Abstract

In analyzing employee satisfaction with the website, the main problem is whether the quality of service provided by the building construction company's helpdesk website is adequate. This information involves asking about the extent to which the website can meet the needs and expectations of employees in obtaining the necessary help and information. Helpdesk is a service unit tasked with helping organizations solve problems related to information and communication technology (ICT). This research aims to determine how satisfied employees are with the helpdesk services available at Building Construction Companies and whether these services meet employee expectations. This research uses quantitative research methods, and data collection techniques are carried out using questionnaire surveys. The results obtained show that H1 means that there is a significant influence on user quality, such as in the dimensions of reliability (0.39), Responsiveness (0.42), and Assurance (0.28) on user satisfaction with the helpdesk service system. Meanwhile, the Empathy dimension (0.05) gets a small positive gap value, almost meeting expectations. For the Tangibles dimension (0.59), there is no significant influence on user quality, so these results are quite satisfactory for employee desires and the need to improve service quality on user satisfaction in the helpdesk service system. Factors that influence the effectiveness of a helpdesk system include technical aspects, time management, effective response, and system use. Tangible aspects, such as physical and visual attributes, negatively impact helpdesk effectiveness. Companies must ensure that the helpdesk provides timely and effective responses to meet employee needs. Companies must also ensure that the helpdesk is user-friendly and intuitive so that employees can easily understand and use the helpdesk.

Abstract

Government agencies have widely used advances in information technology in the modern era to improve public services. Websites have become one of the popular media for accessing information. Jati Cempaka Village, Bekasi City, is one of the institutions that has implemented websites to provide, convey, and publish public information in the context of good governance. This research aims to understand, analyze, and improve the quality of local government website services to support transparency, community participation, and more efficient and effective services. Provide recommendations for appropriate improvements or enhancements to improve the service quality of the Jati Cempaka Village website so that it can provide better benefits to the community and users. The research method used is the PIECES method, which can be used to review and evaluate information systems in an organization, company, or institution. This method analyzes several aspects: performance, information, economy, security, efficiency, and service. In addition, the PIECES method helps analyze the quality of website services with a structured approach and can provide concrete guidance for necessary improvements. User satisfaction based on the analysis of website quality using the PIECES method, it can be concluded that the quality of website-based information services provided by Jati Cempaka Village, Bekasi City, as a community media is considered good. The results of this research can also guide the authorities in Jati Cempaka Village to improve the quality of their website services to provide better benefits to the community and users.

Abstract

Air pollution is a serious issue that impacts air quality and human health. In this study, the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm is applied using Rapidminer software to predict air pollution levels. The research aims to predict air pollution levels based on various air quality parameters such as particulates, PM10, PM2.5, CO, NO2, SO2, and O3. By implementing the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm in Rapidminer, the predicted values for air pollution data resulted in an accuracy of 93.94%. This study concludes that employing the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm using Rapidminer software can be an effective method for predicting air pollution levels. With a strong accuracy rate of 93.94%, this can have a positive impact on both human health and the environment. The predictive model developed can aid decision-making and enhance awareness among the public regarding the importance of maintaining air quality management.

Abstract

Online marketplaces have become one of the main platforms in modern commerce, facilitating accessibility and convenience for consumers to purchase goods online. In this context, this study aims to design a website-based application for selling herbs and spices using the prototype method. This method was chosen because it allows developers to iteratively develop the features of the application based on feedback from users. This research describes the process of designing a website-based application with a focus on optimal user experience. Through the stages of needs analysis, conceptual design, and prototype implementation, this application was developed to meet the needs of users in shopping for herbs and spices online. Users will have easy accessibility through an intuitive and responsive interface, as well as features such as product search, shopping cart, and secure payment processing. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the development of e-commerce, especially in the sales sector of herbs and spices. By utilizing the prototype method, developers can identify user needs more effectively and produce applications that are more in line with market expectations. In addition, this research can also be a foundation for advanced research in the development of more complex and integrated e-commerce applications.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate and describe the impact of implementing the Inventory Information System (SIPB) in optimizing inventory management, focusing on efforts to improve the company's business sustainability. The specific research objectives include analyzing operational efficiency, evaluating the impact on customer service, assessing business sustainability, identifying challenges and obstacles, and providing a conceptual framework for sustainability. Lalumiere Aesthetics Clinic is a clinic that operates in the field of beauty. One of the activities is inputting incoming and outgoing goods. At the clinic, there is often a shortage of medicine stock in the warehouse, which overwhelms the staff, and there is often an unbalanced amount of stock and the number of goods out, causing many losses to the clinic. So a system is needed that can overcome this problem. After reviewing it again, inventory management at the Lalumiere clinic is still done manually. That is, incoming and outgoing goods are written in a notebook. Hence, errors often occur, such as the number of goods needing to be balanced, causing the company to experience losses. The research method used is a literature study to understand the basic concepts of inventory information systems and the use of Laravel as a website application development framework. Prototype Development to design and develop a prototype inventory information system using Laravel as the main framework. The research results show that implementing an inventory information system using Laravel has increased the company's operational efficiency. Recording, monitoring, and managing inventory becomes more structured and automated, reducing the time required for routine tasks.

