In creating the branding of a city, indirectly through a communication process which from a cultural perspective involves ritual communication. Currently, the branding Banjarmasin is the city of a thousand rivers. The correlation between the river and Soto Banjar triggered the discovery of the concept of gastro branding and gastro destination. This research aims to increase awareness and solve how the idea of a gastro destination can be used appropriately and well in Banjarmasin City. This study adopts the thinking of the Chicago School and uses the action research method. The results of this study are Soto Banjar as a typical culinary, and the river as an Icon of the City of Banjarmasin becomes an irreplaceable element in representing the identity and residents of the City of Banjarmasin. This relates to how the ritual communication process can form a common belief and eventually become a potential within the scope of Gastro Destination. Furthermore, gastro destinations can overcome problems in the field related to the preservation of river cultural life in the city of Banjarmasin. This is related to strengthening the town's identity, where the orientation of the community begins to change to land and maintaining the existence of Soto Banjar as a typical culinary during competition with foreign culinary. Further research can sharpen the correlation between history and culture and provide strength for social life to survive from time to time.

The plurality of the Indonesian nation raises several important issues in the life of the Christian faith. Among the most important are the problems of religious syncretism with culture, pluralism, radicalism and intolerance. Of course, a multicultural diversity-based Christian Religious Education (CRE) curriculum is needed so that Christian spirituality can be translated well on the Indonesian context which adheres to Pancasila as an ideological view of nation and homeland, as well as diversity within unity. This research tries to test the relationship between the variables of Multicultural CRE (X), to dependent variable (Y) Christian Nationalism Insight, with the variable spirituality (Z) as the moderator variable. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS software version 3, with a small sample of 40 students participating in the Multicultural CRE course. The results explain that there is a significant effect between Multicultural CRE and Christian Nationalism Insight, also significant effect of Multicultural CRE to Spirituality, but the result is not show spirituality as a mediating variable has significant effect to Christian Nationalism Insight.

The manufacturing industry sector is one of the sectors that has become a priority and has become a reference for other sectors in the Province of South Sumatra. The manufacturing industry sector consists of 16 sub-sectors. This study aims to analyze the competitive advantage of the manufacturing sub-sector in South Sumatra Province in 2017-2021. The method used in this study uses dynamic shift share analysis. The results of this study obtained ten processing industry sub-sectors that have competitive advantages, namely coal and oil refining; food and Drink; textiles and apparel; leather goods from leather and footwear; paper and articles of paper for printing and reproduction of recorded media; chemical, pharmaceutical and traditional medicine; rubber, goods made of rubber and plastics; non-metal mineral goods; base metal; as well as furniture, and the remaining six sub-sectors do not have a competitive advantage. This competitive advantage assessment can be seen from the results of dynamic shift share analysis calculations which have positive and negative values. This means that if the value of competitive advantage is positive, it can be said that the sub-sector has a competitive advantage, while those that have a negative value then the sub-sector does not have a competitive advantage so that a development strategy is needed.

The article refers to a longitudinal empirical study that aims to establish the relationship between certain factors that facilitate (or sometimes hinder) academic achievement, such as the motivation to study, the cognitive strategies used and the levels of well-being or discomfort expressed by indicators such as anxiety and depression. Therefore, it aimed to identify the role of these factors in the risk of student dropout. The study was carried out on a sample of 68 self-selected students enrolled in various careers at the "Roma Tre" University, who had fully completed the three consecutive surveys aimed at investigating their academic experience over a period of one year. The measurement tools used evaluated: a) “abandonment intentions” (Hardre & Reeve Scale, 2003); b) “levels of well-being / distress”, (Adult Self-Report ASR; Achenbach & Rescorla, 2003); c) cognitive / study strategies (self-regulated knowledge; Manganelli, Alivernini, Mallia & Biasi, 2015); d) motivational aspects (AMS Academic Motivation Scale, validated in Italy by Alivernini and Lucidi (2008). The results show how the risk of dropping out is related to high levels of depression or anguish, low competence in the cognitive strategies adopted and high levels of of "Amotivation" and "External Motivation" Based on the previous empirical evidence, we propose to implement concrete and continuous actions within university guidance services in order to simultaneously improve well-being through emotional support, redefine decisions in the trajectory of study according to personal motivation, and develop adequate cognitive strategies to design a functional study method.

Various problems related to the nation's moral decadence are still very concerning, especially the problems that affect the younger generation. One effort to overcome these problems is through education. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning based on the values of the character of the struggle of Prince Antasari in shaping the character of students. The research was conducted at the Banjarmasin City High School. This research is a quantitative research with quasi-experimental methods. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Pancasila and Citizenship Education learning model based on the values of Prince Antasari's fighting character has a significant influence on strengthening the character of students. The implications of using the Pancasila Citizenship Education learning model based on the values of the character of Prince Antasari's struggle for these learning outcomes certainly correlate with the achievement of the learning objectives to be achieved, especially in the affective domain. Through a model orientation based on character values from the struggle of a figure, it can be used as a form of treatment in learning values and character building which involves the active participation of students in the implementation of learning activities
