is mostly in line with Islamic economic principles, such as justice, transparency, and deliberation. However, some practices need improvement, particularly in the aspect of initial agreements, which are often not formalized in writing. This study is expected to serve as a reference for improving a more equitable and Sharia-compliant profit-sharing system, thereby providing optimal benefits for all parties involved.

Abstract

The existence of minimarkets spread across various areas, both urban and rural, has an impact on nearby grocery store traders, causing grocery store traders to experience a decline in income. Because the Indomaret minimarket is a small shop or supermarket that sells most of the daily necessities needed by consumers. Minimarkets are a favorite shopping place for people today who want light shopping but don't need to go far like to the supermarket. This research aims to find out whether there is a significant impact of the existence of minimarkets on grocery store income in Rantau Rasau sub-district. This research method uses a descriptive quantitative type, namely research that emphasizes analysis on numerical data (numbers) which are processed with a statistical model using a simple linear regression equation Y=a+bX. The sample size in this study was 60 respondents, namely grocery store traders around the Rantau Rasau sub-district. The results of this research state that the existence of minimarkets has a significant effect on grocery store income. We can see this: Tcount = 4.198 and Ttable = 1.980 with a significant value of 0.00003 < 0.05, which means it proves that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the existence of minimarkets in Rantau Rasau sub-district has a positive and significant effect on grocery store income.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by the micro-enterprise Bakso Bakar King Alim, located in Muara Sabak Barat Subdistrict, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, Jambi Province, in its efforts to survive and grow amid local market competition. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that the business applies a marketing mix strategy that encompasses product differentiation through grilling techniques and signature seasoning blends, pricing tailored to the local purchasing power, strategic location selection, and promotion that combines digital media such as WhatsApp with word-of-mouth communication. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of digital approaches with the strength of local community networks in expanding market reach and enhancing customer loyalty. The implications of this study may serve as a reference for other micro-enterprises in developing contextual, affordable, and sustainability-oriented marketing strategies, as well as for policymakers in designing MSME empowerment programs based on local potential

Abstract

As time goes by, human integrity is increasing and becoming more varied. One of the needs is electronic goods. However, to get this, of course there is an exchange rate that must be paid to get an item. Price is one of the factors that influences consumer decisions, because price is also sometimes a consideration for many people. It is not uncommon for valuable electronic items to be set at high prices because sometimes they look at the quality and usefulness of the item. This research aims to determine the effect of price on consumer decisions when purchasing electronic goods at the French Jaya Muara Sabak Barat store. This type of research is quantitative, the population is 134 people, the sample was determined using purposive sampling, namely the sample was determined using the Slovin method, the sample size was 100 people. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis using the spps 25 program. The results of this research state that the prices offered by the France Jaya Store have a significant influence on consumer decisions when purchasing electronic goods at the France Jaya Store. The coefficient of determination value which is the result of r square is 0.839. These results show that 83.9% of the influence of the price variable (x) on consumer decisions (y). Meanwhile, the remaining 16.1% of the price value is influenced by other variables that are not yet in this research.
