This research then aims to see how the implementation of integrated entrepreneurship development policies occurs in East Jakarta. This research was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data obtained in this research came from interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research then found that the policy standards and targets refer to DKI Jakarta Gubernatorial Regulation Number 2 of 2020 but do not specifically regulate the use of digital media. The resources used in the integrated entrepreneurship development policy are 8 entrepreneurship assistants. The government provides technical and non-technical training. The government is socializing the use of digital media among business actors. Coordination is carried out in stages up to the sub-district level. The use of digital media has an impact on aspects of increasing income, increasing digital literacy, and changing policies.

Abstract

The Work Copyright Bill and the Tax Bill are two salient components of the Omnibus Law Bill, which warrant careful consideration. Both of these bills hold significant importance in their respective contexts. According to Joko Widodo, the President of the Republic of Indonesia, the primary objective behind the introduction of the Omnibus Law Bill is to alleviate the burdensome regulatory constraints that often lead to confusion and protracted processes. The rationale behind the enactment of the Omnibus Law Bill was articulated as such. It is expected that the forthcoming comprehensive legislation will contribute to the enhancement of the national economy by creating a more favourable investment climate. Additionally, the objective of this initiative is to enhance Indonesia's competitiveness, enabling it to effectively navigate the prevailing economic uncertainty and deceleration observed worldwide. The data collection in this study employed an empirical research approach. The execution of this technique involved the careful examination of multiple facets of research specialism, including the utilisation of descriptive analysis. This paper provides a synthesis of scholarly discussions on the legal implications of the ratification of the omnibus law bill on job creation for the relationship between companies and their employees. Specifically, it examines the impact of this legislation on the legal framework and practises of civil and employment law. The purpose of these research was to establish a definitive legal standpoint about the consequences of ratifying the omnibus law bill on employment creation.

Abstract

A home is the most comfortable dwelling for a family. Unfortunately, it can be influenced by cultural elements, traditions, and myths that bring about unfavorable beliefs. Many assumptions argue that the 'Rumah Tusuk Sate' (House of Satay Skewers) is an uncomfortable place to live due to the negative impacts it may bring, driven by cultural perspectives, traditions, religious beliefs, and Feng Shui among the Chinese community. These beliefs are deeply rooted in culture and traditions, passed down through stories linked to myths. This research aims to explore the underlying causes of cultural factors that influence the perception of 'Rumah Tusuk Sate' from a Christian perspective. This study employs a qualitative method, using library research as the primary source of data, encompassing books such as the Bible, articles, and literature. The Bible, from a Christian perspective, firmly addresses questions regarding the cultural influence on the perception of 'Rumah Tusuk Sate.' Christianity and culture can coexist harmoniously without altering the fundamental concept of faith grounded in the pure Gospel.

Abstract

Understanding God's name is a sacred thing for Christians, so placing God's name in Christian life gives it different meanings without eliminating its substance. One example is the change of God's name in the Nias ethic, which became an event and was a grafting of a name from a cultural perspective to a theological one. This is related to the name of God from Deitas Lowalangi which is one of the names of ethical figures on the island of Nias who is used as a synonym for the name of God. If you look at it, there are actually many other name deities that are choices for God's name. And this is the topic of discussion in this article and its application to the lives of the people of Nias today. This research was carried out by means of literature studies and interviews with several Nias ethnic figures who were sources, both intellectuals and traditional figures and servants of God. The aim of writing this article is that the essence of the name Lowalangi is not just changing the name to God but has a deep meaning without any interference from the name of the god worshiped by the Nias ethnic group, as well as strengthening the faith of the Nias Christian people in actualizing the name of God in religious and cultural life. Through understanding the name of God from the Nias ethnic perspective, that the true name of God is implemented correctly and on a Biblical basis. The connection between the name of God in the Nias ethnic group is only limited to the name adopted by missionaries to straighten out the faith of Christians on Nias Island. Because no other Lowalangi name is misused by Christians in any worship. Because what must be worshiped is the real Lowalangi in the Bible, not Lowalangi because it is based on the name of a traditional figure, god or ancestor.

Abstract

The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is one of the most enduring and complex geopolitical issues in modern history. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the conflict from its early 20th-century origins to the current state of affairs. Through a methodical review of historical documents, peace agreements, international law, and current geopolitical analyses, we seek to understand the underlying dynamics that have fueled the conflict and the various factors contributing to its persistence. We examine the impact of colonial legacies, the role of international actors, the implications of national narratives, and the influence of socio-economic and religious factors. The study also evaluates the efficacy of past and present peace initiatives, considering the obstacles and breakthroughs. Our findings suggest that a multifaceted approach, which includes acknowledgment of historical grievances, consideration of socio-economic inequities, and engagement with broader regional dynamics, is essential for any potential resolution. The study aims to contribute to the scholarly discourse by providing a nuanced perspective of the conflict, thereby enhancing the framework within which international efforts towards peace can be understood and pursued. The implications of this study are significant for policymakers, scholars, and stakeholders involved in conflict resolution and Middle Eastern geopolitics.

Abstract

In the dynamic environment of healthcare, hospital management constantly seeks methods to enhance performance and reduce inefficiencies. This study explores the implementation of the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology in hospital management to optimize performance and minimize waste. Lean Six Sigma, a combination of Lean management and Six Sigma, is renowned for its systematic, data-driven approach in improving process efficiency and quality. We conducted a comprehensive analysis in a tertiary care hospital, employing LSS tools such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis. The study focused on critical areas such as patient flow, inventory management, and operational processes. Our findings reveal significant improvements in patient wait times, reduction in inventory costs, and enhanced operational efficiency. The application of LSS led to a more patient-centric approach, streamlined processes, and a culture of continuous improvement within the hospital. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on LSS in healthcare and provides a practical framework for hospital administrators seeking to implement efficiency-enhancing strategies.
