Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kesadaran dan kepatuhan masyarakat dalam membayar Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) di Indonesia serta mengeksplorasi strategi sosialisasi dan edukasi yang dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang manfaat langsung dari pembayaran PBB, serta ketidakmampuan mengakses informasi yang jelas mengenai prosedur pembayaran, menjadi faktor utama penyebab rendahnya kepatuhan. Sosialisasi yang selama ini dilakukan cenderung bersifat satu arah, dengan menggunakan media cetak seperti spanduk dan brosur yang tidak menarik. Untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat, diperlukan pendekatan yang lebih interaktif dan berbasis digital, seperti penggunaan media sosial, video tutorial, serta aplikasi pembayaran digital. Selain itu, program relawan pajak yang melibatkan mahasiswa dapat memperkuat upaya edukasi dan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi untuk penguatan kampanye edukasi berbasis teknologi, yang harus lebih inklusif dan mudah diakses oleh semua kalangan, serta perlunya penguatan transparansi administrasi perpajakan dan penegakan hukum yang tegas. Diharapkan, strategi ini dapat meningkatkan tingkat kepatuhan masyarakat dalam membayar PBB, yang pada gilirannya akan meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan mendukung pembangunan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstrak Pemerintah pusat melalui Kementerian Sosial dan Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur, Kecamatan Mendahara, telah menetapkan program Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) yang menyediakan kebutuhan pokok bagi masyarakat miskin dan terdampak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penyaluran Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) tepat sasaran dan memberikan dampak atau manfaat bagi penerima Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) dalam peningkatan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan sumber data sekunder, meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menguraikan pelaksanaan program, distribusi, dan sejauh mana masyarakat Kecamatan Mendahara terdampak dan mendapat manfaat dari Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Camat Sadu dan dampaknya terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Menggunakan model SERVQUAL, penelitian ini mengukur lima dimensi utama kualitas pelayanan: tangibles (bukti fisik), reliability (keandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), dan empathy (empati). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, melibatkan 100 responden dari masyarakat yang telah menggunakan layanan di Kantor Camat Sadu. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh masing-masing dimensi terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi reliability (skor rata-rata 4,1) dan assurance (skor rata-rata 3,9) memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Dimensi tangibles mendapatkan skor rata-rata 3,2, menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas fisik dinilai cukup memadai, namun masih perlu perbaikan. Sementara itu, responsiveness dan empathy masing-masing memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,5 dan 3,7, menunjukkan bahwa meskipun cukup baik, peningkatan dalam daya tanggap dan perhatian pegawai masih diperlukan. Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa dimensi reliability dan assurance memiliki koefisien tertinggi, yang berarti bahwa konsistensi layanan dan kompetensi pegawai sangat mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan masyarakat. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya keandalan dan jaminan dalam pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi agar Kantor Camat Sadu meningkatkan fasilitas fisik dan memberikan pelatihan kepada pegawai untuk meningkatkan responsivitas dan empati dalam melayani masyarakat.

Abstract

Grocery businesses represent a popular form of entrepreneurship within communities due to their easy accessibility, stable market demand, and relatively affordable capital requirements. Amidst the intense competition in the retail sector, service quality and the application of business ethics are critical to success. This study aims to evaluate the service quality of April Grocery Store in Kota Baru Village through the lens of Islamic business ethics, encompassing principles such as honesty (ṣidq), trustworthiness (amānah), justice (ʿadl), and excellence (iḥsān). Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the store owner, employees, and customers. The findings indicate that although ethical values have been incorporated into sales interactions and service practices, challenges remain in operational aspects, including the absence of standardized service procedures, infrastructural limitations, and suboptimal adaptation to the needs of modern consumers. The study concludes that integrating Islamic ethical values with professional service management can enhance customer satisfaction and support the sustainability of small-scale enterprises in a competitive market environment.

Abstract

This study explores the profit-sharing practices within the gaduh sapi (shared cattle-rearing) system prevalent in Muara Sabak Barat District, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, Jambi Province, from the perspective of Islamic economics. The gaduh sapi system represents a traditional form of cooperation between a capital provider (the cattle owner) and a manager (the caretaker), established orally and grounded in social trust. This research adopts a qualitative approach using a case study method to investigate the mechanisms of profit-sharing, patterns of responsibility, and the challenges inherent in the practice. The findings reveal that, while the system embodies values such as honesty and mutual cooperation, imbalances persist in terms of risk distribution, maintenance cost burdens, and weak communication between parties. The absence of written contracts and clearly defined roles poses risks of conflict and potential injustice. From an Islamic economic perspective, the practice contains elements of gharar (uncertainty) and does not fully comply with the principles of mudharabah or musyarakah, which emphasize justice, transparency, and mutual consent. Therefore, a more structured cooperation framework is needed to transform the gaduh sapi system into a just, beneficial, and sharia-compliant economic model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of skills on the wage level of construction workers in Rano Village. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 75 construction workers. The sample determination was carried out using the Purposive Sampling technique, while the number of samples was calculated using the Slovin formula, so that 63 respondents were obtained. Data collection was analyzed through a simple linear regression technique using SPSS version 25 software to ensure the validity of the results. The results of the study indicate that skills have a significant effect on the wage level of construction workers. This is indicated by the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.595 or 59.5%, which indicates that skills explain 59.5% of the variation in wage levels. The remaining 40.5% is explained by other factors outside the scope of this study, such as work experience, education level, and labor market conditions. This study provides important insights into the importance of improving skills as an effort to improve the welfare of construction workers. These findings are expected to be a reference for policy makers and related parties in designing more effective training and skills development programs in the region.

Abstract

The research questions are: first, what is the marketing strategy for Asyifah's bitter melon chips? Second, what is the level of consumer purchasing decisions based on the marketing strategy for Asyifah's bitter melon chips? This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research was conducted at Asyifah's bitter melon chips in Pandan Makmur Village. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation methods related to the title. The data analysis techniques used were qualitative and descriptive analysis. Based on the discussion and analysis, the following conclusions were drawn: first, what is the marketing strategy for Asyifah's bitter melon chips? It focuses on the product itself, where the bitter melon chips offered by Asyifah are in high demand. Second, what is the level of consumer purchasing decisions based on the marketing strategy for Asyifah's bitter melon chips? Based on the marketing mix analysis, it can be said that there has been a significant increase in new customers, while the loyalty of existing customers remains stable.

Abstract

One of the places where business activities take place is the market. The market is a place where buyers and sellers gather and interact through various products or certain types of products. Competition provides benefits for entrepreneurs and consumers. Because with competition, entrepreneurs will try to continue to improve the quality of the products or services they offer. This encourages them to continue to innovate and strive to provide the best products or services to consumers. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant impact of the influence of business competition on sales volume at vegetable traders in the weekly market, Pandan Jaya sub-district. This research method uses a descriptive quantitative type, namely research that emphasizes its analysis on numerical data (numbers) which are processed with a statistical model using a simple linear regression equation Y = a + bX. The number of samples in this study was 35 respondents, namely vegetable traders in the weekly market, Pandan Jaya sub-district. The results of this study state that business competition has a significant effect on sales volume at vegetable traders. We can see this from Tcount = 2,350 and Ttable = 1,995 with a significant value of 0.0108 <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that business competition in Pandan Jaya sub-district has a positive and significant effect on sales volume at vegetable traders.
