This study aims to analyze the mediating effect of the debt ratio on the effect of liquidity and profitability on stock returns. Stock prices and returns are one unit, so that to estimate stock prices and returns can be seen from the company's financial performance, through financial ratios such as liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, and debt or leverage ratios. Companies with good financial performance are expected to have good stock performance. This study used a sample of 31 public companies in the wholesale and retail trade sub-sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2020 period. Sampling of this research was based on purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is tiered linear regression, path analysis, and the Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that the significant liquidity ratio has a negative effect on the debt ratio and the liquidity ratio does not have a significant negative effect on stock returns. The profitability ratio has a significant positive effect on the debt ratio which confirms the trade-off theory. The profitability ratio has a significant positive effect on stock returns, while the debt ratio has a significant negative effect on stock returns. The debt ratio is not significant to mediate the positive negative effect of the liquidity ratio on stock returns. Likewise, the debt ratio is not significant mediating the negative positive effect of profitability ratios on stock returns. The results of this study suggest that investors who expect high stock returns do not need to pay attention to the company's debt ratio, but rather pay attention to the company's liquidity and profitability.

Recycling technology or Cement Treated Recycling Base (CTRB) is one method for repairing damage to ancient road pavements, however, when the process is in place (Mixed in place), difficulties can arise, such as mixing with existing soil material that shouldn't be mixed in its implementation. because this will affect the results of Unconfined Compressive Strength (UCS). As a binder in the form of local cement from South Kalimantan, the brand is cheaper because production costs are cheaper. This study aims to obtain UCS Results at minimal cement levels that still meet the requirements with the use of brand local cement, obtain the typical influence of existing soil on UCS and what percentage of existing soil material can still be tolerated either curing or non-curing and correlation and get recommendations for the maximum percentage of influence of percent of existing land on UCS in curing or non-curing conditions. RAM samples were obtained for the purpose of investigation, which was done in a lab, existing soil and additional materials in the field. Inspection of old aggregates, making test specimens with variations in cement content of 1-10%, after obtaining minimum UCS according to technical requirements then making test specimens with variations in soil examinations and soil content of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25% again then conducting data analysis to find correlations / relationships. The results of the research showed variances in cement content of 1% (one) - 10% that still meet the technical specifications of UCS (at least 30 kg/cm²) obtained a minimum cement content of 5% (five percent) with a UCS of 33.77 kg/cm². Then the test results of the influence of existing soil on UCS that is still tolerated are mixed, namely in curing conditions is 17% with the equation Y = -0.10075 x + 46.894 (R2 = 0.964). and non-curing 8.9% with the equation Y = -0.1113 x + 39.814 (R2=0.956). The R2 conclusions for both indicate a very There is a substantial correlation between the two factors

The National Amil Zakat Agency in Indonesian “Badan Amil Zakat Nasional” (BAZNAS) in Bandung City places a high priority on measuring muzakki satisfaction in all aspects of service delivery. In order to increase the muzakki's (those who pay zakat) trust in BAZNAS in Bandung City, it is obvious that service improvement is required. This study has a descriptive study design and a quantitative methodology. Its goals are to assess the level of community satisfaction with the services supplied by the local institution, explain and comprehend the quality of services offered, and gauge how closely community satisfaction corresponds to the institution's actual performance of services. Purposive sampling is the method of sampling that was used, and 344 respondents made up the sample. The measurement method for the public service satisfaction index and the calculation described in the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 regarding Guidelines for Preparing Public Service Organizer Satisfaction Surveys and SERVQUAL are combined in the analysis method used to calculate the muzakki satisfaction index for BAZNAS in Bandung City. 90% of the muzakki express concern and high concern for BAZNAS activities, despite the fact that they have no direct interaction with BAZNAS in Bandung City, according to an analysis of muzakki perceptions of zakat administration by BAZNAS in that city. 50.56% of the muzakki reported that the “Unit Pengumpul Zakat” UPZ (collecting and distribution units) at their individual universities are how they find out about BAZNAS initiatives. Information is accessed by the remaining 49.49% of the muzakki via various digital channels. About 60% of the muzakki in Bandung City believe that BAZNAS' official website and social media pages are "informative" in how they publish their activity reports. 85% of the muzakki in Bandung say that the needy and poor groups should be the focus of the zakat distribution carried out by BAZNAS. Bandung Sehat, Bandung Taqwa, Bandung Makmur, Bandung Cerdas, and Bandung Peduli are the five BAZNAS projects in Bandung City that earn the maximum support from the muzakki, each receiving 43.56%. Almost all of the components (indicators) of the muzakki satisfaction measurement fall into the "good" category, scoring between 3 and 4. Only one indication receives a score of 4.01 or above, which is in the trust area and represents a very good result. One more indication, rating 3.69 (good), is above 4.00 in the satisfaction category. The Bandung City Muzakki's impression of service quality was used to calculate the BAZNAS Service Quality Index, and the outcome is 77.03. In general, the muzakki rate the zakat management and distribution services offered by BAZNAS in Bandung City as being pretty satisfactory.
