This paper aims to analyze the ijtihad of 'Izzuddin Bin Abdussalam regarding Bid'ah and its relevance to the practice of religious life of the Islamic community in Indonesia associated with local wisdom. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, the primary source is the book Qawa'idul Ahkam Fi Mashalihil-Anam, with a local wisdom concept approach. Secondary sources are other books related to the discussion of local wisdom. The religious practices of the Muslim community in Indonesia, such as the tradition of reading the surah Yasin, Tahlilan, the commemoration of the Prophet's Birthday, dzikir collectively, were analyzed with the classification of bid'ah according to 'Izzuddin bin Abdis salam. The findings of this study are that the religious practices of Indonesian Muslims such as yasinan, tahlilan and dzikir collectively can be included in the category of permissible bid'ah (mubahah). This means that it is a good tradition, which is allowed because it is a good culture of the Indonesian people or can be referred to as al-Urf al-Sahih. This opinion is in accordance with the local wisdom of the Indonesian people who generally follow the Shafi'iyah school, relevant to the notion of religious moderation which prioritizes religious moderation, tolerance, and moderate attitude (washaty).

This study aims to analyze the scientific evolution of the integrated transport system concept in a meta-analysis. This study applies a qualitative approach that utilizes scientific development to various scientific journal publications on the idea of an integrated transportation system. Scientific journal data analysis was developed through scientific evolution with a meta-analysis approach to obtain knowledge mapping. Bibliometric analysis is implemented in a meta-analysis approach followed by applying relevant procedures in analyzing the concept of an integrated transportation system for the development of knowledge and technology. The analytical technique in this research is a bibliometric analysis by developing the VOSviewer program based on the concept of an integrated transportation system under study. The initial step is to collect databases from various sources of scientific journals so that multiple journals that are relevant to the proposed theme are obtained. Based on the results of the analysis by developing the VOSviewer program based on the concept of an integrated transportation system, articles related to the integrated transportation system from 1948 to 2021, it can be concluded that several keywords become the core of this field of study, including Policy Implementation, Social Welfare, Sustainable Transport, Public Participation, Planning, Development.

Estrogen deficiency can be overcome by hormone replacement therapy, but it causes various unwanted effects in the long term. Phytoestrogens meet the criteria for having estrogen-like activity. Sweet potato root (Dioscorea alata L.) as a phytoestrogen was used in this study to anticipate bone loss (osteoporosis) in postmenopausal women. This study aims to determine the potential of uwi in bone density in rats by looking at the decrease in the number of osteoclasts. Laboratory experimental research method with a research design using RAL (Rak Complete) with five treatments and six replications. The results showed that the average number of osteoclasts from the negative control group was 4.67; the positive control of 2.83; by offering uwi extract at a dose of 600 milligrams/200 grams. Rat BB 2.16; presented Uwi extract dose of 800 milligrams/200 grams of rat B.B. as much as 2.83; presented Uwi extract at a dose of 1000 milligrams/200 grams Rat BB 1.0; and 2.5 . false group. This study concludes that Uwi is likely to maintain bone density in rats with osteoporosis by decreasing the number of osteoclasts.

A blind and deaf child has a natural power to relate to other people even in situations and conditions of physical limitations. In relating and communicating with a blind and deaf child, teachers and caregivers need to recognize the child's modality. This study aimed to explore the experience of accompanying and educating a blind and deaf child. This qualitative research used an Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) approach and a case study using the interview method to collect data. The case studied was the experience of a teacher in accompanying and educating a blind and deaf student at the Helen Keller Special School (SLB G/AB) Helen Keller, Wirobrajan, Yogyakarta. Helen Keller's thoughts on relationships with children with special needs became the framework for analyzing research data. The results of the study showed that blind and deaf children related to other people by using the senses of touch, smell, and taste. These three senses were modalities and bridges for teachers to build relationships with blind and deaf children in the process of learning and to live together. Affective and empathic attention and relationships become the basis for assisting and educating blind and deaf children.

This research was conducted to see how it is legal to perform Friday prayers in places that are not mosques, such as offices or other workplaces such as halls, prayer rooms, and the field during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is part of qualitative research that uses descriptive methods using data derived from various research results and previous studies that still have relevance to this research. This study found that the law of carrying out Friday prayers in a place that is not a mosque during a pandemic is permissible. This law refers to various verses of the Qur’an, hadiths, and rules in the science of fiqh to various opinions of scholars. However, if there is a mosque that is still close to and can accommodate the entire congregation after the distance between the prayer rows, it is more advisable to be able to pray in that mosque.

Resetting agrarian law is considered urgent, severe, and effectively managed. This is due to political, and regime changes and is intended so that social welfare and human values can be well constructed. The land has a significant role in the life of all people, such as the role in housing, plantation businesses, agricultural businesses, mining businesses, and others. Land law politics is a government policy in the field aimed at the designation and use of the ruler or land owner, the appointment of land use to ensure legal protection and improve welfare and encourage economic activity through the enactment of the Land Law and its implementing regulations which are the main themes of this research. This research methodology uses normative studies or literature studies because the studies obtained are based on references from books, articles, and regulations related to agricultural law or land policy. The results of the study can be concluded that the agricultural law policy that was formed through the UUPA No. 5 of 1960 concerning the Principles of Agrarian Law, which is already sixty years old, needs to be reformulated to avoid the distortion effect that can have such consequences both on the sociological and philosophical side. One of the reformulation concepts is within the corridor of the concept of regional autonomy.