Abstract

This study applies data mining methods to predict stock price movements in MNC Bank companies using the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm. Accurate prediction of stock prices is crucial for investment decisions and risk management in the financial sector. The K-NN algorithm was selected due to its effectiveness in classifying data based on proximity to training data. The study begins with collecting and cleaning historical stock price data from PT MNC Bank, removing irrelevant or incomplete entries. Significant features are then extracted from this dataset. The data is split into training and test sets. The K-NN model is trained using the training set to predict stock prices on the test set. Model accuracy is assessed by comparing predictions with actual stock prices, with success measured by the percentage of correct predictions. Results indicate that the K-NN model achieved an accuracy of 83.84% on the PT MNC Bank dataset, demonstrating strong predictive capabilities. However, it is noted that accuracy can be influenced by factors such as the volume of training data, the selected features, and K-NN parameter settings. These findings can serve as a valuable reference for investors and market participants, aiding in more informed investment decisions based on improved stock price predictions.

Abstract

This research aims to identify business needs related to inventory management of goods at Ellisya stores. Developing a goods inventory information system starting from designing, developing and implementing an information system using information technology principles in managing goods inventory. Increase the accuracy of inventory predictions by assessing information systems' ability to predict inventory needs accurately. Assessing data security and protection by ensuring that the information system complies with data security standards. It provides adequate protection against potential threats to the security of inventory data. Provide recommendations for developing a website-based goods inventory information system. The research method used in this research is the Waterfall development method. This method was chosen because of its clarity and structured stages, which greatly support technology integration to increase inventory management efficiency and accuracy. The research results show that applying technological knowledge in the Goods Inventory Information System using the Waterfall method positively impacts operational efficiency, more accurate inventory predictions, data security, user satisfaction, and financial well-being. Therefore, applying science and technology is an important step to improve the performance and competitiveness of organizations in managing inventory. The research results provide practical implications for improving operational efficiency in inventory management. S&T integration enables real-time monitoring, automation of administrative tasks, and more efficient stock management. The application of science and technology results in stronger data protection, having a positive impact on company reputation and customer trust. The novelty of this research lies in an integrative approach between the application of science and technology and the Waterfall development method. It provides a new perspective on how technology can be applied in the context of structured system development, namely by developing a website-based inventory information system for goods at Ellisya stores

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of an e-commerce-based online sales system at Toko Jaya Bersama, Padang. In today's digital era, e-commerce is an effective solution to increase sales and expand market reach. The system development method used is the waterfall development model. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and analysis of documents related to the online sales system implemented in the store. The results showed that the implementation of e-commerce in Toko Jaya Bersama has succeeded in increasing operational efficiency and store revenue. The online sales system implemented includes the creation of a store website, integration with digital payment platforms, and real-time inventory management. In addition, the implementation of digital marketing strategies through social media and SEO also contributes significantly in increasing store visibility and sales. Abstract

This research aims to develop a digital registration information system in urban villages to increase efficiency and transparency in administrative processes. This web-based designed information system is expected to be able to overcome various problems that often occur in manual administration, such as data inaccuracies, long processing times, and lack of transparency. The research methods used include literature study, needs analysis, system design, implementation, and evaluation. At the initial stage, a needs analysis is carried out to identify the features needed by users, namely village staff and residents.The results of this analysis are used as a basis in designing system architecture and user interfaces. System implementation is done using the latest web technology that ensures the system can be accessed easily and securely. Next, the system is tested through several stages of trials involving end users to ensure its functionality and reliability.The results showed that this digital registration information system was able to increase the efficiency of the administrative processby up to 40% compared to the manual method, as well as increase transparency through real-time application status tracking features and structured data storage. With this system, residents can register and monitor the status of their applications online, reducing the need to come directly to the village office. The conclusion of this study is that the development of a digital registration information system in urban villages can significantly improve administrative efficiency and transparency, as well as provide convenience for residents in accessing public services. It is expected that this system can be widely implemented in various urban villages to support the modernization of public services in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze shopee driver partner satisfaction with the shopeefood driver application using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The EUCS method is used to measure driver partner satisfaction with the shopee food driver application using 5 variables, namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timelines. So that the level of satisfaction from shopeefood driver application users is more measurable, so as to generate input for the developer. This study was conducted by taking a sample of 100 drivers. The results showed that all factors simultaneously had an influence on user satisfaction. But in itself only the accuracy and timeliness factors have a significant effect because it is necessary to improve and improve these factors because these factors are very important in influencing user satisfaction of the shopeefood driver application. while using the End User Computing Satisfac method
